I have a story to tell. A story that will upset most herd-thinking Tax-payers of Josephine County. Those who believe the Sheriff's Office and Courts are servants of the People.
All Law comes from God. The order of Sovereignty is as follows:
1. God, the Creator. creates the:
2. Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man and Woman -- The creation, the Creator of Fictional Governments and Courts.
3. Government, a Fictional organization created by the Sovereign People. Government, is the creator of:
4, Juristic Persons, non-living, Fictional Corporate persons whose name resembles the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women but is spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS. Such legalistic non-entities are created via the process of Birth Certification, relegating them to the status of Debtor to a Creditor Government. In Short, The government OWNS YOU. Through such legalistic slight of hand, YOU and millions of otherwise Sovereign People through your own unawareness have been reduced to Slavery
Prove it for yourself. Check your Driver License, Your library card. Your checking account, Your bills. It bears the name of your JURISTIC PERSON, does it not? That name in all CAPITAL LETTERS, is the only, non-living person, current unconstitutional Administrative Courts which deal with contract law (Maritime Law) have jurisdiction over with their "Color of Law" corporate policies which masquerade as True Law, Common Law, Constitutional Law.
Well Folks, I am NOT one of you. Am I special? No! I just understand that I am no man's slave. I am no longer a 14 Amendment citizen, a Slave to the Corporation.
I have changed my Status and have resumed my proper place as a Man of the Sovereign People under the Original Constitution of 1789. I have been restored to the lawful status of a Secured Party, Creditor and Holder in Due course, holding Supreme Claim over my Trademark/Tradename, Debtor JURISTIC PERSON, The government and Courts NO LONGER OWN ME Through the legal process of Charge Back and Bill of Exchange to the US Treasury Department, I have discharged my part of the National Debt and am no longer of the Corporate System.
All paperwork necessary for such Transformation is on file with the JOSEPHINE COUNTY COURTHOUSE. I stand under God's Law, and its derivative, Common Law, followed by the Constitution. I have rescinded all previous contracts with the Federal, State, and County contracts on the basis of "Lack of Full Disclosure" of all terms. What I have done, so can you.
I am a Free man, while most of you remain to be unwary slave/debtors as owned "Human Resources" by the Government through its enforcing Contract Courts.
The sham, the con, the swindle perpetrated upon millions and millions of "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women" taxpayers occurs when the courts fraudulently conduct themselves under the legal presumption that you, the Living man/woman agree to act as "Surety" as underwriters responsible for the debts of the Debtor Juristic Person.
Through such legal (not lawful) chicanery, They own you. They own your Children. They own your homes, your cars, your labor. It is all accomplished through such deviant legal shenanigans.
Look at what is happening to your society today. You've lost your jobs, some are losing your homes, You are systematically being stripped of your wealth. Soon an excuse will be used to declare "War on the American People" through Martial Law.
In 2001, I was arrested on a High Beam Violation while I was travelling (not driving) home in my privately owned automobile.
I had rescinded my commercial driver license in 1999 as I was aware that such license is solely designed to regulate traffic of those using the public roads for commercial purposes and those who willingly waive their Rights and through their own consent (application) contract with the government thereby giving up their right to travel in return for "government permission to drive." i.e., Licensing.
When I asked every Josephine County judge and Prosecuting District Attorney whom I was forcibly brought before to Prove Jurisdiction over this "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man" under oath or affidavit they refused to so, even though their own law requires them to do so, before further legal undertakings may begin.
I ran through every judge sitting in Josephine County, and they had to ship them in from other counties, because the judges of JOSEPHINE COUNTY would recuse themselves from my case. Two Judges, the Former District Attorney and Sheriff were "persuaded" to retire at the peak of their careers as a result of their bungling of my case.
They threatened me with 30 years in prison as a "Paper Terrorist" engaged in "Simulation of Legal Process" when I filed Commercial Liens against the Judges, District Attorney, his Assistants, The Sheriff, his Personnel in an attempt to hold them accountable and responsible for their fraudulent arrests (kidnapping) Holding me Hostage for the debts of my Juristic Person (incarceration)
Two days before the first of two trials were to commence, I was offered a plea bargain, which would reduce the threatened 30 years to time served and probation. Quite a deal eh?
Well I rejected the deal, and stood two trials Sui Juris. Was convicted in both stacked Trials where I was not allowed to present all my evidence and subpoena all my witnesses. It was rigged from the beginning. I realized that the Sheriff and Courts in JOSEPHINE COUNTY do not FOLLOW THE LAW, but make it up as they go along.
When it came time for sentencing, I, on the court record, declined to accept their contract of offer (sentencing) as they, the law-skirting judges of Josephine County had, throughout some 20 plus appearances before the court, refused to answer the fundamental challenge of proving their JURISDICTION over this "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man of the Sovereign People who had not waived his rights and had not consented to granting the courts jurisdiction through contract.
They threw me back in jail but when my life became threatened as a result of two combined hunger strikes of 55 days while in custody of the Josephine County Jail, the Jail Nurse feared I would die in custody and they would have to answer questions they could not answer..
All of a sudden I was released from Jail and dropped off at the curb of Three Rivers Hospital emergency room and told I was on my own to pay for any incurred medical expenses. No probation, no nothing. They would not answer either mine or my wife's subsequent phone calls regarding their strange actions..
The Grants Pass Courier was privvy to the information of a hunger strike going on at the County Jail, but they sat on the story for 23 days, before they were forced into revealing the ongoing hunger strike to the Josephine County taxpaying public.
Their reported stories released to the public bore no resemblance to the facts. One would have thought I was Public Enemy No.1. Such is the conditioning of the Josephine County Public.
I continued to travel in my unlicensed automobiles and without a driver license. I continued to serve papers on Public officials for which I was originally arrested, including the former Governor, Attorney General, present District Attorney, Present Sheriff, and Present Court Administrator, the very things for which I was arrested, and yet I CANNOT GET ARRESTED and brought before the court..
They just impound my auto at $300 a crack, (todate, more that $1200 in recovery fees) but they won't arrest me. For If they did, they would again be confronted with the question of Jurisdiction they REFUSED AND CONTINUE REFUSE TO ANSWER.
In their traditional conditioned ignorance, most taxpayers have bought the carefully crafted PR illusion of Public Service, hook, line, and sinker.
I KNOW BETTER. I have been in the "belly of the beast" and it has spit me out!!
Our country is facing disintegration and destruction by legal tactics such as this. At present, the Sovereign People are still the True Government who have the power to hire and fire public servants who abuse their office.
I have one question which will destroy the present tyranny now underway. Will you, the Illinois Valley Readers and Taxpayers help me to demand that fundamental question of freedom and sovereignty be answered?
DOES A FICTIONAL COURT HAVE JURISDICTION OVER LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MEN AND WOMEN who have not committed any crimes, under True Law, are not subjects of the Corporation known as government nor have waived their rights away, and/or have contracted with the government but whose liberty is being denied via Color of Law, CORPORATE LEGISLATIVE POLICIES?

With a swift motion of pen in hand, you have unwittingly volunteered yourself to be a subject to the Corporate State, waiving your right to travel in return for receiving State permission to drive.
Not only that, but by such an act, you have sold out your freedom as a Sovereign Son/Daughter of God imbued with Unalienable Rights in return for the limited "privileges and security" of one who has been surreptitiously been converted into the satanic status of a SLAVE of the State,
