Why won't the Court, a fictional entity created by Living Breathing, Flesh-and Blood-Sentient Natural Sovereign Men and Women answer the Question put to it which would free Ed and Elaine?
Origins of Law:
1. God, the Creator,
2. Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, the Creation.
3. Government, a fiction, created by Sovereign, Natural Men and Women, the Creator.
4. Juristic Persons, a fictional Corporate Entity, created by a Fictional Government, and is declared subject to the Legislative Policies of the Fictional Government. It is the only "person" which government actually does have jurisdiction over.
Ed and Elaine have challenged the courts to prove jurisdiction as the law provides for, yet the court refused to ANSWER THE QUESTION.
What is that Question? Simply this. Does a Fictional Administrative Unconstitutional, Non-Article III Court have JURISDICTION over a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man or Woman who are standng with full legal capacity in Common Law, and have not waived their rights, nor entered into contract with the court, thereby granting the Limited Courts jurisdiction over them.

Folks, I've been writing on the Internet for the last 14 years. One can say that I have been a lonely "Voice in the Wilderness" loudly asserting the Sovereignty of the mass conditioned Individual trained to believe he/she is a slave to remote authority. Nothing could be further from the Truth.-- NOTHING!!
For those of you not familiar with my writing, be prepared to be inundated with Forgeries, posted in my name designed to destroy the credibility and reputation of this simple man of Truth, this Christ.
I have exposed the hoax of organized Christianity while I have honored my Spiritual Brother, Jesus of Nazareth. You, the public, have been trained from early childhood to obey authority symbols, be they in the form of religious or secular experts.
All such relationships are Satanic in nature. It causes you to be bound by authority through its arbitrary dictates. . You have been made afraid to rely upon yourselves. You have been made to "doubt" yourselves. As such you've been stripped of your energy, trained to "go along to get along" with the herd mentality with the proviso that you follow the rules set forth by your unseen remote authority. Such is the nature and consequence of those who live by Satanic Conditioning.
All you know is what you know. Little do you know just how infinitessemal your level of intelligence is set to function at. Each of you are possessed of Divine Awareness, you have always had it, you shall always have it, but such spiritual awareness has been overshadowed by constant and unending, Intellectual conditioning. That has been your fall from Grace, your fall into the abyss of your self-created Hell. You think it is normal, You defend your level of consciousness and will kill or be killed to maintain such ignorance. Do not scoff at such clear and inarguable statements. Look about you, Examine the society you presently live in. Examine the history of mankind from the Dawn of Civilization. You will see that what I have said to you is Truth. Brothers will kill brothers over "ideas" which divide them. Where do these ideas come from. Is it not unseen, remote Authority which uses the satanic tool of Media and Religion? You live in a topsy turvey world of BASSACKWARDS. All you know is confusion, divisiveness, frustration and anger, and you blame everyone but yourself for it.
I am now going to give you the spiritual key to liberating you from your own confusion. Why won't the Court, a
fictional entity created by Living Breathing, Flesh-and Blood-Sentient
Natural Sovereign Men and Wome answer the Question put to it which
would free Ed and Elaine?
Origins of Law:
1. God, the
Creator,
2. Living,
Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, the Creation.
3.
Government, a fiction, created by Sovereign, Natural Men and Women, the
Creator.
4. Juristic
Persons, a fictional Corporate Entity, created by a Fictional
Government, and is declared subject to the Legislative Policies of the
Fictional Government. It is the only "person" which government actually
does have jurisdiction over.
Ed and Elaine have
challenged the courts to prove jurisdiction as the law provides for,
yet the court refused to ANSWER THE QUESTION.
What is that Question?
Simply this. Does a Fictional Administrative Unconstitutional,
Non-Article III Court have JURISDICTION over a Living, Breathing,
Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man or Woman who are standng with
full legal capacity in Common Law, and have not waived their rights,
nor entered into contract with the court, thereby granting the Limited
Courts jurisdiction over them.
As stated above, a
Fictional Court only has jurisdiction only over other fictions of its
own creation, in other words, the JURISTIC PERSON/DEFENDANT, and thus
operate on the presumption that Ed and Elaine Brown, the Living,
Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural man and woman consent to
acting as a surety or underwriter for the debts of the STRAWMAN
DEFENDANT,.
This is not hooey, as
government would have you believe. THIS IS LAW.
Let the People require
the Judge or Prosecutor answer the question under Oath or Affidavit. If
they will not. and seek to imprison a couple to a life term, who merely
pose a fundamental question of freedom and liberty which the courts
refuse to answer, then there can be no JUSTICE in the courts of
America, there is only Tyranny and slavery.

Ed & Elaine Brown Stand on the Question of JURISDICTION: Why won't
the Court Answer the Question?
Ed
and Elaine Brown find themselves being tried in an Unconstitutional
Article I Administrative Court law of Contracts when both have clearly
stated they have not consented to contract with such a limited Maritime
Court.
Both Ed
and Elaine have asserted themselves as a man and woman of the Sovereign
People, the True Government. They stand in the protection
of God's law, and its derivative, Common Law. They refute
and have challenged the court to prove its jurisdiction over them, each
of whom who are a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural
man and woman.
Simply stated, God's Law of the Sovereign ALWAYS trumps the Satanic Law
of Mammon. The fictional government and its
courts which have forcibly brought Ed and Elaine before, against
their will and without their consent can NEVER be greater than its
Creator, the Sovereign People.
In God's Law and its derivative Common law, no crime exists unless, one
harms another or causes harm or damage to another's property, or
infringes upon another's rights. Redress for such common law
crimes is brought about via a claim made under Oath or Affidavit by the
victim. Where is the the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood
victim who has been harmed by their action. Let them testify
under oath or affidavit. If they cannot produce such a victim,
the courts must release Ed and Elaine Brown.

unwary, belief-directed, corporate subjects who have waived their
Rights away and then have contractually breached government's fictional
regulatory rules via an array of "victimless crimes."
Ed and Elaine do not match that description. They have made that
very clear. The State does not have the power to impose statutory
corporate policies upon Sovereign men and women who are not corporate
subjects, who have not waived their rights nor have they
voluntarily consented to a fictional courts imposed jurisdiction over
them. That is the sole ISSUE that must be answered before the
courts can railroad Ed and Elaine through such unlawful
prosecution.
THAT IS THE
QUESTION OF LAW, THE QUESTION OF an Unconstitutional court
asserting JURISDICTION OVER A Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood,
Sentient, Natural Man THAT must be answered by the Judge before Ed and
Elaine can be tried in such a limited administrative court which
prosecutes victimless crimes via "Color of Law" legislative corporate
policies.
This
question of JURISDICTION wielded by Ed and Elaine Brown shall be the
stone that shall slay Goliath, in such an unconstitutional court that
actually has NO JURISDICTION over them.
America is watching. Black robed Pharisees no longer shall wield
power over God's People. Look for Ed and Elaine to walk out of
the court a free man and woman, when the court REFUSES to answer the
question of JURISDICTION over them,
Let a groundswell of American indignation overwhelm and shame the New
Hampshire courts into following their own law as prescribed and ANSWER
the question of whether a fictional court's has JURISDICTION over any
Sovereign, Living Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and
Women who has not waived their rights, nor have consented to, and thus
granted such court jurisdiction.
