Hello Dear Brother. I must first start off w/ thank you very much for granting me consent to use your Affidavit of Acceptance of Oath of Office. You may remember me on-line I emailed you about 2 months ago around 10-21-08 and told you I was a warrior in need.
Well I AM! I face 49-life and been re-captured for a dirty urine for Pot. I tried to honor things their way and stay pot free, - but I was hit with Bell's Palsy and the pain was unbearable so I smoked a few to relax.
I've smoked Pot over 20 years & firmly believe that herb is good for you. (Genesis 1:29) Anyway, I don't have no one in my corner who grasps how Right I am about standing up to the courts and making them Honor the Law before they attempt to try and get you to bow-down to the. I wish you could fly out to witness what I'm about to do and stand withness to the 'Act of Treason I'm kinda sure they're gonna pull. But I'm sure you aren't interested in more shit.
On 1-7-09 I go for pre-trial exam and will file a modified version I created of your affi, but mine is addressed directly to my "judge" and has 23 proofs and 2 EXTRA kickers in it. On is a "clause for damages incurred"... to wit states that if Recipient fails to comply w/ the response in honor of Truth in Lending Reg Z (72 hours) then this AFF stands at True, Correct; certain and is a Judgement for Damaged according to the Trevezant v City of TAMPA 741 F 2d 336 .. Also no response means Recipient admits to Treason, Sedition, & tyranny as One impersonating a government official. The next kicker I added is the Stripping Doctrine? Federal Tort Claims Act. Stating that failure to reply to said affidavit constitutes agreement to all facts in question and verfies this Agent/Officer is in direct violation of OATH and has therefore been stripped of Sovereign immunity.
So I added an honorable way for him to exit it all quietly. \
1. Dismiss all charges.
2. Judgment & order just compensation of $2,000,000.00 (two million dollars) upon release.
3. Non-negotiable or I file $48,000,000.00 (48 million dollar tort for all the finance to this unlawful incarceration. \
I was the driver and I fled from the Pirates cause I refuse to get a license. Well, the passenger had cocaine & ectasy in HIS bag in the trunk. The cops have coerced him to testigy its all on me cuase I have a record for Pot and be-cuz I'm a UCC Registered Sovereign.
They hate us Ray: You already know what I am going through sir. But I only got me...I found you byt Grace of YHWH. Once I read your affidavit I knew I could draw one up for my case also; I have drawn up other documents as well. I'm not real good @ that.
My issue is no one believes what TRUTH is, cause they don't understand how evil the courts are. They actuall believe I'm crazy? Nuts to even file anything period.. Cause they all say I'll get thrown in a mental ward and lost w/in the system as a way to silence it all: I believe that as well.
They did that to me b4. I was the main guy teaching UCC Redemption in Missouri 2004-2007. I taught about 59 guys in 5 different pens, how to get their documents typed out for their UCC-1
Then I showed em the next steps.
I learned from ROBERT KEL---- but he and I fell out cause I found out he was stealing info and lying to people. Also he was scamming people on their filings. So then we turned to BARTON A BUHTZ. kand life began again for us.. Until Barton got hit w/ Medford. Then we were left to die again. Now here I am all alone w/ just this 3 inch pencil. No books to study, no way to figure what to file or how to draw it up. N0-NOTHING. Just some brains on a lot of it, but no way to put it down, or get it done. My wife is lost on all of it,. I told her to email you till you respond. You're my only human hope I have Ray.
So thanks again Brother. I believe you would be proud of what I did with your work. I'm sure I'l get in a deep shit over it -- only cuz I got no voice asking me on the streets. I tried to reach Barton but I can't say He'll get involved cause his case sentence. I offered him a large % of one of my torts if he could get it cashed. I wish I know how to do what he can and have to use my T.D.A. and discharge debts. How to draft Prommisary notes, Maybe then I would'nt be in
jail.
I wish there were Attorneys in Michigan who help Sovereigns out and stand by them to actually protect our Rights and Enforce the Court to honor what filed??
If you kwow anyone here in Michigan, who would please help me w/ this I would find a way to pay them eventually by contract or something;. All I need is someone to come be in court to witness the matter and get a copy of the Public Record that will stand as a 2nd witness to Treason to the filing. My wive is clueless & scared. A good woman but scared of Government entities. My lawyer refuses to assist me in any of this but he said will do the trial his way.

I only hope now w/ my first try at this I don't get life behind standing up for my rights all alone and broke. I was just learning how to figure out how to discharge debts, I have yet to do it though.
Don't know/have the format to how...? Any helpful literature you can spare would be grateful. All I can do is as and pray I survive this. But I cant bow down when I'm not guilty. I did enough time in the past . You be safe and take care Ray.

Because of the stakes at hand, I am not going to waste your time seeking permission in order to post this publicly on my website. This needs exposure, Nationwide. The Fictional Courts (Satanic in Nature) conjured up the JURISTIC PERSON, a corporate entity, a fiction. In other words it was the Satanic Law of Mammon which conjured up the Strawman whose name is spelled in all CAPITAL LETTERS. That Juristic Person, a Fiction is SUBJECT to its creator, the government which conjured it up. You will note that all contracts entered into via Color of Law are between fictional Jurisitic Persons, whose names are spelled in all CAPS. (Check your driver license. utility bill, bank accounts, etc to become awakened as to how the average man/woman have been schnookered by their Sacred Courts and Legislators.
NO COURT IN THE LAND has JURISDICTION OVER any Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man or woman UNLESS the latter consents to, or waives his natural Rights as a Son/Daughter of God and thus grants the court JURISDICTION OVER him/her. Most are railroaded by the courts through the courts presumption that the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man or women is acting a a Surety for the Debts of the Fictional Juristic Person. Unless rebutted, it stands, and jurisdiction is established. Sneaky eh?
Brody, You are not the name you will see on the Criminal Complaint, for although it sounds the same as yours, you will see that it is spelled in all CAPITAL LETTERS. That is the ONLY ENTITY (a Fiction) the courts have any jurisdiction over. The average man/woman, brought forcibly before the bar is UNAWARE of such a scam that has imprisoned MILLIONS in our growing American Prison System. They, the unaware, brought before the courts are enveigled into granting jurisdiction when they answer to the name the Judge Reads from the complaint against the ALL CAPS PERSONAGE, clearly unaware of the trickery and deceit that has been launched against them by black robed lawyers.
JURISDICTION MUST BE CHALLENGED at the very beginning and NOT WAVERED FROM. The courts by law must answer in writing their proof of their jurisdiction over you as a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man. If they cannot, then,they have not established Common Law JURISTICTION, (the only Law you stand by) and they must release you, for they operate clearly in Contract law, which requires consent.
I beat them, because I never wavered from my challenge to them to prove they had jurisdiction over me, this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man. They had not. Through 20 plus challenges in a multitude of hearings and two trials, they would not answer the question of Jurisdiction. To this very day, some 6 and half years later, NO ONE from the STATE OF OREGON, COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE, ETC. has addressed the question of Jurisdiction, for $39,500.000.00 (Thirty Nine million, Five Hundred Thousand Dollar) Await them in defaulted Commercial Judgments. Had I remained mute after challenging their jurisdiction, I would not have gone through the travail of two combined hunger strikes of 55 days, which left me at death's door. At the time of Sentencing, I refused to accept their offer (contract) of sentencing, and reiterated my demand for proof of claim asserted at the very beginning and throughout the process. The result, THEY THREW ME OUT OF JAIL.
As a result of my Trial, Two Judges, (one the presiding judge), the District Attorney, and Sheriff were forced into retirement because of my case. That is the power of ONE who understands they are Sovereign and not subject to the fictional regulations of a Satanic Color or Law System.
By the way, any attorney's first allegiance is that of an "Officer of the Court," and his client is second. You must stand up for your rights as a "Belligerent Claimant" There is NO OTHER WAY. Once you play by their rules, you have granted them consent and they can do with you what they will. I tried many times to fire my two attorneys but the court would not allow it. Why, because they had their own man operating in the defendant camp.
To be Sovereign, one must operate at full legal capacity, and not as a "Ward of the State." which everyone is presumed to be by the courts. The Sovereign is SUPERIOR to the Court, while the defendant is "subject" to the court. Big difference.
If this communication gets to you on time. CHALLENGE them to prove JURISTICTION over you, A Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, and DON'T ARGUE WITH THEM. Accept everything they throw at you for Value, UPON PROOF OF CLAIM. NO Controversy, No Court Case.
Remember this. OUR COURTS do not FOLLOW the Law. They make up "Color of Law"Interpretations as they go along in order to confuse, confound, twist and distort commonly held fantasies "thought to be reality." What they can't do is make a SOVEREIGN into a SLAVE, without the consent of the SOVEREIGN. That exemplifies the seduction of Satan which makes for Hell on Earth.

curse. You are coming to a fork in the road, and don't know which

That will give you some idea as to how you got to where you are.

the cure. MEDITATE!!
No need for a
method. Just take time off in your busy schedule and just

NOT THINK. Just observe what is going on. The flurry of
thought which occupies your mind will begin to subside. Just

your true spiritual estate.

What I have just described is the
Deconditioning Process which brings one to personal Sovereignty,
A Free Man, unencumbered by extraneous thought. That has been my
simple message for 13 years. You can see the strength of
resistance to such a simple process.
When your subconconscious and
conscious merge as one, you shall understand what is meant by the
Christ State of Consciousness.

Earthlink Abuse Dept,
For a matter of months now, I have not been receiving emails sent to me by friends. It was not until a recent business relationship that I was told their emails to my account were being blocked.
Now emails are popping up as coming from my email address (See below example) I called Earthlink, telephone support and they could find no problem. Their solution was to liberalize the spam-setting but that too did not solve the problem. Ads for pharmaceuticals and sexual innuendo emails are now being sent by unk. persons under my email address. Someone has hijacked my account. What can you do about it? If the blockage is not coming from within Earthlink, where can it remotely be coming from? Is my computer being hacked? I need a solution as I can no longer trust my email account.

Disinformation agents have been rejoicing their recent campaign to
have my dad arrested again. Gil Gilbertson and seven armed deputies
stormed his mobile home earlier in the week, dragging him out in full
view of witnesses. Apparently, they made him put on some kind of
woman's dress in an attempt to embarrass him, although deputies
insisted that dad was wearing women's clothes and make up when they
breached the mobile home.
Dad was arraigned for the sexual molestation of goats, sheep,
chickens, and a small donkey that he kept in a pen outside his mobile
home and presented some kind of CGI edited videos of him performing
oral and anal acts with these animals. Obviously this is a sham
manufactured by a government hoping to shut down my sovereign father.
I mortgaged my home to raise bail money which has angered the
Disinformation Agents but I am still waiting for dad to be released.
I have tried speaking to both Judge Hull and Judge Baker but neither
will tell me anything other than he is being processed as any other
criminal would be processed.

I mortgaged my home to raise bail money which has angered the
Disinformation Agents but I am still waiting for dad to be released.
I have tried speaking to both Judge Hull and Judge Baker but neither
will tell me anything other than he is being processed as any other
criminal would be processed.

Disinformation agents have been rejoicing their recent campaign to

Since this is coming via email, I assume you are no longer in custody. I'm afraid I can't help you on the IRS issue as my experience with the court system did not involve the IRS.
You can use any of the material found on my site against all judges, da, sheriffs, police etc. privately. What you will experience through your labor is that they will back off, rather than pursue further intimidation as their immunity applies only to the public officer not the private man.
Since they DO NOT follow the law, you can only hold them at bay. As long as you have an attorney representing you, you are not operating at full legal capacity, and cannot fully demand your rights. Its a scary proposition, but It sounds like that is how they are currently regarding your paperwork, i.e., not that of a Sovereign operating with full legal capacity as a "Belligerent Claimant but that of a "Ward of the State," an Infant in the eyes of the Law who requires representation as their actions indicate they are incompetent to handle their own defense.
My suggestion is to not try to jump through their hoops (as such behavior connotes granted jurisdiction), but assert your Right as a Living Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Sovereign Man, and challenge them to prove JURISDICTION. They, being a fiction, cannot prove jurisdiction over an living breathing natural man. That is the simplicity of what I did. It lends toward freedom rather than to monetary rewards for damages. When Americans get their country back, then Law can be restored and the criminal element in government will see justice applied. Not until then, though.
