Throughout some 21 hearings and two trials, My demand for proof of Jurisdiction was evaded by ALL JUDGES. When the Juristic Person was Convicted (they would not address the nexus with which they attempted to link me with the Juristic Person through presumption) and they attempted to impose an offer of Probation on me, I refused to accept their offer which would have been my consent for such unlawful legal impositions and thus grant them jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man..
Hence, from 35 years in prison to 0 time (most of the 128 days of incarceration were awaiting trial) I now sit here in my home a Free Man, and they still will not answer the questions of JURISDICTION under oath or affidavit, even onto this day. This issue of JURISDICTION of the Laws of Mammon, over a man who lives by God's Law, will open the flood gates of presently imprisoned American Citizens now languishing in Jail through the same Satanic tactics which were used on me.
What puzzles me to the nth degree is the resistance of masses of people, now enslaved at the mercy of a Tyrannical government who side with their Slave overseers against the clear and unambiguous solution of a Simple Man oF Truth, offering them the key to Freedom and Sovereignty IN THEIR LIFETIME.

The tax allegation for us was $216,000 that was increased to $642,000 with interest and penalties which were then increased again with interest and penalties to $1,832,000.00, then again to $1,947,000.00. At any rate, we paid the presentment of the I.R.S. which ended any claim. That was done in March. The D.O.J. is preventing us from getting council with "Power of Attny" like Kennedy's people. The Redemption is lawful and is the correct way to go.
Elaine and I are both secure in our position with YAWEH and will not falter from the path. He is our King and we are Bondsman, ministers, servants, Stewards in his trust.

Good to hear from you. I have not been able to get through to you, ( I hope this one gets through) as my mail to you and Elaine both have been returned to me as undeliverable. I am not sure whether it is because they are moving your both around, or my mail is deliberately being blocked. At any rate, I have a valid address for you now, so here goes.
All is well with me. I miss Anita and am experiencing a void in my life since she passed away. But that, I perceive is what is to be expected. I am still plugging along, but am finding a diminishment in the Spirit of the American People who were once energized over your persecution. Oh! In one such instant , I was cited for Driving While Suspended (for a Non-existent License) I sent a charge-back to JUDGE THOMAS M. HULL monetizing his default at $2,000,000.00. In his court judgment HULL unilaterally reduced the Driving While Suspended, DWS a serious offense, to "FAILURE TO CARRY/PRESENT LICENSE. His fine for such event, notwithstanding the bogus County Jail and Unitary assessments was a WHOPPING $8.00 (eight Dollars). I didn't pay the 8 bucks.
All they can do is hide behind their STONEWALL OF SILENCE. Now is that any way for a Government to act. What the hell is wrong with Millions of People who are made aware of such cowardice, and yet still remain in fear of these satanic parasites?
