I understood that being arrested at gunpoint for travelling in one's private automobile because my high-beam headlights were on was, to say the least, OVERKILL on the part of Corporate enforcement officers. I vowed that night that I would not let such nazi tactics to go unoticed and unexposed.
I had asserted my right to Travel without first seeking permission from a government which are SERVANTS OF THE PEOPLE, not their MASTERS.
I understood I had the Unalienable Right to LIBERTY which included the Right to Travel without a need for licensing which applies only to those engaged in Commercial Activity while on the highway, and/or consent to such licensing by ignorant, non commercially traveling citizens. Millions upon millions of unaware people in our country have been impacted by this GIANT DRIVER LICENSING SCAM perpetrated by government upon the trusting slaveminded.
In the days, months and years which followed my kidnapping at gunpoint, robbery of my automobile at gunpoint and being held hostage for 128 days for the "presumed" debts of a fictional corporate jurisitic person whose actions DO NOT transfer on to this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, .one thing, led to another, crimes were committed by sheriffs Deputies, Municipal Police Officers, State Troopers, District Attorneys, and Judges. Their crimes, malfeasance of office, and incompetence were compounded by an incredible degree of political coverups at all levels of County, State, and Federal governments when I asserted my right to hold them, my public officials accountable for their crimes and misconduct..
Why me? It was clear to me that the State of Oregon and County of Josephine could not allow anyone who understood his Sovereignty to act upon it and reveal to others that they too, had the same inherent power of any man of the Sovereign People. The full Satanic power of local, state and federal government came crashing down upon this "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man.
The mind-controlling disinformation agents have long been at work involved in a decade long Conspiracy to Libel Campaign, designed to discredit the words and actions of a "simple man of Truth."
I was incarcerated for a total of 128 day, 121 of them in Solitary Confinement in the maximum security wing of the Josephine County Jail.
They feared the freedom of one man would be contagious and thus, they would not allow such spirit of freedom to mingle with other inmates.
The Josephine County Authorities through the intercession of a public defender threatened me with 35 years of Prison, but offered me the opportunity of being released for time served and probation, if I would "cop a plea."
I refused the deal, went through two trials, represented myself, even though the courts forcefully imposed a public defender upon me against my objections.
Throughout the many hearings and two trials, the issue I raised was one of JURISDICTION which the courts and prosecution REFUSED to address as is demanded by present law.

Although the fictional juristic person was convicted, such nexus did not transfer onto this "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man" without his acceptance of the court's offering of Sentencing. Such offer was not accepted by me, thus, no contract existed and ultimately, they threw me out of the Josephine County Jail after two combined protesting hunger strikes amounting to 55 days, had left me in a state of health where the Jail Nurse assessed my physical condition to be near death.
The Josephine County UnderSheriff's personally drove me to the curb of Three Rivers Hospital emergency room and dumped me off, indicating I would have to pay for any medical expenses, for they would not be covered by the Sheriff's Department.
So much for background. The purpose of this article is to show the average taxpayer who funds the operation of a satanic government that would enslave them that there IS NO LAW operating in America today. I have gone through every conceivable channel for redress in this matter, from the Federal government to the State and County government. After threats, intimidations and a great deal of posturing, when it comes to addressing the essence of law pertinent to JURISDICTION, I have been met with a STONE WALL OF SILENCE.
In my own experience, I have seen no evidence that the Law Enforcement agencies and courts operate on behalf of the Sovereign People who employ them. They have grown into an incestuous interelationship at all levels of its organization to protect themselves from the demands of the People.

Headlines from the Grants Pass Oregon based US OBSERVER: "No Charges for "Dirty" Deputy DA Refuses to Prosecute.
For those who are not aware of who deputy Michael S.Burke is, he was the armed corporate enforcer responsible for multiple crimes committed against me on the night of Sept. 5th, 2002. He is the man responsible for the string of events which continue on to this very day, which have changed my life forever and contributed to the death of my wife Anita.
On September 8th, 2002 I sought criminal charges against Burke through the Josephine County District Attorney's office. See:

The corrupt District Attorney Clay E. Johnson, who was forced to retire at the peak of his career along with Two Judges and the Sheriff as a result of their unlawful prosecution of my two cases. (02CR0617 & 03CR0170) DA JOHNSON refused to prosecute Burke and the other deputies involved.
This seems to be the pattern for Prosecutorial policies within the Josephine County District Attorney's Office for it was repeated by present DA Stephen Campbell who refused to act upon my demand for prosecution accompanied by my sworn affidavit. This is what the citizens of Josephine County Oregon are up against when expecting their public officials TO DO THEIR JOBS.

By the way, Deputy Burke was previously fired by former JOCO Sheriff Dave Daniels for "excessive force" when he slammed the head of a woman suspect on the hood of the car. Burke was reinstated and resumed his ways.
According to the US OBSERVER article penned by Investigative Reporter Ron Lee, on August 28th, 2007,Burke was fired by present sheriff Gil Gilbertson who had seen to it that Burke's certification to act as a police officer were summarily revoked according to an employee of Josephine County who spoke to the press under conditions of anonymity. The County employee stated "This was such a flagrant violation of Ethics that Gilbertson wanted to see Mike prosecuted" "But Campbell refused to prosecute.
I have long known that THERE IS NO LAW in Josephine County. This is what I have been writing about on the Internet for the last six years. The unspoken shield of CYA (Cover Your Ass) is breaking down, and is leaking out to the public. Yet the public remains inert and seemingly apathetic to this kind of behavior by its elected officials.

Dear Sir,
I am sickened by what is allowed on the internet, All media is held responsible for what is published. My family has been held responsible, libeled , tormented and vilified for voicing questions, opinions, and truths.
My subject line asks what YOU would do. Well we have been put into this situation by you who are public officials whose job it is to enforce the law and have done nothing but allowed vicious character attacks and criminal behavior, i.e., conspiracy to libel, to go on unabated on the Internet for years.
I know my family has been held hostage by the lack of answers or responses by anyone "governmental" we have contacted in over a decade when my father was held prisoner over a traffic ticket and expecting his Constitutional Rights. Nothing happened. This lack of response speaks volumes -- there have always been questions asked and questions ignored. How do you justify your existence as the chief Law authority in the State of Oregon? We have been libeled by a myriad of persons as a direct result of our questions not being answered. By your inaction, you have allowed this to happen. Is not such inaction a violation to your sworn duties?
The lack of response by the Oregon Forestry service to the Biscuit Fire contributed my my mother's demise (her medical records will reflect this).The enormous stress placed upon her with the unlawful arrest and incarceration of my father quickened her deterioration. My mother was now ill and you chose to compound this by your powerplay against my father. I quit my job and took my child out of school to make sure she was taken care of (as you very well know by my Father's website).
My mother died February 18, 2008. There is now a photoshop picture of Mom that I will do my damndest to make sure my 10-year old son will never see. This is what you have again caused. If this has to go this far (and you let it), I will not worry about words said about his "Grandma in the brown house" (rk edit: Jeff's characterization of Anita when he first learned to talk). He knows a bit about evil, but I hope he never sees that you have allowed someone to make fun of his Grandmother decomposing. This would be his last image of Anita Karczewski.
