    In the mid 1990's, the State of Oregon, Inc., entered into a commercial enterprise with all of the other State of Oregon public corporations, such as the Oregon State Police, the Department of Transportation, SOSCF, etc. in which the retirement accounts/programs known as the Public Employee Retirement System, (PERS), were combined and invested in the stock market in a for-profit commercial enterprise. As a result: (A) The State of Oregon is no longer operating in its lawfully mandated role as a non-profit public corporation. (B) The State of Oregon judges and the State of Oregon
District Attorneys, court administrators, clerks, etc. all have an interest in maintaining the same retirement account.

Furthermore:
    A percentage of every fine levied in Oregon, by a State of Oregon court, goes directly into the PERS account. As a result, the District Attorneys office and all of the State of Oregon judges, every Oregon State Police officer, SOSCF worker, etc., have a vested interest in assessing fines and using the State of Oregon's private corporate courts for finding people guilty, as they each acquire personal gain from every conviction.

And Finally:
     A percentage of all fines go into the State of Oregon, Inc. general fund upon which the state plans its operating budget, and also, certain administrative agencies, such as the Oregon State Police, get a certain percentage of all fines placed directly into their operating budget.

Therefore:
    The State of Oregon is involved in using its courts and jails as tools for an extremely unlawful revenue collection and an undisclosed taxation system.

Where do you look for the real income Sheriff Gilbertson? Why not tell your constituents about County of Josephine's second set of books called the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. (CAFR) i.e., tha actual monies gained by the county via it financial speculations in the Stock Market, and/or other sundry investments.

     I was listening to Michael Hertzog's program on consciousness today. Finally, a turn has been made which will be effective in changing our confused world of slavery desired by the NWO, which by the way in no different to the Old World Order.

   Most of you will agree with SOME of the things I say, but at the same time shall be OUTRAGED by some rather fundamental truths I speak of, which have existed within the consciousness of mankind since the beginning of time but have been rejected by the masses in return for the Security of Satanic Conditioning.

   First of all, change will come to YOUR world, when you bring fundamental change at the core of your being. Most of you have lost your Divine Awareness, which by the way is the CHRIST state of consciousness, the realm beyond the limited, dualistic, opposing, Satanic driven Intellect. You have given it up, voluntarily to be led by others. You have allowed others to make decisions for you that are yours alone to make. You have sold out for Security and lassitude. You are a slave by your own consent.

   Intellect is responsible for the world we have created, and it is brought about by the thoughts we hold. Are they your thoughts? Or are they thoughts that have been programmed into you by some remote authority, unseen, but all-pervasive. Do you understand, or do you merely believe?   Both states of consciousness reside within each of you, but they lead to vastly different dimensions of consciousness. Simply stated, the quality of life found in the realm of understanding, is peace, oneness, wholeness, love while the quality of life experienced in the realm of the divisive, dualistic, opposing Intellect quite clearly leads to Hell. It is inarguable if you understand. It is, never-ending argument and debate, if you cannot "die to the known" (Jesus' statement, not mine)

. Truth can only be observed. It cannot be arrived at via Intellectual cogitation, for such useless activity only leads to the illusion of Truth, the reflection of Truth, the Graven image of Truth. (Def: Graven: To stamp or impress deeply as words, ideas.) Words have their place in life: To communicate with others (when in Rome, do as the Romans Do: When in Hell, do as the Hell-bound do) and exercise technical problem solving. But words can never touch holistic Truth, God, Infinite Divine Intelligence. I must use words to communicate with you or anyone else, but such method is flawed as you well know.

    One cannot argue dualistic concepts and arrive at nondualistic Truth.

You, each of you are not your mind. You are not your body. Your identification with your societally conditioned linear functioning, time-bound, dualistic-opposing ego/Intellect indicates you are blind to the nondualistic (Holistic) Truth. Like all others who do not understand themselves and therefore compensate for their spiritual blindness with a mechanical, time-bound instrument of Intellect you, and the vast majority of civilized mankind remain at the level of self-imposed limitation.

   Either you see that what I am speaking to your is Truth or you don't? Truth is neither positive nor negative. TRUTH IS WHAT IS.

    Pay attention. Be Aware. Be quiet. Allow your own reactions to another's words to be your teacher, to be your savior. If you are able to quiet the Intellect that you have nurtured for a lifetime, you will meet the True You -- The Sovereign Son of God. A Christ.

    Michael Hertzog has been touched lately by some guests who have brought to the table, a consciousness, heretofore unrecognized by Michael.    He has awakened to a degree. No not intellectually awakened as that is a game that mindcontrollers play with the masses, but actually, becoming aware. Michael is beside himself with the energy that is burning within him at his core level.

They violated my Unalienable Right to Liberty which includes the Right to Travel. When I held their feet to the fire in court and demanded they prove JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, they sought to intimidate me, to break me threatened me with 35 years of prison as a "Paper Terrorist". I embarked on two combined hunger strickes amounting to 55 days. I represented myself in two bogus trials, my strawman was convicted, I, this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man refused to accept the offer of Sentencing and Probation for the conjured up crimes of another, In other words I refused their offer of Contract, giving them JURISDICTION. When they realized they could not break me, they threw me out of their Jail. Now they do their damndest to IGNORE ME.
