A True Anarchist is an unconflicted being, untouched by the vicissitudes of dualistic reactions.

Ray, fortunately for himself, is of no consequence fro society, and he can conceivably go on lying until the day he dies. His insistence truth doesn't matter is, however, of extreme concern in people who do matter for society: politicians, lawyers, teachers, judges, etc. Watching Ray's antics leads me to think of the fall of Rome: Rome never fell because of external invasions, but because of internal rot like this. People stopped having any sense of honor at all, integrity and decency capitulated to self-indulgent license and fraud, and all that mattered was doing whatever damage was necessary to others to secure what is desired at the moment. Ray tells us something about the decline and fall of our society. In a culture of absolute narcissism, where honor, dignity, and truth are only for chumps, whoever can scream his lies the loudest and longest becomes his own god.

Heard this on Alex Jones radio program this morning Thursday, May 31, 2001.
An ex-police officer living in rural North Carolina is under attack by his local government for flying an American Flag and a Rebel Flag on his own property. The attack by his local government officials also extends to the local government bureacracy's whimsical definition "NOXIOUS BEHAVIOR" for his personal choice to wear an exposed firearm on his own rural property. Yes, you heard me right -- ON HIS OWN PROPERTY located in the country, not a heavily populated URBAN AREA where tempers flare daily through irrational reactions of mind controlled, unaware ignoramuses who are unable to deal with the constant stripping away of their living space, their freedom, their very life's essence!
How did the state of affairs in America reach the point of such insanity? It didn't just happen "yesterday," did it?
It has occurred over a long period of incremental mind control imposed upon well-intentioned but unaware "politically correct-thinking" ignoramuses. It is not a stagnant campaign, for the pressures imposed by an errant government are being "ratcheted up" daily until no space remains left for one who desires to live a life of peace, of tranquility, of individual sovereignty. This is what happens when human beings in a BASSACKWARD SOCIETY allow themselves to be ruled through mind control and are backed into a corner.
When did we, as sovereign citizens of these UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, lose the protections that were guaranteed us by the Bill of Rights of OUR U.S. CONSTITUTION? When did it all happen? How was it allowed to happen? Who is responsible for its happening?
The answers are simple. It happened only after generations of conditioning (mind control) which stripped away our common sense and replaced it with blind obedience to the rules made by the money-handlers/rule-makers. So tell me, my fellow AMERICANS, how DUMB ARE YOU?
The evidence is in, is it not? The very basis of the Constitutional Republic which we call THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is no longer in operation. The very tenets of our CONSTITUTION no longer apply. To abide by such a profound/insightul, human produced Document is now considered by those who rule us to be no more than "NOXIOUS BEHAVIOR."

They use our money, the fruits of our labor, the symbol of our energy, against us. What happened to the sanctuary of a man's home? What happened to our country which now allows the government to trespass upon a man's sancturary, his private property, without warrant by law enforcers, "hired guns" employed to carry out the petty dictates of "color of office" bureacratic regulations WHICH ARE NOT LAW?
I have learned that in Canada there is already metering of water from wells on private property in rural areas. This infringement upon the RIGHT TO LIFE is not far behind in this country.
What next? Will it be taxation based on the amount of air breathed by civilized human beings according to a cockamamie formula conjured up by some faceless bureaucrat? If you think that is NUTS, look how far we as a country "of the people, by the people, and for the people" have deteriorated in intelligence while being herded through a carefully laid out, planned march toward a NEW WORLD ORDER.
The American Indians, the original inhabitants of this Continent, lived an Intelligent existence. They owned no property. They lived off the land. They fulfilled their needs for survival. They did not accumulate wealth. They did not initiate harm. Yet they were called SAVAGES by the WHITE MAN.

It was the WHITE MAN who introduced taxation, a form of forced REDISTRIBUTION OF WEALTH. Those who succumbed to the pressures and threats at the point of sword or a gun wielded by the WHITE MAN were declared to be "converted, saved, civilized." They were no longer regarded as SAVAGES. THEY WERE ASSIMILATED!! They were now exploitable.
Lands that they once occupied but did not "own" were stripped away from them. They were herded up and relocated onto designated reservations where they were confined. Not unlike the twentieth century JEWS living in Nazi Germany in the 1930's and 1940s who were forcible relocated to concentration (extermination) camps.
How was it all accomplished? AT THE POINT OF A GUN wielded by armed ignoramuses who were "JUST FOLLOWING THE ORDERS" of their rule-making "Masters."
What are these rules based on? Words, are they not?
What do the words mean? Words mean different things to different people, don't they?
Human language is flawed. It has always been flawed. Yet it is this flawed instrument which has ruled people since the "Dawn of Civilization."
Words fail to communicate the TRUTH which is the infinite, undefinable space between and within the core of words, that subtle essence which can only be grasped by the telepathically communicated "spirit of the word." It is the narrowly defined "Letter of the Word," sans the understanding of its spirit, that is the "empty rhetoric" which serves as the basis for "MAN'S LAW" -- the Satanic basis which rules and exploits the lives of millions and millions.
An industry of courts, police, and prisons has exploded onto the scene of human society to implement this tyranny of words. The Satanically-driven, Intellectual wordsmiths behind this industry speak a language ALL THEIR OWN. A spoken and written language beyond the scope of the AVERAGE IGNORAMUS who stands before them, head bowed in fear, seeking justice but seldom receiving it.
These wordsmiths have destroyed a citizen's RIGHTS to LIFE, LIBERTY and the pursuit of HAPPINESS. They convert Rights into Privileges which can then be LICENSED by contract and are therefore exploitable.
An example of this is found in the licensing of human relationship to animals and activities. Animals and activities such as A DOG LICENSE! A FISHING LICENSE! A HUNTING LICENSE!
Who is being licensed for the life of a dog, for the activity of fishing or hunting? The human -- certainly not the dog or fish or deer. It is all based on the illusion of ownership, not the actual relationship of living at one with nature and animals.
If dogs which reside temporarily or permanently with a human being designated as an "owner" must be licensed then what of the "THE FISH OF THE SEA, THE BIRDS OF THE AIR, THE CATTLE, AND EVERY CREEPING THING THAT CREEPS UPON THE EARTH," which have the "audacity" to cross over the imaginary boundary lines of that parcel of land governed by the quaint human illusion of "OWNERSHIP?
The American Indians understood the wisdom of living peacefully and atone with nature. Why does the Exploitive WHITE MAN require licensing?
Does anyone reading this OWN the life of their pet?
Does anyone OWN property upon which taxes must be payed or else one's property may be stripped away from them? So who then, one may ask, is the owner of such land, animals, and nature held fast within the narrow "letter-of- the-word" defined, Illusory CONCEPT of OWNERSHIP?
Once again, the question must be asked of AMERICANS -- HOW INTELLIGENT ARE WE?
To give you a hint as to where the answer to that question lies, ask an AMERICAN INDIAN whose culture has been destroyed by the WHITE MAN. Ask a member of a PEOPLE who lived on this land long before the appearance of the WHITE MAN on the scene. Ask a PEOPLE who understood the folly of owernship and the divisions that can be created through the illusion of words.
GO AHEAD, ask the AMERICAN INDIAN, THE "SAVAGE." He'll set you straight about the BASSACKWARD way dumbed-down WHITE IGNORAMUSES have come to live their lives.

Hmmm.... It's been very quiet here for the past couple of days. Why are all the human predators who infest these newsgroups/forums so silent?
Is it because their five-year-long search to meet my husband's challenge to find a "contradiction in essence" in all of his writings on and off the Internet has failed *because there are none -- because everything he has written is true*?
Have these malicious people who daily prey on others been struck dumb to find they've been face-to-face for the past five years with an *honest man who simply speaks his truth* and they've been too blind, deaf, and ignorant to see it?
Are they struck dumb to find that their malicious attacks on Ray and me must fail because *truth* can stand up to anything?

It must be noted that the "ordinary and usual conveyances of the day" for travel at the time the Constitution was written were horseback or horse and wagon. Today it is the "automobile."
To steal a man's horse was to threaten his very survival. Such an act violated man's Unalienable Rights to "life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. As such, punishment for the crime of horse theft was swift and sure--Death by hanging! Having laid the above foundation based on actual *case law,* let me now tell you of the personal experience of a U.S. citizen and the "highwaymen in uniform" who prowl the roadways of this country in search of "marks" from which they may extort monies under the "color of office." What you are about to read is an actual event as it occured in the early morning hours of June 5th, 2001.
At approximately 0030 hrs on June 5th, 2000, I was returning home from the Seven Feathers Indian Casino in Canyonville, Oregon, some 80 miles from my home in Cave Junction.
I was driving a 2000 Pontiac Grand Am, a loaner car from my Grants Pass, Oregon Cadillac dealer while my own private automobile was being serviced.
It was dark, poorly lit and misting slightly as I approached the Intersection which led to the southbound freeway on ramp of I-5 which would take me home. For all intents and purposes, there was no one else on the roadway I was travelling. No headlights to the front of me, nor headlights behind me. I made a right turn to access the highway without using my turn signals (who was there to signal?).
I crossed under the freeway overpass, then made a left turn onto the on ramp of the southbound freeway. It was then the Police emergency lights came on behind me and I pulled over and stopped.
I got out of the auto and met Sheriff's Deputy Chris Poe, badge #112.
He asked for my license and registration. I told him the automobile was a loaner from the Grants Pass dealership while my car was being serviced.
I told him I had no operator's license, as I was not required to be licensed. I was merely travelling home and was not engaged in Commercial Activity, which would require such licensing. At that point a poorly hidden smirk came upon the face of Officer Poe.
I was approximately 3/4 of a mile from the Indian Casino when stopped.
Poe ran a check on me showing my old ODL license number, but that I was unlicensed at this time (not to be confused with suspended or revoked).
Poe began to write up a citation for "unsignaled turn" and, based on the information verbally given him by me (no id was asked for), "no operators license." He assigned me a court date of 6-27-01 to appear before Canyonville Justice Court.
In the meantime, Poe stated that the car was going to be impounded for no license and no insurance. I advised Poe the loaner car was covered by my personal insurance company. That did not seem to budge Poe. I asked that he call the Shift Sergeant to the scene before proceeding any further. The Sergeant was not available, but Poe summoned a Corporal with the Sheriff's Office instead.
On his arrival, I informed the latter of the same information I had earlier communicated to Poe about my exemption from the requirements of having an ODL. The same enigmatic smirk appeared on "Corporal Dave's" face.
I indicated to both officers the loaner car could just as well be removed to the Casino's parking lot less than a mile away. They weren't having any of it. The car was going to be impounded.
I told them that they were causing me to be stranded some eighty miles from my home, and my Unalienable Right to travel upon the roadways in returning home had been unnecessarily infringed upon by them.
I told the officers then that I was not going to sign the citation with my promise to appear in court. They said it didn't matter. If I didn't show up, a warrant for my arrest would be issued. I then suggested that as long as they were going to impound the car, they may as well arrest me so I could see the magistrate today. Why issue a citation?
Poe responded that I "did not commit a crime," but "an infraction," adding that "it didn't matter though, they could STILL TAKE THE CAR." Both officers refused to take me into custody. It seemed that they were only interested in TAKING THE CAR. A towtruck arrived on the scene and removed the automobile. Deputy Poe lent me his cell phone to call my wife. "Corporal Dave" then transported me back to the casino and dropped me off there. Thus began a long night.
At approximately 9:30 am Anita and a friend arrived at the casino. Armed with proof of insurance in hand, and Anita's ODL, the bureacratic hoops began to proliferate. It was necessary for the Grants Pass auto dealership to fax the Douglas County Sheriff's Office to release the car to us. That little bit of bureaucratic administrative paperwork called a "vehicle impound release" cost my wife and me a "hundred dollars."
Next came the contact with the tow/impound yard in Canyonville, Oregon. On arrival at this eyesore of a business which sported an assorted number of junked automobiles right on the parking lot in plain and open view on a main thoroughfare, we discovered that the deteriorating building that would not pass any reasonable building inspection was all locked up and not a person was to be found on the premises at that time. We called the phone number on their sign and were met with the message that that number was "no longer in service" and there was "no new number."
We contacted a business person across the street from the ramshackle tow company building, and she had a different phone number to call. The tow operator was contacted and arrived on the scene some 45 minutes later.
A ransom payment of two hundred and two dollars ($202.00) was paid the tow operator who had removed the automobile from the freeway on ramp some 12 hours earlier this date.
Yes, folks, that $302.00 was extorted from a citizen by the uniformed Highwaymen and their cohorts, who had, in effect, stolen from another their "usual conveyance of the day." Yesterday the "usual conveyance of the day" was horses, today it's the private automobile. We all know the fate which awaited the "Horse Thieves" of yesteryear. What fate should await the modern day Horse Thieves of Today?
As for me and my wife, we have been damaged by all this. My Civil Rights were violated. My Unalienable right to Travel had been infringed upon. Money has been extorted from me and my wife by those whose salaries are paid by public taxation. They use such salaries to conduct their "color of office" extortion policies.
Are there any Civil Rights attornies out there willing to take this case of Rights vs Privilege to the Supreme Court if necessary? If so, contact me at arkent@arkenterprises.com.

What exactly is it you expected Ray? Respect? You already asked the poor DA iny our district about unlicensed driving, and he informed you you would have problems if you insist on breaking the law. I can tell the difference between what I personally want and what is best and safest for society in general. It is best that incompetents and psychos not be on the roads driving with a license and possibly threatening others with potentially dangerous vehicles. Ray should not be driving, period. He clearly cannot be trusted, his cognitive level is too low to even try and reasonn with him, and I'm glad they busted him. If he wants to live in his own fantasy world and is willing to pose unwarranted dangers to other people on the road, they should fine the hell out of him and strip him of the ability to drive.
