Man and Woman have a definite purpose in occupying space and time on this planet Earth. It is one of Spiritual Fulfillment, a realization of who and what they are and of the True Spiritual Estate that has always been theirs but for their Spiritual amnesia, the forgetfulness of their Divine Nature.
Man and Woman, the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Children of the Divine Creator some call God, ARE, in their Truest Essence, Whole (holistic) Human Beings, created in the image of their Divine Creator. I am not speaking of the Body or the Mind, for such are merely computerized spacesuits to accomodate the harsh vibrations of material existence here on Earth. I am speaking of the Soul, the Essence of Truth, which is the whole of Divinity itself.
Only Truth is whole, wholistic, holy, nonfragmented, complete. It is a vibration which is unmistakable and unreplicatable. A simple Man or Woman of Truth is one of Christ Consciousness. They have retained their wholeness while the civilized world around them remains eternally confused, conflicted, aggressive and divided.
Such divisiveness and fragmentation arises from the conflicted, time-bound, limited consciousness early man experienced when his/her wholeness was put to the test, when they were tempted to relinquish their gift of Godly Sovereignty, wholeness, which then plunged their "Fall from Grace" into the dark abyss of the Hellish world ruled by Dualistic, Satanic (Opposer) Intellects, in other words, Civilized Society.
How was this Fall from Grace accomplished? It was all done by their consent, their agreement with the petty "god" of Intellect, SATAN. They made a contract, struck a bargain, sold their souls for a mess of pottage; i.e,, Worldly Status, Petty Power, Temporary health and wealth.
Some retained their resonance with Truth. They were and are the Christs of their time. They understand who and what they were/are -- SOVEREIGN SONS AND DAUGHTERS OF GOD.
The vast majority have sold their Spiritual Heritage for the petty perks offered by a petty "god" of a petty world, and thus became enthralled with their own Satanic enslavement. They soon were trained to worship images, idols, heroes, myths, imaginative flights of fancy which allows them to escape from the pain of their enslavement.
They had been reduced, through Satanic Mind Control with its wide variety of Hypnotic Trances cast upon them by remote, controlling Authority, into becoming helpless, hopeless, uncertain, confused, and mutually codependent victims who dream the liberating dream of
Freedom, of Sovereignty, of release from their daily travail. But alas, for them, the bargain they struck binds them firmly to the life they had chosen for themselves in a moment of IGNORANCE.
Are such civilized human beings doomed to an eternity of slavery? Only in their own mind -- the mind of doubt, of unclarity, of conflict suffered inwardly and projected outwardly.
The Satanic Spell which binds them can be broken in the instant the mind becomes quiet, when its endless chattering is stopped. There for a brief, fleeting moment of Truth, may one be Reborn of their Original Spirit of Wholeness. For the temptation is strong to return to the familiar, the constantly reinforced ideas which bombard them from their accepted (agreed upon authorities) their government, their media.
They have the choice to STAND ALONE if necessary, or to GO ALONG TO GET ALONG because the latter has become a comfortable, secure habit. Many will give their lives to defend their Satanic Ruled Comfortable, Secure, habitual existence. They are, and always have been, the Blind who have been led by the Blind.
The present Satanic-ruled world is on the brink of carrying out its Plans for a New World Order, but is being Challenged publicly by Three Christs: Two men, and one woman of Spiritual Truth. To the rest of humanity they have shown the way of one's individual return to Sovereignty. They have acknowledged that they once were blind but now they have eyes which see beyond the murky shroud of intellectual confusion. They understand their Spiritual Sovereignty, their link with the Divine Creator, and have turned their backs on those Satanist-driven elitists who desire to enslave all spiritually blinded men through force, fear, and tyranny.
They have used the nonviolent spiritual tactic of BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, and the Satanic Authorities are impotent to do anything about it. All that is left for the authorities to do is to create doubt once more in their clear, unwavering Consciousness. The authorities tactics: deceit, trickery, threat, intimidation, force and fear. All of which are used to renegotiate the previous contract, and thus extract their consent from the "damned" to accede to the power of the Satanic authorities.
That is the present worldwide spectacle going on in Plainfield, New Hampshire with a simple man and woman of Truth, Ed and Elaine Brown, a man and his wife who have regained their Sovereignty and will hold to that Sovereignty regardless of what may come their way.
Ed and Elaine Brown have shown the spirit which resides in each and every one of you. However, THEY NO LONGER SUFFER FROM AMNESIA.

Don't get me wrong, I still have the same understanding and knowledge of what is really happening here, and in this world, and will inform others only if they want to listen because their time is just as valuable and they have their own decisions to make and can spend their time here how they want. Life is a great experiment if you will, the powers that be have orchestrated this whole learning experience for us to do with as we want. I'm not a religious person, never have been, I don't believe in God, I don't believe that there is a being floating around out there somewhere snapping his/her fingers making things happen and changing things to his/her liking, in fact I think the Bible is the greatest fiction book ever written, but it does convey many, many excellent ideas and understandings and wisdoms to help one make their own decisions/conclusions while traveling through this crazy game called life. Anyway, it only makes sense, at least for me, to enjoy life and not focus too much on any one thing while I'm here or the very purpose of being here will be lost. Think about it.

The time for a Peaceful 2nd American Revolution is NOW!

Why, BECAUSE THERE ARE PRESENTLY NO LAWS which exists governing Living, Breathing, Flesh-and Blood, Sentient Natural Men and Women. All law of the Fictional Administrative Courts (Unconstitutional) of our land pertain only to the limited legal construct of Fictional Juristic Corporate entities. Such Courts have no ACTUAL JURISDICTION over the Living, Breathing,Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man or Woman, but for the presumption of JURISDICTION as acting as sureties for the debts of the Debtor defendant. When such JURISDICTION is challenged, all legal proceedings must be stopped and JURISDICTION must be proved in writing by the courts/prosecution before prosecution may resume. THAT IS THE LAW A Law that is not followed in Today's Court System.
Enough is enough, is it not? Let the Cry across the land be "SHOW US THE LAW": "SHOW US YOUR JURISIDICTION."
Let a Nationwide phone calling campaign, letter writing, email begin where every freedom loving man or woman call their their State's governors, their Federal and State legislators, their attorney generals, judges and prosecuting District Attorneys and DEMAND an answer from them to the above two questions. If they are willing to answer the question, ask them if they will do it UNDER OATH OR AFFIDAVIT, then ask them again if they are willing to do it.
Surely there must be one such public servant to be found amongst thousands throughout our country who will answer those two questions if our government is to remain a Servant of the People and not its Tyrannical Master?
If after such an event, no answer is forthcoming. It is time to REMOVE THEM FROM OFFICE and screw the rules they have written to protect them in their jobs.

( with a slight revision: Common Law Copyrighted name) That's why I sitting here at my computer a free man and having been tossed out of their jail after a bogus conviction while the State of Oregon and County of Josephine is sitting on a multimillion Dollar Commercial Judgement, due and payable NOW.
rk: Before bringing foreclosure against government I'm waiting for the public to wake up. It will TAKE NUMBERS to catch on to see that the path to their political liberation lies in their hands, not the hands of the government I am waiting to see which comes first in America, Freedom, or Martial Law -- and am prepared for either.
rk: Make no mistake about it. The Corporate Administrative courts will go to extreme lengths to deceive you by ignoring your paperwork, to trick you into waiving your rights, to gaining your consent for your own prosecution, but ultimately, if they cannot shake you in your resolve, they will cut you loose from their jurisdiction without admitting to it. That is what they have done in my case. Its all public image, smoke and mirrors.
rk: My particular " icing on the cake" was a combained 55 day hunger strike which the local newspaper "Grants Pass Daily Courier", covered up for 23 days before making it public to the people of Josephine County. Make no mistake, you are walking into a stacked deck when you walk into our corrupt judicial system, but if you can hold up to the treachery and chicanery of the lawyers and judges, Freedom will be yours. My approach just added another facet of responsibility on the hypocrites who run our courts and the media which reports on it.

Do all the particular forms required for your situation, especially the "Hold Harmless" and "Written Communication/Security Agreement" with your Juristic Person, your STRAWMAN. It's all smoke and mirrors, but then again, that's the edge the courts have over the ordinary man.

rk: 1. Ask the judge for his name. If he asks why, tell him you want to know who you are doing business with. He won't give it to you, of course, but it will put him on notice. In fact you will get very little positive response and are looking more for default in these matters

rk: 4. Since you are in an administrative court, the State will generally be the claimant, which is not a valid claimant in Common Law. If the judge says the Prosecuting Attorney is the claimant, then ask that the prosecuting attorney be sworn in and testify under oath to the claim being made against you under his personal unlimited commercial liability. It is impossible for any public officer to render such testimony as it places them in extreme personal financial peril based on his/her personal unlimited commercial liability through their public actions taken against a private man without consent or contract.
rk: 5. If he refuses to put the DA or any other State Agent on the stand, tell him you are not the defendant, never have been the defendant, will never be the defendant as named on the complaint, that you are the Common Law Copyright Holder, the secured party, creditor, and holder in due course, holding Supreme claim over the assets and debts of the debtor DEFENDANT NAMED IN ALL CAPS, and demand the proceedings be dismissed, as you are standing in your own court as a sovereign. Do not answer any more questions until proof of Jurisdiction is rendered.
rk: 6. They will bulldoze you if they can, and push you into responding to the judge's questions. When you do so, you accede to the jurisdiction of the court, AS LONG AS YOU DON'T CONTINUE TO CHALLENGE JURISDICTION. I challenged them 22 times on 22 separate hearings and trials. THEY WILL NOT FOLLOW THE LAW the first time around and will find some way to get rid of the case while saving face doing it. That and Default, standing behind A STONE WALL OF SILENCE, are their preferred tactics. BE PREPARED FOR IT.
