To Our Government Servants, Judges, Prosecutors, et al.:
Some of us folks out here are not yet BRAIN DEAD.
Some of us folks out here still understand that We, the Sovereign People, are the Government, and YOU are our Servants, our Employees.
Some of us folks out here understand that we have given you our consent along with limited sovereignty to make laws which serve the common Good.
Some of us folks out here, in doing so, have agreed that We The People of these united states of American live in a LAND OF LAWS and are not to be ruled by the whim and fancy of "fictional" persons who occupy high public office.
I, for one, as a man of the Sovereign People, understand clearly who I am and my relationship with you, my public servants.
You WORK FOR ME. I DON'T WORK FOR YOU!!
When in the course of your employment you cease to fulfil your conditions of employment, THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE, THE MASTER, has the Right to fire its EMPLOYEES, its SERVANTS and replace them with those who will perform the duties they have taken an oath to perform.
No amount of Threat, no amount of Intimidation, no amount of cunning and deceit at the hands of prosecutors and judges, no amount of guns, police agencies, and armies can change that relationship between a Free Sovereign People and its public servants, its "fictional" government.
The fictional government may attempt to reverse the relationship into one of Masters (them) and Slaves (us), but as with all illusion, it cannot stand up to the light of Truth. Nevertheless, that has been the traditional way of Satanic Rule over mind controlled sheeple since the dawn of Civilization.
WE THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE stand in defense of Freedom and against Tyranny. The rest of the enslaved peoples of the world presently ruled by Monarchies and Commissars, have their eyes trained on America and are watching to see whether the last vestige of Freedom in the world will be snuffed out.

The premise upon which OUR Nation Stands is that We are a NATION OF LAWS.

One must have broken a legitimate, existing law in order to be convicted of a crime under Common Law.
The convicting "fictional" Unconstitutional, Administrative Court MUST PROVE JURISDICTION over any Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Sovereign man or Woman. Without it, the "fictional" court is, BY LAW, POWERLESS TO PROCEED.
You, our public Servants have been given NOTICE on repeated occasions by WE THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE to SHOW US THE LAW that says all Americans must pay income tax.
You have refused to do so. You must think we, the AMERICAN PEOPLE, are brain dead to allow you to continue to VIOLATE THE LAW YOU HAVE TAKEN AN OATH TO UPHOLD. You must think YOURSELVES ABOVE THE LAW to flaunt such fraudulent and criminal actions in prosecuting people such as Ed and Elaine Brown of New Hampshire, threatening them WITH DEATH over a Law that does not exist. It is not the AMERICAN PEOPLE who are INSANE. IT IS YOU!!!
The State of Oregon and County of Josephine have prosecuted me, Raymond Ronald Karczewski©, and has made bogus claims of convicting a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man without ever producing Proof of Jurisdiction (as the present law requires), There is NO LAW operating in OREGON COURTS today, there is only CORPORATE POLICY, MASQUERADING AS LAW.
I, this Sovereign Man of the People, have challenged that "fictional" court to FOLLOW THE LAW OF THE LAND. They have refused to produce such proof of Jurisdiction since their unlawful kidnapping and robbery of me since 2002, and continue to do so to this very day, currently placing them, according to their own law, in COMMERCIAL DEFAULT to the tune of $27,180,000.00 ( Yep, you read that right Twenty Seven Million, One Hundred and Eighty Thousand Dollars.) From The Governor, to the Attorney General, to the Secretary of State, to the Judges, Prosecutors and Sheriff's office, NOT ONE AGENT of the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE will RESPOND TO THE QUESTION OF JURISDICTION. Is that any way for a government to operate?
The Federal Government has likewise been challenged by Ed and Elaine Brown to PRODUCE THE LAW that says they are subject to paying Income Tax to a private IRS Corporation. They have refused to produce the law.
Such breakdown of Law cannot and will not be tolerated by those whom the Sovereign American People have placed their trust to UPHOLD the law in this LAND OF LAWS.
By your actions, you have declared yourselves to the the ENEMY OF THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE and are preparing to declare war on YOUR OWN MASTERS through martial law and blaming it on a foreign enemy. How duplicitous, how cowardly of you!! Such actions deserve NO SUPPORT. They only invite CONDEMNATION.

Although the bogus courts convicted me of 7 counts of PAPER TERRORISM, they soon THREW ME OUT OF JAIL. I have not put that to the test. I usually call when the "spirit" moves me. To date, Fred Smart has handled himself professionally. Fred has invited me on air, to call regularly to end the program with my comments.
Tim Wingate has repeatedly ignored my calls, has kept me off as long as 40 minutes of the 60 minute program, even when no other callers existed. Maybe you ought to ask him his motives for doing so.
I am pretty much fed up with the treatment RBN has given Ed and Elaine Brown.
John Stadtmiller, owner of RBN, appears to be supportive; yet the discerning listener will discover it is not support, but exploitation that lies at the heart of his sponsoring of the program. Recently he commented that he did not want to make the program into a "death watch" for the Browns. Yet by not at least allowing in some detail, the spiritual position that Ed and I promote; i.e., "SHOW THE LAW," "BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT," and "SHOW JURISDICTION," Stadtmiller's actions speak louder than his words.
Anybody notice that Ed doesn't participate in the show much? Why? Because his position is consistently ignored and blocked from reaching the listening audience. It is done in lieu of allowing cockamamie armchair theorists disseminating theories that will only be ignored by a court which no longer follows the law of the land. By doing so, these well intentioned, but ignorant people who have not tested their theories under fire of actual courtroom conditions, play into the hands of the Lawyers and the Judges. Why don't you call in and ask Ed yourself? He'll tell you!!

Many are puzzled by my words. Many are angered by my words. Many are frustrated by my words. Many, many, many just don't get my words.
That is to be expected; for you see, there are "legions" of Satanic minions and there are but a "few" Christs.
A Christ, a man or woman of Christ Consciousness, a simple man or woman of Truth, is an holistic being. They resonate with the nondualistic energy of Truth, the Divine Intelligence that is God's gift to all who have not thrown up conditioned intellectual walls to prevent such unbounded Truth from flowing inwardly (inspiring) and flowing outwardly (expiring). Such is the eternal flow of life with its ebb and flow, touching all who are spiritually worthy of its reception.
The civilized consciousness of the Satanic, Intellectually driven man is the lowest vibratory level of intelligence. It is the grossest level of human intelligence. It is the dualistic realm of opposition that remains the sole/soul property of the robotically conditioned IGNORAMUS as long as his ignorance dominates his consciousness.
This is the consciousness of the Hell-bound, the confused, the impotent, the angry, the fearful, the agressive, the exploitive. They live in illusion, believing it to be real. It is the realm of the blind who lead the blind. When the nondualistic Truth is presented them, their dualistic intellectual foundation is shaken to its very foundation, and they feel threatened. They feel Exposed, They feel stupid. They feel insulted. Because they lack the capacity of Spiritual Sight, the foundation of Christ Consciousness, they take offense at Truth's mirroring of their ignorance. They are easily miffed at the slightest provocation and lash out to break the mirror which exposes themselves to their actual level of consciousness.
It is a spiritual "gimmee" to say that anyone who has not yet reached the level of Divine Awareness cannot possibly fathom the subtleties of human consciousness and so must admit to limitation. The very nature of Satanic ignorance is limitation.
Their preference is to remain mired in their familiar confusion while pridefully attacking others through obfuscation and guttersnipe power tactics of twisting, spinning, and inundating their audience with Intellectual overkill, all used as a misdirection from allowing mass exposure of their own limited, dualistic (opposing) state of Satanic Ignorance to occur.
This is an attack upon no one. It is Truth being thrown to the winds, which shall eventually touch all either directly or indirectly. Direct apprehension of Truth can result in instant Liberation, the Resurrection of the Divine Spirit of Infinite Intelligence; i.e., Truth, in the blink of an eye..
Indirect apprehension, the slow, plodding incremental Satanic momentum of endless, go-nowhere, circular argumentation leads to a lifetime of Hell, from the Cradle to the Grave. That is the destiny that most of you will share with one another for the rest of your lives.
Pay attention to your responses to what you read. It shall tell you who and what you are -- A Child of God, or a Minion of Satan. No outside advice or counseling is necessary. YOU ALREADY KNOW.
