Note: Shaun, I'm placing this on the Forum and my home page. It's time to let the subscribers know who they are dealing with on the forum. Its time to pull the plug on these government/media disinformation agents. Ray

Dear Ray,

Don't worry, I won't get tired of putting up with it. You're one of the few, if not the only people, really bringing truth to the forum. I'm at the point in my life when I don't really care for information/knowledge any longer. I care about truth -- simple truth. So I thank you for bringing that to our forum and other places on the Internet. I am sure you are making a difference in lives all over the place. You've made a difference in mine, just as Ed and Elaine have. Nothing was more soothing and peaceful than spending just a few days with Ed and Elaine at their home. Simple men and women are the answer to all of our problems.

As for the agents -- I will continue to ban them whenever they make themselves known to me. If you see them on there, please email me their usernames. I will look over their posts and give them the boot if necessary. I am tired of them, but I will never give up on it. It is no different than cleaning up graffiti -- eventually the vandals give up when they see their message is not accepted. Take care, Ray.

It would appear that Tom Cryer's win regarding the court's determination of "No Law" in Cryer's Court Case shall have monumental consequences upon the Legal Establishment.

For one thing, IT DEMANDS an IMMEDIATE STAND DOWN of FEDERAL MARSHALLS in their UNLAWFUL ASSAULT against Ed and Elaine Brown, who already KNEW THERE WAS NO LAW.

For another thing it shall FLING OPEN WIDE the prison cell doors of countless innocent men and women now in jail, convicted of a LAW THAT NEVER WAS. After all, If the Court determined there was NO LAW in the instant case, THERE WAS NO LAW FROM THE BEGINNING.

The Jig is up. The Fraud is exposed. The Courts have lost face. The Law Enforcement agencies charged with the carrying out of Fraudulent warrants have lost their authority, exposed as mercenaries, expendable hired armed thugs, to carry out the order of TAX COLLECTORS operating beyond the law.

Tom Cryer and Becraft Best the DOJ
According to our court-watcher we can tell you the following:

At the start of the trial the DOJ withdrew the felony charges, leaving two counts of willful failure to file.

The Constitution and the law were allowed into the courtroom. Although Cryer was able to tell the jury what he read, he was not allowed to show the jury what he read. Cryer was also able to tell the jury what he did not read in the law because he could not find it in the law - the law that made him liable to file and pay the federal income tax.

Tom did a good job of explaining to the jury what he read in the Brushhaber, Stanton and Eisner Supreme Court cases about the legal meaning of the word "income" and what he read in the Internal Revenue Code - everything but the law that required him to file. Tom had asked the IRS to show him the law that made him liable but the IRS did not respond.

Larry Becraft's closing arguments were "flawless."

Compared to the judges in the Simkanin and Schiff cases, Cryer's judge was "Cinderella."

The Cryer and Becraft IRS Performance. A Misdirecting Disinformation Fiasco in the Making.

     I listened to the Ed and Elaine Brown Talk Radio show on RBN today July 12, hosted by Tim Wingate interviewing Guest Lawyers Tom Cryer and Lawyer Larry Becraft.

     My intention was to congratulate Cryer and Becraft for their win over the IRS "NO LAW" issue. I held on for 40 minutes of the 60 minute program and was never allowed on.

     The more I listened, the more my "disinformation" antenna began to pick up the actual direction taken by these two lawyers. Keep in mind they, Cryer and Becraft, were two lawyers who outlawyered the government lawyers.

     The facts show that these are two Lawyers who are fictional corporate entities themselves, engaged in arguing a fictional principle in a fictional "show trial" setting with other lawyers, other fictional entities, none of whom, because of their fictional status, are Sovereign,. In short, it was a closed environment, a tightly controlled play of words composed of ALL fictional persons, who have sold their souls to the Government Corporation and its Courts.

     They, Cryer and Becraft, not of the Sovereign People, had no standing in True Law. Their performance was limited to the fictional administrative court in which all participants are considered, "Officers of the Court." A closed "poker game" played within a "good ole boys" System.

     The more Cryer spoke, the more distance he put between the legal principle of "Stare Decisis" which establishes the precedence of "Case Law" in the legalistic system of man's law, while he and Becraft avoided altogether discussing the primary issue of Natural Law, God's Law. That is the problem with lawyers and with our corrupt court system. It's a closed circuit of judges and lawyers which excludes all others who are not of the "Brotherhood."

     My intention in calling the show was to bring the dialogue of the show to a higher level, beyond the typical, neverending, deliberate obfuscation of the simple issue of the instant IRS case -- THERE IS NO LAW.

     Cryer and Becraft won their case and beat the other lawyers by "outlawyering" the IRS lawyers who could not defend their indefensible position, they COULD NOT SHOW THE LAW.

     Ed and Elaine Brown beat the government over the same issue by exposing the corruptness of a closed circuit Court system which allows the government to prosecute others without ever ANSWERING questions of jurisdiction or showing them, the Browns, THE LAW under which they were being prosecuted. Ed and Elaine understood who they were and asserted their rightful position as a man and woman of the Sovereign people. THEY BOYCOTTED THE PROCEEDINGS AND WALKED AWAY. Their rocksolid spiritual Stance: Show us the Law, Show us your Jurisdiction.

     Nothing complicated about it. Nothing "Lawyerly" about it. Nothing deceptive about it. Just a clear statement of SHOW ME THE LAW OR GET THE HELL OUT MY LIFE.

     That is the attitude the Satanic Courts are unable to deal with with men and women who have the audacity to assert their Sovereignty. IT IS CALLED TRUTH!

     It was that attitude which prompted my comments that such a win of an IRS case involving the heretofore successfully evaded "SHOW US THE LAW" would have monumental effects upon the American scene in restoring balance to a crooked, corrupt, judicial system controlled by slick talking Pharisees who continue to milk the public for all its worth with their talent for creating confusion in the simplest of issues.

     How can there be Law, Justice, Balance, Equity when the judges and the prosecutors, charged by the Sovereign People to administer the Law, have "immunized" themselves from answering questions concerning their jurisdiction and limited sovereignty, a limited Right conferred upon them by the True Government, THE SOVEREIGN PEOPLE?

     Ladies and Gentlement, Brothers and Sisters, YOU'VE JUST BEEN SCHNOOKERED and you don't even realize it. Those who heard the show were treated to the trotting out of a "dog and pony" show which shall lure you further into satanic "La La" land.

    AMERICA, YOU'VE JUST BEEN HAD ONCE AGAIN! Hell, isn't it?

     Ask Ed and Elaine what they perceived of the events of today's show. There you will get a TRUTHFUL ANSWER.

     It has recently been brought to the attention of the American public within the last week that in the Ed and Elaine Brown Plainfield, New Hampshire home imprisonment/seige following a bogus Federal trial and Court verdict via the IRS "LAW THAT NEVER WAS" the local government establishment in Plainfield has declared they SHALL NOT offer law enforcement protection to its citizens.

    When asked to return the money paid to the government for such protection, the government refused to do that. Have they taken the money of the People under false pretenses?

     Is not the protection of its community and people the primary duty of government? Being a retired police sergeant from a California Police Department and a simple man of Truth, a Christ, a Sovereign Son of God and man of the People, such notion of Government's purpose to serve and protect the People has always been my understanding.

     Have I been mistaken, in error, schnookered by government authorities all of my life?

     Did I not take an Oath when enlisting in the Armed Forces and as a police officer to "Serve and Protect," to defend the united states Constitution against all enemies, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC?

     Are we not being daily told by our government homeland security officials and others charged with the protection of this nation's security of their "hunches that a planned attack upon the American People will occur sometime during this summer? This is July, summer's almost over. Are you comfortable with Government's performance in the New Orlean's disaster? That pretty much told the American People what they can expect when disaster comes to their community. Are you prepared for it?

    Unless I am just one who is not getting the accurate news from our media (that wouldn't happen, would it?), Government so far has not been able to produce any evidence either of the IRS "LAW THAT NEVER WAS", nor have they produced any actual AL QUEDA subjects or evidence gained therefrom, other than gut level "hunches" that an attack upon our country, our American way of Life is IMMINENT?

     It is a solution that must come from the heart and soul of each and every the Sovereign Man and Woman, the ACTUAL GOVERNMENT of our land, not the public servants who have already announced openly they shall not offer protection to the American People, and they shall not return the money already paid by the American People for such such protection.

     Any honest cop will tell you, in times of great peril or threat to life, chances are they will not be there in time to save you. The police cannot be in all places at all times.       To my neighbors in Illinois Valley, to Oregonians and Americans like.   Two issues exist which have bonded me, Raymond Karczewski, living here in Cave Junction, Oregon with Ed and Elaine Brown, now being held prisoners in their own home as the Federal Authorities Lay Siege to them, not unlike Ruby Ridge and Waco. An anomaly at best, a crime at worst, since Lawyer Tom Cryer was just recently found NOT GUILTY in Shreveport Louisiana, for the Same Crime Ed and Elaine are currently held under siege, carrying with it the possibility of Death.

     In my Case (One can read full details of it on http://www.arkenterprises.com/index11.html and http://www.arkenterprises.com/tortjoco.html ) It answers the question as to why our Oregon Government would go after me for exercising my Right to Travel and holding my public officials accounable for their crime of Fraud,, who first threatened me, a man of 65 at the time, with 35 years in prison, ostensibly a life sentence/death sentence, for one on the road, traveling with my Hi-Beam headlights on, then agreed to let me off for time served and probation if I would only enter into a plea bargain ( thereby placing me under their tyrannical judicial system) with them,

      I refused their offer, went to two trials, stood alone, represented myself in order to expose the corrupt courts system we live under here in Oregon and Josephine County. Although I was found guilty by their "Unconstitutional Court" I WAS THROWN OUT OF THEIR JAIL near death because of my combined hunger strike of 55 days and they realized they had a man in their custody who lived the adage "Give me liberty or give me death." Were I to have died in their custody they would ultimately have to answer the questions of Jurisdiction which stands as the hallmark of my two trials.

     It is the State of Oregon and Josephine County Government' s adamant refusal to answer the question of JURISDICTION, JURISDICTION, JURISDICTION over any man or woman of the Sovereign People who lives under God's Law, asserts his Unalienable Rights and stands alone with God before the courts of man.      This communication arises in response to the statements made by Fred Smart and Tim Wingate, co-hosts of the Ed and Elaine Brown RBN Radio talk show, on today's show, July 16, 2007..

     Both men expressed concern and a certain "disconnect" with me at the level when I express that Intellectual Thought is Satanic in nature, and is the cause of all human suffering on Earth.

     To begin, Fred and Tim, my spiritual "nondualistic" awareness (Christ Consciousness) reveals both of you to be "good guys," well intentioned, absent of malice, and living the best possible lives you can live at your present though "almost but no cigar" religious, political, and socially cultured conditioned Intellects.

     Your quality of life is as good as it gets within the limitations of your own "unrealized" satanic intellectual mindset.

    Intellectual thought is absolutely necessary to resolve technical problems in life and to communicate with other intellects, much like computer-to-computer communication. That is the Intellect's proper place, for all dualistic (opposing/unwhole/unholy) fragmented concepts, ideas, imaginings, projections, etc. ARE DEAD, They exist in the aftermoment of the intellect through one's previously programmed memory. That is the nature of Satanic Control. If one understands the process of enslavement by the mind, the resurrection of Divine Spirit of Intelligence transcends the bondage of the lower, superficial, intellectual mind and one becomes the Master of his Mind.
If not, one remains a Slave to his own remotely Authoritative, outer controlled intellectually driven Mind. The limitation of that enslavement is called IGNORANCE. No insult, just a fact.

    Divine Awareness, the essence of Truth, of God, however, is the nondualistic energy of the Infinite. It is boundless, timeless, without limitation, has no beginning or end. It is quite a different vibratory level of consciousness from that of dualistic-opposing Satanic Intellect, is it not?

     When one has the spiritual discernment to understand that the Intellect is absolutely necessary when it comes to resolving the technical problems of life, they know when to use it and when to let
it lay fallow.    They see that the use of the same undiscerning, programmed Intellect is the culprit when it becomes the creator of problems in the non-technical area of life, an area that it is
incapable of accessing -- The realm of infinite energy, Divine Intelligence which unfolds in every living eternal moment of NOW,

     Tim, when you pointedly posed the question to me on Friday's radio program, July 13, 2007, challenging me to answer who is misdirecting attention, and I replied that you had just issued a
satanic challenge, you didn't understand what I had said, and so were offended by it. No offense was intended by me, just a point of fact, a point of fact that most of your conditioned listeners would not get either. You see, the blind do not know they are blind; for they respond not to the Truth of the moment, but to their own conditioned ideas of truth, which are nothing more than counterfeit images placed there by remote authoritative (Satanic) conditionings which rule their
limited consciousness.
