Another potential Waco is unfolding in New Hampshire TODAY. Only now the Government is on the hotseat, for the public has been introduced to Ed and Elaine through their daily exposure on Patriot Radio and find them to be just an ordinary God loving, responsible, Sovereign man and woman who had the courage to JUST SAY NO, turn their backs on, and refuse to obey the dictates of an Unconstitutional corrupt, tyrannical, tax-wasting, bankrupt government whose sole purpose has been revealed to enslave a once proud free American People through non-existing law, and are now being held hostage in their home through Unconstitutional Shock Troop Government Tactics..
Think about it. The Browns are a Sovereign, Living, Breathing, Flesh and Blood, Sentient Natural man and woman . The Courts of our land are fictions and have Jurisdiction only over other lesser, court-created fictions, i.e. their own creation of of Juristic Persons.
Ed and Elaine have already proclaimed publicly they follow God's Law, not the law of Mammon -- man's law. That alone is sufficient to halt matters now set into motion in Plainfield New Hampshire. That alone is sufficient to challenge the Jurisidiction of the Federal Courts not even bringing in the issue of whether the law they were tried for even exists under Common Law and Constitutional law.
The Government's repeated refusal to "show the law" that requires Americans such as Ed and Elaine, you and I to pay Income Tax is a Steaming Indictment against the very system of government which has taken leave from that of a "Government Of the People, By the People, and For the People.".
When Pharisitical Judges can openly convict Americans of crimes without answering fundamental questions of law and/or provide Due Process process of law which our Constitutions guarantees, we are no longer living in the land of the Free, once called the united states of America.
On Tuesday April 24th, 2007, sentencing was carried out on Ed Brown in absentia and Elaine Brown who was present at the trial.
Theoretically, that sentence should have been carried out via a warrant of arrest on the following day Wednesday, April 25th by two officers, yet here it is nearly two months later and hundreds of government agents from a multiagency task force are laying seige to two people in their home without ever having followed normal procedure of warrant service.
Either the Government has the law on their side and not merely unconstitutional Corporate policy masquerading as "color of law" with actual jurisdiction over Ed and Elaine Brown, OR THEY DO NOT!
Either the Government can produce an actual law which says Ed and Elaine Brown are compelled to pay income tax, OR THEY CANNOT!
Either we the Sovereign People live in the Land of the Free or WE DO NOT!
Each of you reading this is asking what you, as a man or woman can do. Your only one man or woman against the seemingly unlimited power, force and fearsomeness of a government that knows no bounds when it sets its sights on the individual in our society. That, my spiritual brothers and sisters is ONLY AN ILLUSION. IT IS YOUR ILLUSION. You have created that illusion through your support, psychologically and financially, either by consent, or coercion. You have provided to another the chains which enslave you either by your consent or coercion. You are responsible for the quality of life you have created for yourselves.
Ed and Elaine Brown have exposed the illusion by their brave actions in standing up against a corrupt government and court system. But they now stand as the individuals the Satanic Forces have set their sights on. These forces can be dispelled instantly by a collective public Demand of SHOW US THE LAW AND JURISDICTION which justify such barbaric and inhuman infringement upon the Right of Ed and Elaine Brown, OR BEGONE! Thats how a PUBLIC EXORCISM OF A SATANIC PRESENCE IS CONDUCTED.
How many thousands of dollars, if not millions have been already spent on the OVERKILL WACO/RUBY RIDGE developing show of force in focusing on a simple man and woman, husband and wife who follow God's Law.

How do they get away with it? Because those whom they perceived to be "useless eaters", the blind, tax-paying, co-dependent, docile, fleeced sheeple who hunker down in silence, paralyzed with fear and Terror of their own government are those whom they, the NEW WORLD ORDER government has targeted to be disposed of by any number of freedom and life depriving government projects now under way..

It reads: " The Elaine A. Brown and Edward L. Brown, U.S. DISTRICT COURT NEW HAMPSHIRE CRIMINAL NO. 06-CR-71-1,2-SM, case was removed to the sovereign district court to the federal circuit, fourteen June, two-thousand seven. The U.S. Marshall, was directed to stand down and return all seized property and assets.

You, each of you, remain blinded to your true efficacy as Children of God in restoring your God-given role as Co-creators over your lives.
You actively eschew Divine Awareness, Divine Intelligence, God, if you will, while preferring to remain enmeshed in the comfort zone of your Satanic conditioned images rather than face the harsh reality of Truth about yourselves.
You don't know what to make of a man who identifies himself as a Living Christ. Even when he tells you it is just a simple man of Truth.
Your lives are ruled by Illusion. You prefer Illusion. You love illusion.
For each of you now living in an artificial world of deception, fraud and appearances, the immovable, the undeniable Truth continues to remain a bitter pill to swallow.

The present Maritime Law Administrative Court of the UNITED STATES, a Corporation, which tried the Brown Case, is a Fiction. It always has been. It shall always be so. NOTHING in the Heavens and on the Earth can change that -- NOTHING!! Now let's get on with a simple explanation of the Ed and Elaine Brown case in New Hampshire.
Being a Corporate fiction, it, the courts, the government, has jurisdiction only over other lesser-created fictions; i.e., Illusions based in words, concepts, ideas, intellectual constructs, projections, etc. They all have one thing in common, THEY ARE DEAD!!!
Ed and Elaine are Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man and woman. They are Sovereign creations of the Creator; called by many names, but generally referred to as God.
The defendants in the case exhibited on all court paperwork are EDWARD LEWIS BROWN and ELAINE ALICE BROWN, a nonliving concept of words spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS; i.e., they are juristic persons, corporate constructs created by the fictional government/courts.
Edward Lewis and Elaine Alice: Family Brown, Living Souls, the manner in which Ed and Elaine identify themselves, is clearly not the same name as EDWARD LEWIS BROWN and ELAINE ALICE BROWN. If there are two definite entities which cannot be confused, one for the other, who is the defendant being prosecuted by the fictional courts? Anyone can see the contradiction in essence which presents itself. Can you?
Like millions of others who are being swept up in the enforcement net of the fictional system of Satanic Justice, conned by smooth-talking, artificial bar association servants of Satan, non-living, dead entities who have squandered their Divine Estate in return for the promises of Satanic wealth and power in a world ruled by Satan, Ed and Elaine found themselve forcibly brought before the courts on a legitimate Corporate Policy, but BOGUS Law.
They departed from the average defendants who are forcibly brought before the courts so that the courts may extract their pound of flesh from those whom they consider lowly slaves.
Ed and Elaine knew who they were. They stood their ground as Sovereign Children of God, subject only to God's Law, and rubbed the Courts Satanic Pharisitical nose in its own excrement--walking away as a free Sovereign man and woman.
That's the issue the courts will not address, because the courts CANNOT address it without their whole fraudulent, Satanic House of Cards come tumbling down.
If this all sounds far-fetched to you, you can attribute that to your own life-long Satanic Mind Control conditioning which has conditioned you into being a obedient, compliant, busy-body slave to dutifully service the Corporate System which is attempting to control all aspects of life on earth under the mantle of a Satanic NEW WORLD ORDER.
Ed and Elaine have the fictional courts over a barrel. The fictional Courts know it. The Law Enforcers know it--they are beside themselves trying to figure a way out of the mess they have created while saving face and maintaining their long constructed (but false) public image.

In this article, I am going to speak to you in your language. No words used are incomprehensible. Pay close attention to their simplicity, for that is the essence of Truth manifest in communication. If you don't understand, look within yourselves to see what psychological or spiritual barrier is preventing such spiritual sight.
You all know what Truth "feels" like, and you all know the conflicting resonance of dissonance felt when Satanic, inculcated, dualistic beliefs meet head-on with the nondualistic essence of Truth.
Belief is of the dualistic Intellect. I sent you an email earlier in the day, don't know if you
received it. Basically it stated that after all the computer printer problems and down time I've experienced, I downloaded the Removal Files, and Instructions, only to learn that it would not address my problem.
My need is to bring my cases before the International Court of
Claims for adjudication and award of damages. My assumption was that
those of the legal capacity such as David, could assist me in the
preparation of such suit, with forms and instructions much like those
which accompanied the Case Removal suit. (Good job, David.)
I, however, understand that it may not be possible as it would
put David and/or other county notaries in a position of a Conflict of
Interest in the growing Sovereign Court Movement.
Put it like this: You have the Law, I have the Truth, Satan has
the guns, power, jails, etc., and is not going to give that up easily.
Your power, as I perceive it in the present, comes in the
injunctive realm. I have nothing to stop. My case is over and I am
stuck with the stigma of false felony charges, imprisonment and
damage to my health and my wifes's health because of the tyranny
experienced at the hands of corrupt Law Enforcement and Judges in
Josephine County and the State of Oregon.
I perceive my case, along with Ed and Elaine's case, to be the
Watershed Event which together, brought forth simultaneously, could
break the back of a Corrupt Justice System operating throughout our
Nation. Mine is the rock in the sling of Ed and Elaine Brown, held
in the hand of David, which slays a modern day Goliath.
The people are fullup with theories and coulda, woulda, shoulda
possibilities cluttering up their "Saviour" consciousness. They want
to see something that actually works at the level which knocks the
slats out of the support system the Satanic Judiciary has relied upon
for years and years, Hell, Centuries.
I know I have them over a barrel, I just don't have the procedural knowledge (nor inclination) to spend the next 35 years of my life to acquire it as you have David.
If assisting me in bringing my case before the International
Court of Claims would not compromise you in any way with the future
of the Sovereign court movement, would you consider assisting me in
bringing my case to the level where it meets all the criteria of
presentment for a fair hearing?
I have no doubt that if that should occur, the ruling for damages
would be in my favor and that would break the back of the fictional
court system in which I was falsely tried, convicted and imprisoned.
As I have repeatedly stated, for me and my wife, time is of the
essence in this matter. She is battling for her life and her time is limited.
