When and where in America is the act of holding public Governmental Officials such as Judges, District Attorneys, Armed Enforcement Officers, lawfully accountable for their private, for-profit, Corporate, Color of Office acts of Tyranny over Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men and Women considered to be a Crime of Paper Terrorism; i.e., "Simulation of Legal Process"?

     How does one such Unconstitutional, unlawful, Fictional, limited Jurisdiction Administrative Court, conjured up  "color of Office" legislative Corporate policy, determine one to be a "Paper Terrorist" when no crime is committed under Common Law; i.e., No damage has been done to persons or property, no victims have laid claim of damage, nor have Rights of any Individual been infringed, etc?

     How does such an unlawful court successfully masquerading as a LAWFUL COURT throw a convicted defendant OUT OF JAIL when he refuses to accept the unlawful court's proffer of a sentencing contract, required to seal the fate of the contractee, thereby consenting to their own incarceration, fines, prohibitions, etc.?

     You see, since my release from Josephine County Jail, near death after two hunger strikes totaling 55 days, I have unrelentingly demanded that the court and/or ANY AGENT for the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE answer the questions of JURISDICTION, which if the STATE, COUNTY, OR COURTS answered, would bring down the whole HOUSE OF CARDS now teetering as OUR GOVERNMENT.

     I have served papers (in the same manner as earlier determined to be "Simulation of Legal Process") on Oregon Governor TED KULONGOSKI, Attorney General HARDY MYERS, Secretary of State BILL BRADBURY YET THEY HAVE NOT COME AFTER ME!!!

     If my act of holding my Public Officials Accountable in the year 2002 was a CRIME, why is it not considered a CRIME by these same public officials now?

     Could it be the ENTIRE ADMINISTRATION OF THE STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE understand that their continued FRAUD perpetrated against the Tax Paying public would be exposed, and THEY would be the ones HEADING FOR JAIL???

     WAKE UP, PEOPLE OF OREGON AND AMERICA!  One does not go fishing and expect the fish to jump into the frying pan of their own accord!!!

Many people throughout the world recognize religion as a form of madness. Historians have presented us with views of the Crusades, the Islamic jihads, the Catholic wars against heretics, the Inquisition, witch hunts, and the Reformation; it also chronicles modern-day atrocities, including the Holocaust, the seemingly insoluble Catholic-Protestant schism in Northern Ireland, religious tribalism in Lebanon and other conflicts created by religionists.

Conflict caused by religion permeates the history of mankind. Conflict, evil and harm, committed in the name of God.

The vast majority of people in the world believe in God, but believe what religion teaches about God. They absorb and act on what religion teaches. For the most part anything to do with God has come to the minds of the people from religious organizations. These same religious organizations whose atrocious and ungodly acts are recorded in history.

At the core of this rottenness are all of the false teachings about God by religions and their leaders. It is this that has caused all of the murders and mayhem committed through the centuries.

Religion is accepted throughout the world of mankind as "the" authority on matters pertaining to God. It has been this way for centuries. Long ago persons discovered cleverly devised schemes could separate people from their money and place people under control and subjectivity of a government. Religion is a government of people; organizations that govern and control people in regards to God and the matters of God. They do this through lies and falsehoods.

About ten or twelve years ago, one of the leading magazines, "Money" or "Inc" or one like these, published a "career forecast" for the coming year, proclaiming the best careers for money and power. Among those at the top was "becoming a religious minister." It is indeed a "career" with many rewards. 

Atheists are created by religionists. Hate and anger and yes, murderous thoughts are created by religionists who offend innocent people.

As I have stated many times, religion is a creation of mankind, created as a replacement for God. To understand this, all one has to do is look at Jesus of Nazareth and the other Sons of God. They did not possess a religious mind or a religious spirit. They were not "of" this world of man; they were not "of" religion. They were "of" God possessing the mind and spirit created by God having been taught truth by God. They possessed the mind and spirit of Christ.

"Satan" is a title and a name for any person who falsely accuses a person of God of not being who and what he declares himself to be. We find most religionists are this type and kind of person for they have the mind and spirit not of God, possessing the lies and falsehoods taught by religion that say it is not possible for a person to be taught truth by God; to possess the mind and spirit of Christ. This is the reality of Satan at work. This is Satanism. This is the "evil one" scriptures speak of. This "evil one" is a type and kind of person not a single individual person. It is the evil one inside a person; the "self."

There are only two types of persons in the world, the righteous and the unrighteous. The unrighteous one is the evil one for this one does harm to others. The greatest harm a person may do is to kill the Holy Spirit in a person or prevent this person from coming to God to receive the promise of God; to be made righteous.

The righteous one is made righteous by God by reason of being taught the principles of God, by God, and having come into obedience to these principles. This is what structures and creates the mind and spirit of Christ in mankind. The only Creator of this mind and spirit is God.

A religious mind is an unrighteous mind, not of God, therefore being evil.

From the scriptures, a word attributed to Jesus of Nazareth;

And he answering said to them, `He who is sowing the good seed is the Son of Man, and the field is the world, and the good seed, these are the sons of the reign, and the darnel are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy who sowed them is the devil, and the harvest is a full end of the age, and the reapers are messengers.

 `As, then, the darnel is gathered up, and is burned with fire, so shall it be in the full end of this age, the Son of Man shall send forth his messengers, and they shall gather up out of his kingdom all the stumbling-blocks, and those doing the unlawlessness, and shall cast them to the furnace of the fire; there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of the teeth.

`Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the reign of their Father. He who is having ears to hear -- let him hear.

The "Son of Man" is the Son of God having been brought to be in "man" by God. Only their Father is God. God is not the Father to any other. Consider this statement from above;

"the darnel are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy who sowed them is the devil."

This teaching is on sowing "seed." "Seed" is words and teachings to be planted in the mind. Jesus of Nazareth addressed the "sons of the evil one" and named this enemy who is sowing as the "devil." Who sows (teaches) their word in the minds of mankind concerning the matters of God? The "darnel" is the "bad seed." It is the seed that caused the death of Adam which was sowed by this same enemy of God. The "good seed" is the Word from God coming through the Sons of God.

Today scripture is fulfilled in this matter as Paul explained;

"let not any one deceive you in any manner, because -- if the falling away may not come first, and the man of sin be revealed -- the son of the destruction, who is opposing and is raising himself up above all called God or worshipped, so that he in the sanctuary of God as God hath sat down, shewing himself off that he is God -- the day doth not come."

"Do ye not remember that, being yet with you, these things I said to you? and now, what is keeping down ye have known, for his being revealed in his own time, for the secret of the lawlessness doth already work, only he who is keeping down now will hinder -- till he may be out of the way, and then shall be revealed the Lawless One, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the manifestation of his presence, him, whose presence is according to the working of the Adversary, in all power, and signs, and lying wonders, and in all deceitfulness of the unrighteousness in those perishing, because the love of the truth they did not receive for their being saved, and because of this shall God send to them a working of delusion, for their believing the lie, that they may be judged -- all who did not believe the truth, but were well pleased in the unrighteousness."

I have explained the "secret of the lawlessness." I have identified for you, the "Lawless One" the "Adversary." Religion exists in "all power, and signs, and lying wonders, and in all deceitfulness of the unrighteousness." And those who perish, which is against the will of God, perish "because the love of the truth they did not receive for their being saved, and because of this shall God send to them a working of delusion, for their believing the lie, that they may be judged -- all who did not believe the truth, but were well pleased in the unrighteousness." These are the religionists; the followers of the religion.

The great lie is not from God, for God does not lie. God does not do evil. But religion has created the great lie in saying it is not possible for a person to be taught truth by God; to be the creation of God in mind and spirit. Religionists have believed the lie and are the deluded. They have no love for truth that they would hear and follow the word of Jesus of Nazareth who declared a person "shall know the truth." Who declared a person may ask and receive from God.  Who declared the Spirit of Truth, from God, will teach a person all things concerning the matters of God. Religionists have loved their religion and religious doctrine more than this truth from a Son of God.

Who is the evil one, the enemy of God? The person in you that is not the creation of God. Paul described this person as the "old man" who must be killed off so the "new man" from God may become the person within. All born of the evil seed are this person. Only those born of the Seed of God are the righteous ones.

All who are born of God, raised up and taught truth by God, sow this Seed you read. This is the reality of being "born again" as commanded by Jesus of Nazareth to all who desire to be "of" God.

You have seen and understood who and what this evil one is; the lawless one. It is my word that is Spirit, and truth, that destroys the lie and the delusion. It is not "my" word but "The Word" from God given to all who are Sons of God.

Are you now able to see and understand why evil acts occur? Are you able to see and understand the evil acts of religion, past and present? Are you able to understand this is not of God and is against the will of God?

I repeat the admonition of old; "Come out from among them and be separated unto God."

Admittedly, my writings are difficult to grasp by conditioned Intellects shaped and reinforced through Satanic Mind Control, whether it be sourced in Political or Religious packaging. 

Ignorance (limited, dualistic thinking) does not tolerate its  exposure very well, especially by those possessed of "prideful" intellects who reap their Satanic worldly reward of power, wealth and status via exploitation by their talented intellect.

I am not the Only Christ expressing Truth on the Internet, but my no nonsense, direct approach to Truth poses a tough pill to swallow; for most who hear my words rail at their painful feelings of conditioned conflict experienced deeply within, yet they remain incapable of finding simple words to  express their observations.

My words, my Truth can be likened to taking an express train ride through reality -- nonstop and directly to the point. Few are prepared for such ride.

They have been trained since childhood and are constantly reinforced by Media, the Programming arm of Satanic Control, to live out their remote Satanic mapping through the medium of mind control via blind belief instilled by exterior Authority. They are second-hand people, they are the "Living Dead"  who get their view of reality from pre-scripted hellish agendas issued forth by the Satanic elitists over the Masses of "Intellectual Ignoramuses". 

Intellects are conditioned to story telling. That is why Jesus spoke in parables.  I go to the heart of Human Consciousness and existence -- a Shock, to say the least, for Satanic, watered down, dualistic vibratory levels of Intellect clearly insufficient to withstand the Glorious nondualistic vibration of Truth.

You might want to check out the writings of another Christ who is also writing on the Internet.  Don W. Suiter is such Christ, but his approach is more palatable for most readers.

Civilized mankind has been condemned to live within the thrall of Satanic Control since his "Fall From Grace."

My Wife Anita is dying.  The doctors have stated their surprise that she is still alive.  A projection of 6 months has recently been declared, and yet no one in government is held responsible. They continue to imprison innocent people, bankrupt others, send our children to war, attack the health of millions through their proven dereliction of duty. 

What has become of the Spirit of America?  When and why have a once proud Free Sovereign People settled in comfortably with their Chains of Slavery, forged with the illusory Satanic Links which bind them through mind control? 

Our story, the story of my wife and I, is being repeated endlessly throughout this land of ours.  The Corruption and Criminality of a Judicial System which no longer follows the "Supreme Law of the Land," the U.S. Constitution and its Common Law now functions as a "Star Chamber" Tribunal of Unlawful and Unconstitutional Administrative Law, where the Constitution is not recognized and they make the rules up as they go along.

I shall cut to the Chase as all of the supporting evidence of what I am about to say here and now is backed up on the page listed above.

In 2002, I was arrested while traveling in my private automobile, for a High Beam Violation and having no license in possession.  Mind you, no license in possession, not a suspended license.  I had rescinded my ODL in 1999 and no longer contracted with the state for a license, requiring their "permission" to Travel as I was not engaged in Commercial or Business Activities while traveling in my private automobile on the publicly owned roadways.

To this date, I continue to Travel as I did on the Day that I was arrested, only now my privately owned automobiles no longer have license plates or corporate identification tags nor do I possess a "permission to travel" driver license.

I was arrested at gunpoint on Sept 5, 2002 after the deputy shereiff told me 4 times that I was not under arrest but yet, did not miss a beat  in continuing their act of highway piracy in the confiscation of  my privately owned automobile and leaving me stranded on my journey home.  The result:  I was kidnapped at gunpoint and the victim of an armed robbery.  The crimes were reported to the JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY CLAY E. JOHNSON, but he kissed it off because the report was not accompanied by an affidavit.  That was the beginning of the BASSACKWARD trail of crime and corruption that the County of JOSEPHINE OREGON will NEVER LIVE DOWN.

I vowed that this kind of Tyranny would not go on.  I would take this to wherever it would go.  This was not NAZI Germany.  I was not living in Mother Russia.  This was America, and I was a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural Man, a Son of God, a man of the Sovereign People.  That began the littered trail of crimes and corruption that encompassed two trials brought on by the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE to COVER THEIR ASS.

Via the Commercial process of UCC Leins, used widely in business and specialized by the IRS, I served papers on all who were instrumental in my unlawful prosecution and imprisonment.  I filed similar leins on the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE jointly in the amount of $27,180,000.00 (Twenty Seven Million, One Hundred and Eighty Thousand Dollars) as a result of their repeated (to date the count is SEVEN.) commercial defaults.  A valid Commercial judgement now stands jointly against both Corporate Agencies.

Unbeknownst to me a secret grand jury indictment had been garnered by JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY CLAY E. JOHNSON, and he had sat on such indictment for 6 months, waiting to see whether I would file the Liens against the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE.  When I did, they came after me as a "Paper Terrorist" to test the public's reaction to the recently passed PATRIOT ACT and charged me with "Simulation of Legal Process."

From the beginning of my first appearance in court to the last, some 22 challenges were made by me to the courts, judges, and Prosecutors to prove jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient natural man, who was not a 14 Amendment Citizen, nor was subject to the "unlawful and unconstitutional" limited Maritime Law of the Corporate Administrative Courts

After two BOGUS costly, publicly frittered away funded trials and two BOGUS convictions by a court which clearly ran counter to the US Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land and Common Law, the Law upon which I asserted my Legal Standing as a Sovereign man of the People, I refused to accept their offer of contract of Sentencing, as clearly their jurisdiction lay only in contract law and I conferred no such grant of jurisdiction. 

After two hunger strikes amounting to 55 days, and the jail medical authorities fearing I was near Death and they'd have another corpse on their hands, I was thrown out of Jail unceremoniously and dumped at the curb of the Local Hospital's Emergency Room.  I have not heard a peep from my Government Officials since. 

However, since my release I have deliberately served papers (a definite probation violation spelled out in the bogus probation requirements which were also refused and rejected by me in accepting the STATE and COUNTY'S offer of contract) on Oregon Governor KULONGOSKI, Attorney General MYERS, Secretary of State BRADBURY.  These are over and above the papers served on a host of Judges, prosecutors, the Sheriff, etc. which were the subject of the two bogus trials.

Despite the fact that my action AFTER my two bogus trials were no different than my action PRIOR to my two bogus trials, THE STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE have "judiciously" avoided arresting me.

If my actions of Traveling without a License and Paper Terroism were crimes in 2002, WHY ARE THEY NOT CRIMES IN 2007?

The answer is simple. My actions were not CRIMINAL THEN AND THEY ARE NOT CRIMINAL NOW.  Since when is a Sovereign man of the People holding his Servant Government accountable for their crimes and corruption a CRIME in itself?  If such Right to Hold a Servant Government becomes a Crime, TYRANNY shall be a bold and terrible reality bearing down on a helpless people in the "every hamlet, town, village, city, county, state and Washington D.C,"

Were the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE again to come after me and  attempt to KIDNAP and FALSELY IMPRISON this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural Man, they would FIRST HAVE TO BRING WITH THEM WRITTEN PROOF OF SUCH JURISDICTION. If the fictional corporate body STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE and their fictional courts could proved within the last five years that such JURISDICTION existed over this Natural Man, they would have "followed" their own law and brought it forward by now..

   This past Friday, April 13, 2007, in a telephone conversation with me and my husband Ray, my local physician who has been treating me for COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and Heart failure since the disasterous "Biscuit" forest fire several years ago and for pneumonia for the past two weeks, informed Ray and me when pressed that his prognosis was that I have about 6 months to live.

   My future was bleak.  I was very sick.  All the different  medications that have been prescribed, each in addition to the others, for this latest assault on my body have only left me sicker, more and more breathless, and weaker than I was before taking these so-called
"cures". 

    Walking from one room to another at home leaves me shaking from the energy it dissipates.  The breathing medications have resulted in such shaking to the point of being unable to lift a fork and expect the food to get to my mouth or to lift a cup and drink without spilling the contents.

   I have been taken to the emergency room four times in four years.  The doctors have said there is nothing more they can do for me. My condition is beyond their present capacity and  knowledge.

   We like many seniors in our country live on a fixed income, Ray's police retirement pension.  We  have no more money to spend on "pharaceutical cures" that only make you sicker while they drain your life and your assets away.

   I have felt depressed about the bleakness of my future as each passing day reminds me that I am growing weaker and weaker, with no relief in sight from the allopathic medical profession.  I have looked toward naturopathic remedies as the allopathic treatments have failed.

  I ran into the same problem of being unable to afford such treatment.

   Then my miracle occurred:  It came in the form of Ed and Elaine Brown.of New Hampshire, who themselves are presently under seige by the IRS, and the corrupt court system supporting it.  It brought back memories of the tyranny that Ray and I endured when they wrongfully arrested and tried Ray as a Paper Terrorist for attempting to hold our government officials responsible for their corrupt and criminal acts.

    Ed and Elaine Brown have been and are asserting their Sovereignty as living, breathing, flesh-and-blood Sovereign Children of God and together are facing down the climax court sentencing date of April 24, 2007, of their unlawful court's attempt to confiscate their private property so as to feed the insatiable appetites of the piranha agencies our servant goverment have become.

   Ed and Elaine read it and phoned on Saturday to gather more information about my condition and its seemingly dead end.  Even with the date of their own personal show-down with the government at hand, Ed and Elaine Brown did what children of God do -- they extended their hand. in love and offered to assist me when no one else was there..  They have put me in contact with a prominent Naturopathic Doctor and have relieved me of the worry brought on by the bills and expenses which accompany catastrophic medical emergencies. Ed simply said.  send the bill to me.  Can any of you imagine such an act of "spiritual generosity" by a man and woman I have never met? 

  Is that not how we, as human beings, and children of God should live our lives here on Earth?  Ed and Elaine are a Spiritual Lights which dispels the darkness of an otherwise divisive, satanically ruled ugly world.
