Now they are attempting to link me to "anti-semitism" and the White Power Movement/KKK. They are at "THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL"

You are well aware of my position with past filed STATE AND COUNTY Default Judgements, accompanied by affidavit, regarding the Liens placed against the STATE OF OREGON and County of JOSEPHINE and their agents. See: http://www.arkenterprises.com/tortjoco.html
Your two Fraudulent, bogus prosecutions by an unconstitutional Maritime Court which had not EVER proved JURISDICTION over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural man who filed court evidence that he was not the Defendant, nor was he an assumed surety for the Debts of the Defendant JURISTIC PERSON stands as the undoing of the Corrupt practices of Judicial Courts, Judges, District Attorneys, Sheriff's, etc, which shall bring down the corrupt structure of the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE.
It is my intention to move on these liens forthwith. Either through direct foreclosure or indirectly through Foreign Interests seeking to purchase such viable and lawful Commercial Judgements.
You can be assured that such liens shall stand muster, and the Corporate criminals responsible for the Tyrannical Posturing in my case shall be dealt with accordingly.

I shall not accompany this communication with an affidavit. Been there. Done that. at least 6 times, all of which add proof of Default of the STATE OF OREGON, and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE and its agents in snubbing their noses at the Constitution and Commercial Law. All that was needed was ONE DEFAULT in order to constitute a commercial judgement as per the Maxims. In your audacity you have reinforced the evidence of your Corporate default sixfold.

This letter is for information purposes only, and is not to be construed as an attempt to intimidate or influence public officials.
Dear Grand County Commissioners,
I am writing to you to notify you of some rather large problems you have brewing. As you may know Paul my husband and I have been unlawfully incarcerated since we were arrested on August 18, 2006. The misdemeanor charges, for which the statewide warrants were issued, were dismissed on October 25, 2006; and the order for dismissal was signed by Mary Hoak. The reason for the dismissal, Paul Edward; Schmaltz and Patricia Lynn; Schmaltz were not the defendants PAUL EDWARD SCHMALTZ AND PATRICIA LYNN SCHMALTZ. Paul Edward; Schmaltz and Patricia Lynn; Schmaltz are defendants by error. PAUL EDWARD SCHMALTZ AND PATRICIA LYNN SCHMALTZ never communicated with county officials protected by a probation agreement. We have continued to be unlawfully incarcerated.
We have informed Grand County Court and the District Court of Grand County of our standing as American sovereigns, and have submitted all the proper documents to both. We are not US citizens, and the county and district courts can only hear cases between corporations, such as STATE OF COLORADO, and US citizens such as PAUL EDWARD SCHMALTZ and PATRICIA LYNN SCHMALTZ. As American sovereigns we are as foreign to any US court as people from Finland and Chile. The World Court has already ruled on diversity of citizenship as in the case of Mexican nationals in Texas. The World Court has reversed the ruling of the US Supreme Court; for the first time in US history. The US Supreme Court had to stand down on their ruling, which was not in favor of the Vicente Fox and the Mexican nationals. The diversity of citizenship is another problem you face with your rogue agents in Grand County Court and the district attorneys office.
Here is another problem you face by a US Supreme Court decision; Tresevant v. the City of Tampa, $75,000 per hour was awarded for unlawful imprisonment. Grand County already has a liability of invoices for one year’s imprisonment from me from May 19, 2004 through September 13, 2005. There is an additional liability from September to the present date, and there is a similar liability for false imprisonment for Paul from May 19, 2004, to the present date. A Minnesota Federal court has already ruled on the validity of the UCC liens certified by the Secretary of State in favor of the lien holders. Your agents are placing your county’s financial stability in great jeopardy. The same foreign court, that entered a ruling in the Terry Shivo case in Florida, was the court we got a ruling from on our Grand County cases from 2004 were res judicata and estoppel. These decisions have been submitted to Grand County District Court and district attorneys.
Foreigners and foreign governments are very interested in UCC liens on government agencies regarding the unlawful imprisonment based on $75,000 per hour. My probation officer has more information of this that I have given him. Some of the county agents received invoices for the unlawful imprisonment of Patricia Lynn; Schmaltz the American sovereign. They received second notices and never responded, and received a Notice of Fault, Default, and Default Judgment notifying them they had 10 days before the liens were to be filed. They remained silent, and by their silence they agreed with the invoices. To quote judge Mary Hoak, “silence is agreement”. Seventh Circuit court of appeals has ruled, “silence is acquiescence”. More of your agents have received invoices regarding unlawful theft of our property and its unlawful sale in May 2002. By their silence they have agreed to the invoices. These invoices came from Paul Edward; Schmaltz and Patricia Lynn; Schmaltz, American sovereigns, and now defendants by error. PAUL EDWARD SCHMALTZ and PATRICIA LYNN SCHMALTZ never contacted anyone in Grand County Colorado. Your agents tried to cover their silence with bogus misdemeanor charges they dismissed on October 25, 2006. For your rogue county agents to continue with the imprisonment of Paul and I, plus changing our original probation agreement after an American court ruled the cases were closed is not only unlawful, but it is double jeopardy.
If the liens on Grand County are sold to interested foreigners for any amount, from 10 cents on the dollar or more, the purchasers will be here to collect on the face value of the liens. Your agents, judges, and county and district attorneys have been summoned into federal court in Minnesota in regard to Paul and I. If they ignore the summons they are in contempt of court. We sent you an affidavit regarding these agents. Other individuals have sent you protests on the actions of these officials. Three complaints against public officials mean they are terminated from their position by a responsible county commission. The collection on the liens to Grand County will be on Grand County assets. If Grand County does not have enough assets, then the full faith and credit of the people of the United States applies. There are CAFR funds of course, and funds you receive on selling liens on prisoners, called mortgage backed securities. If that is not enough, then the balance will come from the homes of the ranches of the unsuspecting people of Grand County.
If I lived in Grand County, I would hope that the county commissioners would take a proactive stance upon learning of this type of situation by your rogue agents. As long as the cases from 2004 against Paul and I are left open and we are either in prison or on probation, our rate is $75,000 per hour each. The new foreign owners of the paper will take over and you will have to negotiate with them. The longer you county commissioners let this go on, the longer your problems and liabilities will escalate.
I do believe in win-win situations and would recommend a meeting. The county commission is the appropriate place to find remedy for improper activities of county and district courts.
