Tessa, I don't know you or Larken personally, but I share a kinship with you both as patriots of "action", not words.
You have tasted the bitterness of a corrupt Judiciary. You have faced the enemy of the American People, and you have survived. Wear your sentencing as a badge of honor for there is always a price to be paid for freedom.
Then when you are released, change your Legal status from that of a 14th Amendment Citizen.
You and Larken faced a stacked deck the moment you stepped into that Unconstitutional Administrative court, which was not based in Common Law and was tried as a 14th Amendment Citizen, a Ward of the State, an "Infant" in the eyes of the Law.. You have experienced what every State or Privately owned "human resource" Slave has experienced since the beginning of time. The words may change but the relationship has remained the same throughout the centuries.
Americans slumber away their lives under the thrall of mind control. The spell holds to this very day.. They are conditioned daily by the mainstream and alternate media to be kept ignorant of their slave status via the 14th Amendment and to dream the dream they are Free men and Women. Nothing could be further from the Truth.
The State went after me for 35 years for trumped up "Paper Terrorism" charges for my use of the Commercial lien process against judges, prosecutors and Sheriff for their unlawful arrest and prosecution and coverup.
Since I had changed my legal status a year before my "State Kidnapping" by their uniformed Corporate security force (No legitimate Law exists in our Unconstitutional Courts of today), their Assumption that I was a 14th Amendment Citizen did not stick. I submitted proof of my Changed Status and demanded they prove Jurisdiction as I refused to do business with the court.. They have not, and could not prove jurisdiction over their "assumed slave" through the mechanism of "surety" for the debts of the the Juristic Person.
The long and short of it is that I held their feet to the fire. I faced them down. I showed them they could imprison the body, but they could not imprison the spirit of a Free man.
They did all their PR posturing and threatenings, but in the final outcome, after two combined hunger strikes of 55 days, they threw me out of Jail, dropped me off at the curb of the Local emergence Room near death. Since then, they clearly understand they have no jurisdiction over me and refuse to come after me because they would have to answer the question of kidnapping and holding for ransom a man who does not fall within the legal definition of a 14th Amendment Slave of the State.
Tessa, I wish you and Larken well. Be not afraid. They are more afraid of you that you are of them. Be assured of that.

Dear Friends:
I am sorry it has been so long since I wrote. I know that many of you have waited anxiously to know the outcome of my sentencing and to know how we are doing. There were two reasons for delay. One was that, although my sentencing actually took place on April 19 (after being delayed twice), the judgment was not entered until June 16, for unknown reasons. So the time for appeal ran until July 16.
The outcome of the sentencing was 30 days in prison followed by 5 months home confinement, to begin shortly after Larken's release date in January. Judge Baylson clearly did not want to put me in prison at all, but when it looked like he was going for six months home confinement, Ms. Davis went somewhat hysterical. She had wanted me in for 15 months, the same as Larken. She was clearly prepared to appeal the sentence if he gave me no prison time at all. She frothed about how nothing but jail time deters "these people." Last time I looked, I'm only one person, so I think she was talking about YOU. I'm taking it as kind of a compliment. I got those 30 days because Larken's research and writing got so much attention.
Thirty days for being Larken's wife.
Both sides had some grounds for appeal, and we didn't want to mess with it. This was a sentence that I thought my daughter could handle, and I wanted to focus on preparing for it and having some certainty about the future. I think she will handle it just fine. She'll be almost ten years old. She'll have a whole month to just be with the daddy she's been missing for a year - a whole month to break mommy's rules about food and bedtimes and video games and movies. She's actually looking forward to it now.
As for me, prison will be another eye-opening experience that I'm sure will make me wiser and stronger. Already what I've learned this past year could fill a book (and probably will, at some point).
The other reason I haven't written sooner is that I'm terribly busy. Earning some money to bring the "ends" a little closer together (trying to make them meet would be far too ambitious), keeping a house, caring for a child, and visiting a husband in a prison three hours from home, simply takes more time than there is available.
And how am I feeling now? Well, what does a person do when she has given her country the very best of herself, and her country has rejected that very best as criminal, antisocial, and evil? Do I remake my soul to fit the culture? Or do I remain true to myself and accept that America will never love or understand one such as me? I feel somewhat like a Native American - the descendant of a culture that once flourished on this land, but has been conquered and superseded. It was a culture that valued the life, liberty, property, privacy, and happiness of every person. It was a culture that broke us away from Britain, ended slavery, and gave rights to women. It was a culture that gave us the rule of law rather than men. It is a culture that lives on in our hearts, but not in our country. America is no longer our country - but you are my people.
Please write letters to Larken. He is bored and restless, and he needs to feel your support. And please send letters and money to other imprisoned patriots. If anyone has a good, up-to-date list, please send it and I will post it. I will end with my own words from so many months ago:
"I don't wish suffering on myself or anyone else, but I am proud of people who have stood up for truth and justice when it was dangerous to do so. And I'll be proud to be one of those people, no matter what happens to me."

I, like any of you write an original article. I communicate Truth. Truth is not usually perceivable by dulled Intellects full of confused opposing ideas.
You read my article for whatever motive you may have.
There you will be introduced to you own true level of Intelligence, like it or not.

Most will not understand my writings unless they are true seekers of Truth.
The Truth of my articles will resonate in your own being when you hear or read it as the same Truth exists in us all. You are only recognizing what is in you, not another.
Unfortunately ignoramuses and stupid people have too much intellectual garbage cluttering up their consciousness that they cannot see simple Truth when it is right under their noses.
These ignorant and stupid people have a myriad of pat,compensatory reactions to avoid facing their own ignorance.
Most lash out with accusations that the author is crazy or has ulterior motives for writing in ways their intellects cannot grasp. Pssst: That's a dead giveaway of Ignorance.
They never see their incapacity so they must blame the author.
Simple Solution: If you find yourself on the horns of that dilemna, don't torture your miniscule intellect, don't read what you don't understand. You're not ready for it. Now, wasn't that simple?
As a preliminary exercise to determine whether the problem exists in the author or the reader, check all responses to the article and count the number of lines (usually they are less than three) lashing out at the author. Hint, hint: already you must see the bereftness of intelligence in such pitiful demand for answers when the cup asking to be filled is not capable of expressing more than three sentences at a given time.
I don't pander to fools, ignoramuses, and certainly not to stupid people. I will never engage in a dialogue with any of the aforementioned other than to expose the general scope of such limited intelligences for all others who identify with the questioner to see themselves. You see ignorance and stupidity is the norm for average mind controlled sheeple. They just lose themselves in the sheer number of them and slough it off as being NORMAL.
If you want an answer from me, you must share with me and the rest of the readers YOU OWN GRASP of what you find objectionable or DO not understand. Cheap shot one to three liners, just won't do it, despite the choir of IGNORAMUSES egging you on.
When your own ignorance is thus mirrored back to to you, you must be man enough to rise about your pettiness and get on with the dialogue, or don't read any further.

Much is being said about the Trillions of Dollars Of American Taxpayer-owned funds purportedly left in the care of Former US Ambassador Leo Wanta under President Reagan's Administration.
The present controversy turns upon approximately 4.7 Trillion dollars Ambassador Wanta demands to be returned to him, through his recently formed corporation, from the various Banking Institutions around the world which are presently holding them. His claim, to pay 1.6 trillion dollars in taxes so that the funds may be used for the improvement of infrastructure and programs neglected by the present "trillion of dollars syphoning off" government administration.
Please pay close attention and set that knee jerk tendency of yours, trained to leap to conclusions, to rest itself. After all, it has been overworked of late, has it not with all this Terrorism Nonsense bombarding you via the Major and Alternative media?
If one is to come to the realization of Truth, one must be quiet, be calm, AND JUST OBSERVE. The answer, the TRUTH, is always there, right under one's nose. It has never gone anywhere. It isn't going anywhere. Its unique resonance has just been shrouded by the "smoke and mirrors" of mind control which fogs the average mind of the average man.
Civilized man is a man who is blinded by his institutionalized belief systems. You see, the average man, by definition, is IGNORANT. Any question may be looked at by the same person and can be seen to produce different, disparate answers even though variables have not changed. That is the clever gambit of Satanic Mind Control. It hinges on the conditioned biases of intellectual reaction to the conclusion, not the conclusion itself. That is the nature of Satanic power -- to induce a "damned if you do and damned if you don't" quality of mind suffered by all who have sold their souls to a Satanic ruled Intellect for the partial perks of power, status, wealth, etc.
Look at anything "superficially" and you get one answer. You see the word, the label and you go no further. That is the realm in which most people live their lives.
Look at anything deeply and you get quite a different conclusion. Let's put it this way, if your leaders see you as slaves, as chattel, as cattle, as canon fodder, you already have a glimmer of what category you indeed fit into.
But what happens when you, whom I am communicating with here and now, look at anything deeply, profoundly, one-pointedly, undetered by misdirecting distractions? Indeed, you cut through the fog of Intellectual BS and SEE THE BIG PICTURE! You have DIRECT PERCEPTION, INSIGHT, UNDERSTANDING. From such understanding, you are set free from the Intellectual bondage previously suffered. You have awakened SPIRITUALLY. You have Resurrected the Spirit of Divine Intelligence, your True God--Given Estate, and you have left behind the dualistic, opposing, confused realm of Satan.

Pretty heady stuff, is it not?
After being imprisoned for two decades, WANTA is out. How did he win his freedom?
Superficially, Wanta's story sounds good. He wants to return 1.6 Trillion Dollars in taxes to the government on behalf of the American People. What about the rest of the 4.7 trillion? That which goes to a private corporation headed by Wanta and a few others. In law, such an act would be called "conversion."
As I understand it, according to Wanta, that money is earmarked for Infrastructure improvements in the US. What makes such a promise any different than any other promise ever made, but not delivered, by government?
I perceive you see the simple point I am making. Promises are one thing. Actions are quite another.
As a private corporation operating with a newly gained windfall of Trillions of Dollars belonging to another (The Sovereign People), what makes you think that what Wanta is proposing is any different than any of the other private International Corporations buying up property, creating toll road Highways, taking over control of major American shipping ports, etc.
Sounds like THE NEW WORLD ORDER to me. How does it sound to you?
My solution will not satisfy sheeple, slaves who are enamored with their own chains. My solution is to bring the SYSTEM down with the Spiritual act of Individual BOYCOTT BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT. Not wait until the system is brought down by the traitorous slaves we call our public leaders.

I see that my brother Ray has found another forum for posting, please
excuse him for he is not a well man. There are some who take pleasure
in laughing at his plight, those invididuals (you know who you are)

There is currently a lot of controversy about Raymond R. Karczewski's rantings, and I know that any post on the subject will almost certainly cause someone to bribe the parasitic with the earnings of the productive. Still, forbearance and kindly deportment are lost upon Raymond. I would like to start by discussing Raymond's overgeneralizations, mainly because they scare me. The thing I'm the most frightened about is that Raymond loves getting up in front of people and telling them that censorship could benefit us. He then boasts about how he'll reap a harvest of death sooner or later. It's all part of the media spectacle that is Raymond R. Karczewski. Of course, he soaks it up and wallows in it like a pig in mud. Speaking of pigs and mud, my dream is for tired eyes to open and see clearly, broken spirits to find new energy, and weary arms to find the strength to expose injustice and puncture prejudice. Is there, or is there not, an imprudent plot to dismantle national civil rights organizations by driving a wedge between the leaders and the rank-and-file members, organized through the years by the most nugatory converts to opportunism you'll ever see? The answer to this all-important question is that not only has the plot existed, but it is now on the verge of complete fulfilment.
Raymond somehow manages to get away with spreading lies (this is the best of all possible worlds and that he is the best of all possible people), distortions (he is a paragon of morality and wisdom), and misplaced idealism (mediocrity is a worthwhile goal). However, when I try to respond in kind, I get censored faster than you can say "counterexpostulation". What if we collectively just told his supporters, "Sure, go ahead and ascribe opinions to me that I don't even hold. Have fun!"? That would be worse than bleeding-heart; it would use organized violence to suppress opposition.
Raymond's fulminations are not an abstract problem. They have very concrete, immediate, and unpleasant consequences. For instance, all the deals Raymond makes are strictly one-way. Raymond gets all the rights, and the other party gets all the obligations. He is notorious for trying to exploit other cultures for self-entertainment. From this anecdotal evidence, I would argue that Raymond's views are based on hate. Hate, elitism, and an intolerance of another viewpoint, another way of life. Raymond's "I'm right and you're wrong" attitude is larcenous, because it leaves no room for compromise. Will someone please explain to me what it is in our lives that can possibly make someone fortify a social correctness that restricts experience and defines success with narrow boundaries? Because I certainly have no idea. Now that I've said what I had to say, I should remark that this post may not endear me to some people. Indeed, it may even cost me a friend or two. However, friends do not let friends get trampled by rash extortionists like Raymond R. Karczewski. The truth is the truth and we pay a steep price whenever we ignore it.
