I read your Petition for Review. Numerous immediate mistatements arise.
Point #1: On Page 1, you indicate "defendant" pled not guilty. AT NO TIME IN EITHER OF THE TWO TRIALS had I entered any plea whatsoever. A review of the Court transcripts will show very clearly that I REFUSED to cooperate with the courts at every level until the issue of Jurisdiction, which I challenged at the onset of the very first court appearance and in subsequent continuing appearances, was proven in writing by the courts, as the law demands.
Point #2: You indicate the Court suspended "defendant's driver's license for 90 days." That goes to the whole issue of the American People's Unalieanable Right to Liberty which include my Right to Travel on the public highways in my noncommercial, private property transportation without a need to seek government permission. You see, I had rescinded my Oregon driver license and had not possessed any such unnecessary license since Sept.23, 1999. No license was in effect on the night of the traffic stop, nor is one to be imputed by dictum of government..
Point #3: During Sentencing hearing, DA Johnson was frantically pressuring Judge Baker to find me guilty of "Contempt of Court" when I refused to sign the form passed on to me by the court, indicating State suspension of license. I was still in custody and was to be released after the hearing "If I signed the form." They assured me that signing the form was no admission on my part that I agreed or consented to the document, only that I had received it. Based on that statement and the clear act of coercion by the court and District Attorney Clay E. Johnson, I signed the document, indicating only that I had received It. The simple fact, all along, which the State and prosecution did their damndest to avoid taking notice of was that I, this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural man, not a juristic person, had no license to suspend, as no license had existed since 1999.
Point #4: As to the demand for removal of Public Defender Peter Smith as representing me, that was made at damn near every court appearance prior to the day of the trial for case #01CR0617. In a number of preceeding hearings, while I was left in my jail cell, Smith was appearing "purportedly" on my behalf, talking for me against my wishes and instruction, without my presence in court. This happened repeatedly. I saw that I was being railroaded, and I wouldn't stand for it. Both Peter Smith and I had petitioned the courts to release him as my court appointed attorney, They refused to do so despite both parties demanding dissolution. I was stuck with an attorney because the Josephine County Oregon Courts wanted to lay the way for more railroad tracks.
David, in your petition you state: "Defendant asserted that the trial court had no jurisdiction over him personally. He had copyrighted his name, and as such, the dcourty had jurisdiction only over defendants's juristic person, not over him personally. Because of this the proceedings in lower court were void." My question of you, David, as a practicing Lawyer in the State of Oregon, is: What the hell is wrong with a court system that cannot see the clarity of such clear legal action which indemnifies one from prosecution for the crimes, offenses, and debts of another? My take is that the cover-up on my case "without comment" by the court of appeals, extends to the very heart of the Oregon Judicial System.
Finally, on the date of the trial, having been given only two days notice in my cell of the impending trial, I was nowhere near prepared for the ordeal that was to follow. It was then, after Public Defender Peter Smith asked the court to be removed from the case, Judge Baker directed him to remain in an advisory capacity. I had no problem with Smith representing the Juristic Person, the only legal fiction he was capable of representing, and not me. The courts still had not proven jurisdiction over this "Living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man, and court papers were filed showing the hold-harmless agreement between the Juristic Person and Myself. The court records clearly show I was not a surety nor an accomodation party for the debts of the Juristic Person. It was clear to me that I was not being tried in a Constitutional Common Law Court, but in an Administrative Court engaged in Maritime Law, a Court in which I had not given my consent in which to be tried.
David, has justice failed the American People? Have our Courts reached the nadir of functionality in our land? Whom are you serving in your present capacity, the State or those whose Rights are being violated daily by the very system set in place to protect them?
David, I do not buy this "affirmed without comment" decision by an upper court, especially when they represent a court system neither based in the U.S. Constitution nor in Common law.
David, I must say that as a man of the Sovereign People, I DO NOT ACCEPT any decision coming from an Unconstitutional Court System which does not base itself in Common Law as the Supreme Law of the Land States. Any law repugnant to the Constitution is Null and Void, and decision(s) made by such Unlawful courts carry with them no force of law.
David, these two cases, 02CR0617 and 03CR0170, which you have overseen, have vast importance to the American way of Life, Liberty, and Freedom. I will be posting this communication on the Internet, if for no other reason than to awaken a sleeping public. I ask that you look within and reconcile your seemingly impossible position as an attorney which Straddles the issues of Rights and Privileges.
As for me, David, I personally have seen the enemy. It is my government.
Please make the necessary changes to the Petition for Review.

I see that my brother Ray has found another forum for posting, please excuse him for he is not a well man. There are some who take pleasure in laughing at his plight, those invididuals (you know who you are) will one day have to answer for your sado-hedonistic compulsions. Ray likes to attribute such behavior to Satan, but in reality, there is no such a creature. The devil is just a made up story to scare children, it is mankind who is the real devil as demonstrated by these forum disinformation agents.
Folks, the real story behind Ray is simple, he has had some legal problems that stem from declining emotional well being. Tis time to get serious if the Human Race is to save itself from Itself.
Civilized man is first and foremost a "Christ with Amnesia." By that I mean, a man, a
creation of God -- Divine Intelligence -- who, when resonating in the nondualistic essence
of Truth, his true spiritual estate, has the holistic capacity to live in a state of Love, a state
of Oneness, an holistic existence at peace and at-one with all of creation.
That is not some pie-in-the-sky conceptual projection that one can either believe in or
disbelieve, for such Christ Consciousness, which is at one with the nondualistic resonance
of Truth, is already freed from the dualistic bonds of Satanic Intellectual Conditioning.
Every man or woman who does not understand who and what he/she is, is the self-
doubting creator/victim of his/her own hell. By his/her consent via their free will, they
"choose" their path in life. Most, hell, damn near ALL, have adopted the path of
"sheeple." They are ruled by "herd mentality." They surrender their Christhood, their
ability to stand alone, at-one with Divine Intelligence some call God, and all of God's
creation, to function as a whole, holistic (holy) human being.
Instead, their fall from Grace betrays them as they are trapped in the dark abyss of a
friction-bound hell; their own unrelenting, opposing, dualistic, Satanic ruled Intellect.
Why would man choose confusion rather than clarity? Choose friction instead of peace?
Choose suffering instead of infinite at-one-ment? Choose death instead of Life?
Why indeed? The answer is quite simple. They are IGNORANT. That is, they don't
KNOW any better. They are trapped in the limited intellect, which believes itself to be a
god in its own right and remains the "partial" consciousness of an ignoramus who pretends
it is the "whole." The part can never be the whole. Yet isn't that what civilized man can
be made to think by his remote satanic mind controllers?
What happens when such ignorance is exposed by a simple man of Truth, a Christ? All
hell breaks loose, does it not? The legion of commiserating ignoramuses who find it
difficult to string two or more cogent sentences together, join forces to simulate an aura of
power in numbers when impotence multiplied is impotence personified in an arena of
hypocrisy.
I have spent ten years on the Internet exposing the ignorance of Civilized man. I have
GIVEN the solution to breaking the back of the Satanic ruled NEW WORLD ORDER.
Our sons and daughters are dying overseas because you and they ARE IGNORANT.
They give their lives for Satanic Corporate profit, and the surviving family members take
pride in the sacrifice of their sibling's lives on the field of battle.
Yes, in life, there is a time for ignorance, the ignorance of youth. There is also a time to
grow up. When seeming adults take such pride in their sophisticated veneer covering their
ignorance and will defend it with their lives to continue creating their own hellish society,
well then, a simple man of Truth, a Christ, can only regard them as STUPID.
How does a man or woman of Truth, a Christ, relate to an ignoramus?
Truthfully, does he/she not? Truth can only mirror that which stands before it. When
ignorance stands before the Mirror of Truth -- Ignorance sees itself as it is. When
stupidity stands before the Mirror of Truth -- stupidity sees itself as it is. What I have just
described is the Spiritual Process of one's return to Infinite Intelligence. It all begins with
the ignoramus via the process of disillusionment, DIS -- ILLUSION -- MENT. Death of
the Satanic Illusion, and rebirth of Supreme Infinite Intelligence, the Resurrection of the
Spirit of God, wholeness, holiness.
As I have said, I have been at this for ten years now. I can't nor do I want to deceive
you by stroking you and telling you how wonderful you are. Your Satanic
mindcontrollers have used that little piece of BASSACKWARD conditioning to keep you
bound to your ignorance and stupidity since one satanically ruled man learned how to
manipulate another satanically ruled man.
Other Christs have appeared on Earth to shake you from your conditioning only to be
killed for their simple act of love. Then the killers of such men, the political and religious
leaders, have taken such events, conceptualized them with a spin toward control of the
masses, and have succeeded in brainwashing millions upon millions of blind, believing
sheeple to worship the myth concocted by such leaders of such men.
Yes, I am talking about Christianity. A simple man, a Christ, "Sees." A complicated
man, a Satanist, "thinks."
May I suggest that any of you doubting what I have said in this article about the effect
such simple men of truth have on their "ignorant" and yes, "stupid" contemporaries, take a

Truth is SELF-EVIDENT. It is WHAT IS.
The Idea of Truth is NEVER self-evident as it is Conceptual in nature. All concepts are
dualistic in nature and therefore engender opposition which requires the "artificial"
intellectually based mechanisim of proof to resolve the inherent confusion of such
conceptually based words and symbols of language. Such proof is but a reflection of
Truth, as it cannot separate itself from its dualistic nature of itself. Such proof is the basis
of Scientific discovery, another limited intellectual process which seeks to ferret out the
secrets of the unknown and make them known to limited human consciousness.
Who understands a Christ? Only another Christ. The legion of Satanic ruled minions
who see themselves as civilized men, by their very Intellectual conditioning are
incompetent to SEE TRUTH as they are blindly tethered to their own partial
compensatory thinking..
You may have noticed, I have dropped off considerably in my communications to you.
You folks have shown that you are not ready for Truth. You shall have to undergo the
pain which awaits you, which now threatens your very way of habitual living, your
American way of Life, and WILL KILL YOU AND YOURS and if not bring about your
deaths, SHALL ENSLAVE YOU!!.
I shall not wait until it happens to you and yours. I will tell you now I HAVE TOLD
YOU SO, and I have been doing so for TEN YEARS.
I have realized, the only one DUMBER than the masses of ignoramuses who make up
the legion of sheeple, is one who tries to wake them up when they refuse to wake up.
I shall continue to write as the Spirit of Truth moves me. However, the trial by fire is
all that is left to drive the point home. That will be of your own doing, not mine. Anyone
interested in taking a second, thorough look at the Truth as disseminated by this Christ,
