Another deputy at the scene testified in court that they did not feel that Ray was fleeing, but simply that he was making a "political statement." By the way, that part of the deputy's testimony somehow did not appear on the court recording of the proceedings. So much for the veracity of court recordings. Ray does not nor has he ever claimed to be Jesus Christ. The mental health department of JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON DECLINED Judge COON'S request for a mental health examination.

I am a Christ.
My specific use of the word "christ" is purposeful. It is not used to condition or influence another's mindset, but to decondition the superstitious mystical aspect of human consciousness which has been ruled through Satanic remote authority since the dawn of civilization.
It is an absolute, indisputable statement of fact (a Truth) that all men, women and their offspring who live in their minds, live under the influence of religious and political mind control.
No one will dispute that statement. They will just slough it off as being a normal state of human consciousness. It is that IGNORANCE which accounts for this Hell on Earth. That too, is an indisputable statement of Fact.
As I have already stated, I am a Christ. That simple statement evokes enormous violence, deception and hatred from the conditioned intellects of Satanic ruled Ignoramuses.
That too, is an indisputable statement of fact.
A christ is one who has understood the limitation of intellect and has transcended it, has resurrected the holistic Spirit of nondualistic Truth that is Divine Intelligence, Infinite Awareness which is beyond time, beyond boundaries, beyond the Intellect.
That too is an indisputable statement of fact, but one which civilized Intellects are foreclosed upon from apprehending due to their "satanic sandbox" conditioned limitations. As they "think" they are. Such limited thought-ruled blind believers are kept sightless and stupid while infinite awareness is everpresent in their consciousness but blocked by the dominance of Satanic (opposing-dualistic) thought.
My message to the American People and to the world is a simple one. Use your intellect for technical problem solving, it proper function, its proper place. Stop the incessant noise of a conditioned intellect allowing the quietness of Infinite Awareness to guide you in resolving the NON TECHNICAL problems of life. Understand when to use the Intellect and when to end it, to die, to be reborn of the Spirit of Infinite Intelligence.
It is as simple as that. Would you say that centuries of civilized conditioned human beings living under the Satanic yoke of Mind Control, responsible for the creation of a world of never-ending suffering, pain, and confusion is STUPID???

I am asking your help to evoke an email, fax, phone campaign to put some pressure on the Oregon Attorney General's Office to launch the Investigation into the treasonous Government/Media mind control/Disinformation campaign against the American computer using public. I've been the "Lone Ranger" (I look around and all I get is "What do you mean WE, KEMO SABE?") at this since Nov 2, 1997 when I filed a Criminal Complaint with the Medford Oregon Office of the FBI. The FBI kissed it off, built a STONE WALL OF SILENCE, and the rest is Internet history.
There is no better opportunity than NOW to bring down the criminal control over our government and return that control back into the hands of the American People, the real government. You broadcast folks are well aware of what I have been doing on the Internet. I have attempted to keep you apprised, as best as I could, of the extraordinary recent events which have unfolded in my life. It is time for you, me, and the American People to put down the Psychological assault of mind control and disinformation, along with the stalkers now using microwave and other technological weapons upon an unwary public, and restore order to our disordered lives..
I am not interested in being an on-air guest. I've been there, done that repeatedly. I liken it to "beating a dead horse." Not a damned thing is accomplished in the way of direct action by a docile people but more go-round, scare tactics which only force the American public deeper into their fears while supporting the "invincibility" of our Tyrannical government.. If you have been waiting for a single event capable of sparking a bloodless revolution, THIS IS IT.
I have sent a full, detailed criminal complaint and amendments thereto to the STATE OF OREGON Attorney General's office via email and Fax since July 20, 2006. I have not received a confirmation or receipt of Case Number as I requested. If they can find an excuse to Kiss this Off, as the FBI has, well then, each of you already understand what awaits Americans next. I have admittedly questioned your loyalties as broadcasting Americans and have voiced my suspicions on the Internet as to your being no more than the "Loyal Opposition" whose job is to "stir the pot" and scare the poop out of the people. I hope I am wrong about this, for I perceive you folks to be the last hope for the spoon fed propaganda public to get off their duffs and do something.
This is going to take a groundswell demand by the people. Once the investigation is launched, it is curtains for the present government. There can be no cover up on this one while the people are watching, the effect of the war has taken its toll, and the apprehension of Martial Law has put them on the brink of an emotional meltdown. Here is something any average individual can do by phone or fax in the protection of his own home. Screw congress and the Senate. Let us not fritter away our energies. Keep THIS FOCUSED ON OREGON'S ATTORNEY GENERAL. Call and demand the Investigation. So, Mel Gibson, a prominent actor and film maker got drunk.
The maggots rise to the occasion to feed on the "not yet dead body."
The Jewish organizations are predictably calling for his ruination because of some statements made.
Gibson's BA (blood alchohol) level was .12. As a former police sergeant, I was certified on the Breathalyzer when it came out in the 60's. Then the point of onset of intoxication was set at .15.
Point one five was the minimum standard of one said to be physically impaired. Not drunk, but merely physically impaired to operate an automobile on the public roads.
However dui became a real moneymaker for the system. The greed, the monies extracted by the Judicial/law enforcement cabal, caused the threshold of intoxication to be reduced to .08.
Get em in the system, process them, jail them, fine them, put em on probation, send them to school, feed the insatiable appetite of the growing penal/law enforcement/judicial industry and never let em off the hook.
In my time I have arrested many a drunk driver. Most had readings of .20 to .30, and were stumbling down, incoherently drunk. It is questionable that a reading of .12 would reflect behavior greater than a slight high. Certainly not the behavior attributed to Gibson at the scene. Admittedly, the readings could have been higher at the scene if the breathalyzer was administered long after the arrest.
Gibson is a successful man in a highly controlled and corrupt environment -- Hollywood. The pressures on such a renegade, who finds no need to "go along to get along" and shows a spirit of independence which does not bow and scrape before the ruling elite of Hollywood, could well be the underlying reasons for the comments allegedly made about the Jews.
This Hate Speech issue is the slow and inexorable tightening of the noose which will strangle the life out of Free Sovereign People who now dream they are slaves. Gibson knows he is not a slave. How do I know what I say? I am not a slave. It takes a free man to know a free man. Free men are anathema to a slave society. They must be made examples of to keep the slaves in line.
Having said that, what is most surprising to me and is the reason for this communication is the frenetical organized public bandwagon campaign launched to destroy a man with a .12 alcohol level in his blood.

rk: Killing is the ultimate in Intellectual problem resolution when it comes to dealing with those who threaten, posture, pose, and bully others into serving them or capitulating to them. Governments are the Ultimate example of what I have just described. Their bottom line tactic is that they persuade at the point of a gun. When confronted by such an individual, trained to kill or be killed (after all isn't that what canon fodder is?), each and every one of us have an unalienable right to life, to survival. When it comes to survival, theory does not come into play. Action is called for. Thought won't help you. The moment of Truth arises and one must act, one either kills or is killed.

It is the nonviolent, Spiritual way of shutting down the war machine, the Satanic mind controller, through NONCOMPLIANCE. The power of Satan is the power of Illusion. It has no substance, no power but that which is extracted from living, breathing, flesh--and-blood, sentient, natural men, women, and children. Government is a FICTION. The PEOPLE are REAL.
rk: Are you grasping the simplicity of it yet? Withhold your support, and the machinery of Satanic Power dies, withers away; the machine runs out of fuel, grinds to a halt. There and then, the chain of slavery which once bound you dissolves through the simple Truth of Understanding. It is then ONE IS SET FREE.

All you need do is support or reject that which is of your own consciousness, and your life will be transformed forever. That is not a promise. That is a guarantee. However, risk is what separates intellection from action. We will NEVER CHANGE our world through Intellection. We will change our lives through ACTION.

Then it doesn't matter whether you find yourself in the din of a major city or sitting on the quiet cliffs of Ireland, YOU WILL BE AT PEACE WITHIN AND WITHOUT. Make no mistake about it, however; you shall be put to task by attackers to test the genuine, holistic resonance of your Truth.
