These

challenge is by no means PAROCHIAL. It is the challenge which
guarantees that the current Maritime Law, Administrative Courts have NO
ACTUAL JURISDICTION over any man, woman, or child who is not a LEGAL
FICTION JURISTIC PERSON, and who has not consented, contracted, or
waived his/her Rights away to the court, thereby granting the court
jurisdiction in all matters not governed by COMMON LAW and/or
CONSTITUTIONAL LAW.
My story is
lengthy. I shall not repeat it here except to say it may be read
on the links mentioned above.
What is
important is this. NO ONE, I MEAN NO ONE in the entire
government of the STATE OF OREGON down to the COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE and
its CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES in the past four years since this Travesty of
Justice began, WILL ANSWER THE QUESTION OF having jurisdiction over
this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood,Sentient, Natural Man.
They have
claimed ASSUMED JURISDICTION, but they would not, did not, could not
rise to the challenge of proving such Jurisdiction in writing as
the Law of the Land requires.
The Courts
of our land are CORRUPT. They no longer FOLLOW THE LAW they have
sworn to uphold. The Courts have declared the American People who
demand responsibility of their public servants and judges, to be THE
ENEMY OF THE STATE; TO BE PAPER TERRORISTS. They have circled the
wagons and are prepared to declare WAR ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. Of
course they will label it MARTIAL LAW.
Here is how such
tyranny of American Courts can be carried out. This is how the present
court system can strip away your property, your wealth, your freedom by
throwing you in jail, take your life by execution and/or justify the
daily homocides committed by their enforcers, the police (who are no
longer legitimate Police under Constitutional Law, but act as any
Private Security Enforcers working for a Private corporation).
The only glitch is this Private-for Profit Corporation masquerades as
Legitimate Government and UNDISCERNING TAXPAYERS BUY IT..
Our Bill of
Rights has gone out the window. Americans are scratching their
wooden heads to ask how it could happen.
Here is
how your Unalienable Rights to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of
Property has been taken away from you.
The Courts
and their black robed "Pharisees" operate on the "assumption"
that everyone brought before the judicial bar is an assumed surety or
accomodation party for the debts of the JURISTIC PERSON DEFENDANT-- the
ONLY CORPORATE PERSON OVER WHOM THEY ACTUALLY HAVE JURISDICTION.
The Courts assume such defendants are 14th Amendment Citizens, which
makes them Wards of the State, Infants in the eyes of the Law, and
therefore incapable of exercising their full Legal Rights as accorded
any Man and Woman of the Sovereign People.
By reducing you
to such limited legal capacity, you are no more than their human
property, their human resource. The STATE owns you lock, stock,
and barrel. You HAVE NO RIGHTS. They may do with you
what they will provided they maintain their positive imaged spin so as
NOT TO AWAKEN THE SLEEPING GIANT.
As a
slave, you cannot sue them. As a Sovereign, you DAMNED WELL
CAN.
They operate via
the tactic of divide and conquer. It can be seen that when the
Public is AWAKENED and loses its long-conditioned fear of facing
its bully government, the bully courts, by force of numbers alone
challenging its integrity, backs off and accedes to the demands of the
Sovereign People. AND THAT IS AS IT SHOULD BE!!!
There is NO
BETTER OPPORTUNITY than this time in American History to TAKE BACK
CONTROL of our country and our lives.
My two cases are
WATERSHED EVENTS in America's Judicial History. I have held the
Court's feet to the fire from the very outset of my UNLAWFUL
PROSECUTIONS. The Courts, Prosecution, and Agents for the State
and County Government have REFUSED to answer the Challenge of
Jurisidiction, both specifically and generally, accompanied by their
affidavit or sworn testimony upon their own personal unlimited
commercial liability.
Even to this day
there has been an unbroken STONE WALL of silence erected to assure this
question NOT BE ANSWERED. For should they answer the question,
their SATANIC HOUSE OF CARDS would come tumbling down,

am neither political nor religious in my writing. One may say
that I am In this world (the world of thought) but not of it. Mine is a
spiritual approach to the material problems of mankind.

be traced directly to the dualistic, opposition nature of man's

and Satanic compartmentalization of Consciousness is off and running.

perception that which one may call Divine AWARENESS is the key to
living the nontechnical life peacefully, for there are no barriers
existing to timeless, unbounded resonance with nondualistic Truth in
the eternal moment of NOW. That is the nature of Love, the
At-onement with the Divine Intelligence which know no boundaries and is
the pervasive essence of consciousness. Such consciousness
is whole (holistic) and resonates with the unmistakeable,
unreplicatable essence of ONENESS of TRUTH. Tis a tough nut to
crack since the limited Intellect can only speculate and philosophize
about that which lies beyond its ken.
rk: Awareness is
holistic, timeless, boundless. Intellect is timebound, linear,
limited. The whole (awareness) contains the part
(Intellect) but the part cannot ever contain the whole.
rk: It is man's
spiritual blindness which accounts for his dependence upon Intellect to
help him navigate through life. He does not see, so that he may
fly through life on the spiritual seat of his pants, but, being limited
by Intellectualism, he is relegated to flying blindly via the
automatic pilot computer of his Intellect. It is dangerous,
especially when the Intellect can be conditioned by Remote
