In recent weeks, I attended Cave Junction City Council meetings. The issues which prompted my attendance were ordinances allowing government to enter onto private property and declare unlawful a person's right to have nonrunning Automobiles on their Private propery. I am not talking about public property, for that is the venue in which elected public servants may rightfully act in serving the aims of the real government -- the PEOPLE.
The other issue was the Cave Junction Home Occupation Ordinance with its mind-boggling increase of fees (from $20 to $345). The ordinance, which was passed on April 9th, targets the struggling entreprenurial individual(s) who have retained sufficient personal energy to cast off the chains of enslavement to a debilitating Welfare System and attempt to lift themselves from the bondage of poverty in an area which is amongst the poorest and economically depressed within the State of Oregon.
The primary question I posed to the council was "what was/is the source of this legislation?" Is the need for such legislation arising from the community of Cave Junction, the "People" themselves, or is the source of such legislation coming from a Government bureaucracy which trickles down to Cave Junction from the Federal, State, and County governments to municipalities. In other words, are such ordinances which can be seen to be slowly but surely stripping away our Constitutional Rights, thus converting a formerly Free People into privilege-seeking slaves, coming from a faceless, unelected "New World Order?"
Is it a matter of need by the Community or a need by a bureacracy to feather its own nest, to build and increase its own power base which would allow increased infringement upon the rights of its citizens to be secure in their own persons and property. Basic Human Rights, isn't it? Such pristine insight returns to all who have the capability to take a deeper look at government/media based rhetoric which provides one with slanted news at best.
In the case of the abandoned vehicle ordinance (since passed by the council), Cave Junction Recorder Jim Polk, who seems to be the one who calls the shots in Cave Junction policies, rubberstamped by "well intentioned" but naive council members, indicated he had received 6 complaints in a 9-month period. He did not clarify whether the 6 complaints were separate and individual complaints or multiple complaints made by the same individual.
I pointed out the folly, the unconscionable actions, of a government body which would pass laws which impact a community of "thousands" on the basis of such paltry evidence of necessity.
Look at it for what it is. Six complaints in nine months -- and our elected leaders pass ordinances which impact the lives of thousands. Surely such is the mischief of bureaucratic busywork
The second issue regards the Home Occupation Ordinance -- a bureacrat-generated law which serves to stiffle the personal inititiative of those few citizens who are still willing and able to "pull themselves up by their own bootstraps."
My wife Anita, who attended the Council meeting on April 9th, indicated Mr. Polk was more forthright about the source of legislation. He indicated it came not from the Community, but from STAFF itself. He admitted the increased fees (from $20.00 to $345.00) to be collected from intrepid Cave Juncetion entrepreneurs with the courage to buck the odds of success in a fledgling business would go toward supplementing the salaries of STAFF members.
Keep in mind, bureacracies at whatever level of government, are supported by your Tax Dollars. They serve at your convenience. You pay their salaries. They are your servants, not the other way around.
We are no longer a Nation governed by a Constitution. Through unawareness and apathy we have become a nation ruled by bureaucratic regulation, "color of office."
A case in point can be seen in the State and local Police/Sheriff's offices which are charged with the regulation of enforcement of motor vehicles used in the commercial use of our Oregon roadways. Our right to Travel for private purposes in our private automobiles on our Oregon Roadways has been usurped by government's use of such misleading bureaucratic regulation which pressures one to seek the privilege of License without full disclosure of his/her Inalienable Right to Travel. It has converted our Inalienable Right to Liberty, which includes free and unencumbered travel upon our highways, into a government-dispensed Privilege wherein an uninformed citizen is pressured through "color of office" into signing a contract with the State which effectively causes the unaware contractee to waive their Constitutional Right and to instead accept the burden of Government dictated Privilege.
With that simple signing away of one's rights through a binding contract with the "State," a once *free people* become transformed into a nation ruled not by a Constitution but by exploitive bureaucratic regulation; i.e., "color of Law." It is through such deception and fraudulent contrivances orchestrated by legal wordsmiths who rule an unaware populace with the legalese confusion of an elitist convoluted judicial system, that bureacracies, once the servant of the people, are able to become the ruler/master of the people.
Wake up, People of Cave Junction. Hold your government and media representatives accountable for their actions. If you cannot do it at this local level, you cannot do it AT ALL!
It is a truism that in the land of the unaware, those who make the rules and control the media which disseminates the news inevitably win the game.

1) 30 years ago, you were forced off the Pacifica Police. You had a nervous breakdown over it, refused psychiatric treatment, and instead started attacking several members of the police there, as well as the city council, as part of a massive plot to silence your "dangerous message."
2) You started obsessively attending city council meetings to attack people (especially the chief of police and mayor) publicly, and had to be forcibly removed from them because of your hysterical and perfectly unsubstantiated accusations. I see you haven't given up the ludicrous practice of not furnishing evidence for your accusations, which only leads people more and more into understanding what a loon you are.
3) You did this for several years, and when you couldn't get away with attacking outsiders publicly, you turned your aggression against your own family, thereby destroying it. Even to this day you have no contact with your family.
4) You finally fled California and went to Nevada, where you developed a severe gambling addiction. Because of this gambling addiction, you lost every penny you ever earned, and were forced to live in a trailer in Reno. You harassed casino employees and owners in Reno and Las Vegas because of your losses and the hysteria they triggered in you, until you were forced out of all casinos in both places, and ultimately fled Nevada too.
5) Since there were outstanding arrest warrants on you in California, you went to Oregon, where you have been attacking people ever since. You now go obsessively to city council meetings here, as well as attacking state and national officials, all because they cannot act on your psychotic delusions of grandeur and persecution.
6) You have attempted to rewrite all of this history, and it is irrefutable history, into some grand campaign to make people think you're a holy man. Since no one will have anything to do with you, you now bank solely on strangers on the Internet taking your myths seriously. Unfortunately, you are so emotionally out of control that this never works for very long at all: you immediately turn on even those who are initially sympathetic to at least some of your claims, but you soon make apparent the fact that you have no problem taking up arms, threatening everyone, and forcing people to protect themselves from you.
7) You couldn't get a damned thing published, and again howled New World Order plot against you. Problem is your "work" is unmitigated crap, and written in the style of an overwrought grade-school pupil. You then demanded people give you and Anita extra alms to pay for having your rants copied at a printers, and when no one would give you extra money, you attacked them too as part of the New World Order.
8) You've lived completely off our tax money for decades now, never bothering to do anything in life that contributes anything of value to society. For this reason, you are roundly criticized as a social parasite, which again you cite as proof of a New World Order plot against you.
9) You then started mounting obsessive threats of armed marches against the government, and got yourself thrown off the few remaining web sites that once allowed you to post your hysterical rants. Why is there now a total absence, a total cessation of these posts on USENET newsgroups?

Simply stated, such a 5 1/2 year-long institutionalized government/media "black bag" intelligence operation has failed on its face to discredit the simple writings of a Man of Truth. a *Christ.*
