I suspect your dad also is not fully aware of his status (plus he has many years invested in his job, which becomes scary as you get older), otherwise it would cause him a great deal of consternation while doing his job.

I respect what you are doing. I have listened to you often. You are doing a real service in your venue. I suspect my experiences and reality are not what most people are ready for within the sound-byte Q&A radio talk show format. I have been at this for 10 years on the net. The effect is inestimable at this time. What I do know is that I upset applecarts everywhere my words reach, and yet the people still remain inert, seething and resentful. That is not my intention in doing what I am doing.
There is much too much noise going on within the venue of dualistic consciousness based in audience conditioning and conflicted opinions.
It generates an endless stream of go-nowhere talk while it accellerates the fear which prevents the necessary action from being taken by Sovereign People.
The unintended results of such talk shows is they all too often serve as fear accellerators and inculcate hopelessness through the non-closure of confusion. One might even call our Patriot Talk Show hosts "Loyal Opposition" in "faithfully" serving the agenda of their enemy.
Al, the obvious solution is roundly rejected by all: STOP PLAYING IN ANY GAME WHEREIN THE RULES OF THE GAME ARE SET BY PARTICIPATING OPPONENTS.
The power lies in the People. It always has, yet they have been made to doubt themselves; and that doubt has been forever exploited by the established mind controllers.
My view is to stop trying to outlawyer the lawyers. They write the rules. The rules are not Truth. Why worship them as such? Strip away the illusion the black-robed "Pharisees" exploit. Take away your support of them through reaction and opposition, and they shall be left to die on the vine, impotent because they indeed vampirically thrive on the friction of dualism currently mistaken as life force.
You and I have shared jail experiences necessary to deal with tyrannical incarceration and have both survived it intact in body and spirit.
Sometimes such personal experiences remain to be the only teacher civilized man will listen to -- his own pain and injustice which arise from his own lack of demonstrable, timely responsibility.
I have placed my trust in my writing. It is there for anyone and everyone ready for it. For the dissemination of Truth, I do not perceive such black and white evidence can be bested through verbal communications with noisy, argumentative intellects. My intention is not to decondition and recondition others, but to set them free from such conditioning. When one is ready for the Truth, quietness and resolve will replace the noise. Only then will the eternal whisper of Truth be heard. I suspect such will be the case only after the shakeout about to occur in our present civilization.

Following are the voluminous documents sent to Officials of Oregon and their agents in an attempt to hold our government accountable. Read them. None of them, accompanied by affidavit, have EVER been answered, NOT A ONE. This places the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE in indisputable commercial dishonor and default.
By reading the files which expose to all the futility of going through the established official government channels to seek remedy or redress, one will see that the STATE OF OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY do not follow their own rules, and by their actions, invite anarchy. The files expose the daily FRAUD our government officials perpetrate against the People of Oregon and elsewhere in these united states of America.
These documents serve as repeated, inarguable evidence that a Legal Commercial Judgement now stands, is due and payable in the the total amount of Twenty Seven Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($27,180,000.00), a judgment the OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY taxpayers will have to pay for the Sins and Crimes of their Public Officials.

None of these specific liens were relevant to the two FRAUDULENT trials, Case Number 02CR0617 and 03CR0170, for which I was unlawfully prosecuted by an Unconstitutional, private corporate JOSEPHINE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE COURT which refused to prove their jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, sentient, natural man for "Simulation of Legal Process."
The evidence clearly shows that the prosecution was a show of intimidation and power by officials of the Corporate STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, parties to the liens and therefore operating from a conflict of interest in squelching these lawful liens. I never agreed to nor did I consent to their offer of probation, therefore no legal contract existed in the limited Jurisdiction Unconstitutional Administrative Court, which arrogantly snubbed their noses at our Constitution.

Once again, another agent for the Government, Sheriff DAVE DANIEL of JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON, has joined the ranks of other stonewalling, nonresponsive Agents for the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE by his refusal to respond to the issues contained in Affidavit of Acceptance of Oath of Office and Demand for Investigation/Proof of Jurisdiction, dated June 9, 2005 and sent via USPS Registered Mail. SHERIFF DANIEL has refused to carry out the duties required by his Oath of Office and has placed himself and the STATE OF OREGON/JOSEPHINE COUNTY in financial jeopardy via default of the commercial instrument.
Oregon Constitution states: ARTICLE XV Section 3. Oaths of office. Every person elected or appointed to any office under this Constitution, shall, before entering on the duties thereof, take an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of the United States, and of this State, and also an oath of office.—
To OREGON ATTONEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS, and GOVERNOR TED
KULONGOSKI, I accept your Oaths of Office and now make the same request, accompanied by affidavit, of each of you to honor your oaths by investigating fully and bringing to a close, the unlawful and criminal conduct of multiple Agents for the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE judges, District Attorneys, Sheriff and Deputies, the Secretary of State BILL BRADBURY and/or his Staff for unlawful removal of public documents filed with the STATE OF OREGON SECRETARY OF STATE, CORPORATE OFFICE, UCC DIVISION and other Agents for the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE responsible for my unlawful prosecution, kidnapping, and being held hostage by the STATE AND COUNTY in Criminal Case Numbers: 02CR0617 AND 03CR0170.

The question answers itself, does it not? Sovereign People across this vast land of America are asking that same question and seem to be in a quandary about what to do about it.
It is my intention as a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient man, Creditor and Secured Party operating in full legal capacity in this matter to remove the uncertainty in the minds of the Sovereign People of America, who have been trained to believe that they are Slaves when dealing with their "perceived" Slave Masters.
When the jig is up, and it has been discovered that our so-called "public servants" here in Oregon, are nothing but two-bit tyrants who perceive themselves to be above the law of these united states of America and its Constitution -- the Supreme Law of the Land -- and now consider themselves a "law unto themselves" and they have been brought to justice, a return to control by the Real Government, the Sovereign People, shall be at hand.
It is this momentum which guides my spirit to hold to the light of Truth, the criminal acts committed by Government Agents acting within the Oregon Government.
We are said to have a war on Terrorism in this country. I, this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man, who abides by God's Law, Common Law, and his Unalienable Rights has come to experience, first hand, the kind of law dispensed by Criminals in black Robes, their Bar Card-carrying Criminal Associates who carry out their charade as Officers of the Court, and their mindless, undiscerning, obedient, gun-toting, handcuff-carrying enforcers let loose upon the public to carry out without question or reservation, corrupt and criminal corporate policies foisted upon an unwary Sovereign People.
This document is being directed to JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON SHERIFF DAVE H. DANIEL, OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS, and OREGON GOVERNOR KULONGOSKI to facilitate the final chapter in the expose on GOVERNMENT CRIME by OREGON PUBLIC OFFICIALS against the People of the STATE OF OREGON.
Following are the voluminous documents sent to Officials of Oregon and their agents in an attempt to hold our government accountable. Read them. None of them, accompanied by affidavit, have EVER been answered, NOT A ONE. This places the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE in indisputable commercial dishonor and default.
By reading the files which expose to all the futility of going through the established official government channels to seek remedy or redress, one will see that the STATE OF OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY do not follow their own rules, and by their actions, invite anarchy. The files expose the daily FRAUD our government officials perpetrate against the People of Oregon and elsewhere in these united states of America.
These documents serve as repeated, inarguable evidence that a Legal Commercial Judgement now stands, is due and payable in the the total amount of Twenty Seven Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($27,180,000.00), a judgment the OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY taxpayers will have to pay for the Sins and Crimes of their Public Officials.
I am also sending this document, accompanied by Affidavit, to OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS and lodging an official complaint that a crime has been committed either by SECRETARY OF STATE BILL BRADBURY or members of his Corporate Division, UCC office staff in the unlawful removal of Liens #627068 STATE OF OREGON, dated 07/10/03; Lien #624711 JOSEPHINE COUNTY, A BODY POLITIC, dated 06/18/03; and Lien #589259 RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI©, dated 6/4/02.
None of these specific liens were relevant to the two FRAUDULENT trials, Case Number 02CR0617 and 03CR0170, for which I was unlawfully prosecuted by an Unconstitutional, private corporate JOSEPHINE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE COURT which refused to prove their jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, sentient, natural man for "Simulation of Legal Process."
The evidence clearly shows that the prosecution was a show of intimidation and power by officials of the Corporate STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, parties to the liens and therefore operating from a conflict of interest in squelching these lawful liens. The prosecutions were instituted by these same parties to the liens ONLY AFTER the liens were filed.
Unfortunately, in Commercial Law, the Corporations that are the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINES, being LEGAL FICTIONS, have no special status afforded them than any other LEGAL FICTIONS/CORPORATE ENTITIES. They have been afforded many opportunities to prove jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, yet they have remained mute throughout and therefore stand in dishonor and default.

Each of you reading this have the qualities of Consciousness which answer the questions posed by the title.
How is that possible?
Who are you? Why are you here? What is the purpose of Life?
Have not each of you asked this question at some time or another in your life?
Let us just examine the obvious, shall we? Let us keep it simple.
You and I are Creatures,
We are creations of an "Unknown Infinite Intelligence" which lies both beyond and within the material realm of our senses; and its essence cannot be grasped, apprehended or understood by limiting, Intellectually-promoted scientific means.
Why?
Because you and I are living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural creatures, spiritual beings cloaked within the bodies of men and women.
Although the technical, opposing, dualistic Satanic realm lies within the restrictive, mechanical realm of our computer-like Intellect; it cannot be said that we, by utilizing such technical accretions, must be condemned to living a life as reactive, technical-oriented, remote-authority-controlled, obedient, slaveminded human beings.

This is not speculation on my part. I faced such declaration of war against this individual by corrupt STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE JUDGES/PUBLIC OFFICIALS.
I stood under the protection and guidance of God's Law. And man's law was powerless to dislodge such protection. I did not Resist Evil. I merely BOYCOTTED IT.
Make no mistake about it, God's Law -- Truth -- was sorely put to the test during the recent years of unlawful prosecution and incarceration.. It required two hunger strikes on my part, and ended with my being THROWN OUT OF JAIL and deposited at the curb of the Emergency Room of the local Grants Pass hospital, near death by the Josephine County Sheriff's Undersheriff Brian Anderson. All this was necessary to bring public attention upon the ongoing corruption prevalent in our Oregon Legal System.
Without a weapon, this Christ annihilated the SATANIC ILLUSION responsible for the imprisonment of countless CHILDREN OF GOD now sitting in our expanding prison system. Who has paid attention to the BOYCOTT used? Certainly not the relatives of THOUSANDS of other innocent political prisoners.
However, since STUPID is as STUPID does, there shall come a time in the not-too-distant future when the decision to KILL OR BE KILLED will be faced by each of you. Live like you are presently living -- IN ILLUSION. If you want to die, then by all means DIE. You shall not be missed by responsible human beings.

Each of you reading this have the qualities of Consciousness which answer the questions posed by the title.
How is that possible?
Who are you? Why are you here? What is the purpose of Life?
Have not each of you asked this question at some time or another in your life?
Let us just examine the obvious, shall we? Let us keep it simple.
You and I are Creatures,
We are creations of an "Unknown Infinite Intelligence" which lies both beyond and within the material realm of our senses; and its essence cannot be grasped, apprehended or understood by limiting, Intellectually-promoted scientific means.
Why?
Because you and I are living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural creatures, spiritual beings cloaked within the bodies of men and women.

This is not speculation on my part. I faced such declaration of war against this individual by corrupt STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE JUDGES/PUBLIC OFFICIALS.
I stood under the protection and guidance of God's Law. And man's law was powerless to dislodge such protection. I did not Resist Evil. I merely BOYCOTTED IT.
Make no mistake about it, God's Law -- Truth -- was sorely put to the test during the recent years of unlawful prosecution and incarceration.. It required two hunger strikes on my part, and ended with my being THROWN OUT OF JAIL and deposited at the curb of the Emergency Room of the local Grants Pass hospital, near death by the Josephine County Sheriff's Undersheriff Brian Anderson. All this was necessary to bring public attention upon the ongoing corruption prevalent in our Oregon Legal System.
Without a weapon, this Christ annihilated the SATANIC ILLUSION responsible for the imprisonment of countless CHILDREN OF GOD now sitting in our expanding prison system. Who has paid attention to the BOYCOTT used? Certainly not the relatives of THOUSANDS of other innocent political prisoners.
However, since STUPID is as STUPID does, there shall come a time in the not-too-distant future when the decision to KILL OR BE KILLED will be faced by each of you.
