It is that factor of my provable status as a non-14th Amendment citizen subject to the Corporate jurisdiction which caused the Josephine County Sheriff's Office to throw me out of their jail when I refused to consent, contract, or capitulate to the intimidations and coercions of the Unconstitutional Administrative Courts operating in Maritime Law in Josephine County Oregon (and elswhere in our country).
As for me, I, as a retired California Police Sergeant (one who was quite ignorant during my career when it came to dealing with the issue of "Sovereignty of the People" and how the police have been put and continue to be put in harm's way by Satanic Leadership who employ them as armed hired thugs to enforce private corporate policies masquerading as LAW) who was arrested for a high beam commercial code vehicle violation, no license, and eluding an officer after leaving the scene of the traffic stop after being told 4 times that I was not under arrest.
The deputy acting as a licensed PIRATE roaming the highways in search of booty for his patron, advised me in no uncertain terms that he was going to impound (steal at gunpoint) my private property, my automobile, a conveyance which was not used in Commercial activity while travelling home upon Oregon's public roadways.
After advising the Deputy, he was not going to take the car and that I was leaving since I was not under arrest and was not subject to driver licensing, I returned to the auto, started up, proceeded approximately 150 yards at a "blinding speed" of 15 to 20 miles per hour, watching the rear view mirror to see what followup action was going to be taken. When the red lights came on, I leisurely pulled over to the shoulder and turned the engine off. For that I was charged with FELONY ELUDING AN OFFICER.

I was removed from the auto at gunpoint by four deputies in two patrol cars, cuffed and jailed for a total of 128 days, I was charged as a Paper Terrorist (Simulation of Legal Process) Oregon's first test case under the newly passed Patriot Act, when I attempted to hold the judges, prosecutors and sheriff's deputies responsible for their fraudulent manner of prosecution via UCC liens. I currently have a multimillion dollar Commercial Judgment in place against the State of Oregon and County of Josephine.
It would seem that these two private, for profit corporations, the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE,OREGON, which are no different in legal status than any other private, for profit, corporation, persons, such as Coca Cola, General Motors, etc., have complete disregard and disdain for INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL LAW, Law which is FUNDAMENTAL to order and justice in a world operating in COMMERCE.
It is this metamorphosis which is Transforming AMERICA INTO A POLICE STATE-governed two tier, Master-Slave NEW WORLD ORDER.
They threatened me with 35 years, (since I was 65 at the time, it would have been a death sentence) unless I pled guilty, wherein they would let me off with time served. I refused the deal and represented myself Pro Per in two Felony Trials. Ultimately, I was convicted in the two trials by a kangaroo court which operated with disdain for, and bore no similarity to one with reference to Law, Justice, Common Law, or the Constitution.
Upon sentencing, I refused to accept the STATE'S offer of probation as at no time had I consented to the procedures (offer of contract) nor contracted with them.
My issue was to stand on my Unalienable Rights and demand they show proof of jurisdiction in writing, as required by law, over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man.
Since the courts are a creation of the Sovereign People, they are in fact, a subservient legal fiction operating with limited jurisdiction granted them by the True government, the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE. As such they have JURISDICTION only over other legal fictions, such as the ALL CAPS JURISTIC PERSON/STRAWMAN.
The courts operate on the assumption that the one standing/being brought before the court is a 14th Amendment Citizen/legal fiction/person, and is automatically subject to the Court's jurisdiction as an assumed SURETY for the debts of the debtor juristic person.
The courts and Prosecutor's office refused to prove such jurisdiction over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man, one who is not a surety for and therefore not responsible for the debts of the defendant/debtor, but in fact stands as Creditor over the defendant/juristic person. They (the courts and district attorney's office) continue to do so even to this day, even after throwing me out of jail with seemingly no charges hanging over my head.
