I received the State's latest response to appeal on case 02CR0617 this afternoon and just finished looking it through.
THE MAJOR ISSUE WHICH MUST BE MADE CLEAR TO THE APPELLATE COURT IS THAT THE COURTS REFUSED TO STOP ALL PROCEEDINGS AND PROVE JURISDICTION IN WRITING AS REQUIRED BY LAW.
The State attempts to slough off this issue of IN PERSONAM JURISDICTION MERELY by saying it has jurisdiction without providing any proof of such claim as the Law Requires.
Repeated challenges regarding jurisdiction were issued by me to Judge Coon from the first appearance and on repeated subsequent appearances in hearings prior to and including the trial, yet none of the judges in subsequent hearings would address it. THEY AVOIDED IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
The court and the prosecution REFUSED to prove such jurisdiction over this "Living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man" (Court may hold jurisdiction only over other legal fictions such as the juristic person) who holds supreme claim over the TRADEMARK/TRADE NAME/ Juristic Person and HAS OFFERED PROOF TO THE COURT AND PROSECUTION THAT HE is not a surety for the debts of the the juristic person as evidenced by the Hold Harmless, Indemnity agreement filed with the Criminal Court Clerk's Office and offered into the court record. See 23 questions http://www.arkenterprises.com/dialch91.html#AMERICA (They still have not answered these questions under oath or affidavit.)
At both trials the judges refused to produce anyone who had a claim against me who would testify by oath or affidavit that they had been harmed by my actions in either case. Judge Coon refused to answer to such claim but pointed to Deputy DA Morey, stating that he had made the claim, but he would not put Deputy DA MOREY on the stand to testify under oath of such claim. Under Common Law: No victim, no crime. It was Common Law that was the standard of law which I demanded to be tried under, and not the Corporate Legislative policies of the State, which masquerade as LAW. At no time did I consent or contract with the Court to stand trial under the limited jurisdiction of an Unconstitutional Administrative Court.
2, AT NO TIME DID I WAIVE MY RIGHT TO COUNSEL. The record will show that I remained MUTE until the question of Jurisdiction was settled. All of the judges so challenged ignored the challenge to prove jurisdiction and forced the proceedings; in the meantime continuing my incarceration, again violating the law they have sworn to uphold.
3. The issue is very clear. I am not a 14th Amendment Citizen of the CORPORATE UNITED STATES, nor am I A SUBJECT OF the Corporate COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE OREGON. I have changed my legal status, extricating myself from both Corporate Jurisdictions, and the courts, Federal, State and County Corporations are well aware of it. There again avoiding the issue like the plague.
4. My license expired, was not renewed in 1999, surrendered, and all contracts with the Federal,State and County have been rescinded. Therefore the license that did not exist could not have been suspended by the State without there being a commission of a crime in altering records to show otherwise.
These are the issues, I want the Appellate court to review. JURISDICTION over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural man being first and foremost. As your comments made in your appeal in case 03CR0170, the matter is of NATIONAL IMPORTANCE and shall have an impact upon jurisprudence in the County of Josephine, State of Oregon, and our Country.
As far as this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man is concerned, without the issue of jurisdiction addressed fully and completely, I have been the victim of Armed Robbery, Kidnapping, and held 128 days for ransom by a private, for-profit Corporation which employs roving armed security guards who commit the act of Piracy on our Nation's roadways.

For all you folks out there who are tired of this 10-year-long failed Government/media assault upon the reputation and credibility of this Living Christ, I'm sure you are ready for closure of this SATANIC SPONSORED PLOT.
How many are tired of the endless "prove this, prove that" demands of those who have repeatedly shown that no amount of proof will be accepted and acknowledged by these government/media disinformation agents who control these Internet newsgroups and forums through attack and intimidation?
For one thing, they won't research anything because if they did, the jig would be up. They'd have nothing to SPIN. They don't deal in facts. They don't deal in evidence. They don't deal in proof. What they deal with is twisting words, misdirection, ad hominem attacks, base gossip, gutter language, character assassination and conspiracy to libel.
Their fatal mistake was to take on this Christ, this simple man of Truth. Most others targeted by them have usually capitulated under the unrelenting storm of attack launched by these anonymous cowards, or turn to using the same tactics and are then, therefore accused by the disinformation agents of "dirty hands," a mitigating legal defense.
This Christ has NEVER played their game. He merely MIRRORED their actions. The result has been devastating in breaking the bubble of mind-controlled trance in most Americans who are still asleep and inured to the debasement of Consciouness they see MIRRORED in these posts and in their own selves.
As such, I have exposed them to themselves -- The bullies and the readers. I do not engage them in dialogue, for as a cop and owner of a Private Investigation/Security firm, I have dealt with snakes like them for 20 years. I no longer will attempt dialogue with them, I merely expose them.
If you have followed the most recent blitzkrieg of attacks, the "pack-o-jackals" have launched against this simple man of Truth, this Christ, they now clamor for more proof of the UCC Lien I filed on one of their own who calls himself "drPostman", a real hypocrite, if there ever was one.
At any rate, the Disinformation agents refuse to accept any form of proof offered them, including the cover letter of the lien from the State of Arkansas, "drPostman's" home state. I removed the filing number so they would have to research it for themselves if they wish to continue with their attacks. Such research would surely end their attacks. That was to be avoided by them at all costs. Predictably, they did not research the lien any further and clamored for more proof, not accepting the proof they were given. The following link shows the cover letter on the State of Arkansas Stationery complete with State Seal, previously posted, minus the filing number, and the *hand written* envelope the lien and cover letter arrived in from the Secretary of State's Office, UCC Divinsion, State of Arkansas.
