I received the appeal yesterday. It would seem the State is attempting to evade the issue of proving jurisdiction over this "Living, Breathing, Flesh and Blood, Sentient Natural man, one who is not an assumed or actual surety for the debts of the debtor juristic person/defendant.
Paperwork was filed with the Criminal Court Clerk's clarifying my relationship with the juristic person/defendant. They chose to ignore it and push forward toward two trials despite my repeated objections.
The first challenge of jurisdiction was made at the very first court appearance on Sept. 12, 2002 before Judge Coon.
The Steamrolling toward a trial began at the first hearing.
I noticed the STATE cited in the appeal only one cite and ommitted the other cites quoted regarding proof of jurisdiction.
All proceedings should have been halted until such proof of jurisdiction in writing was provided by the court. This was not done. Coon stated on September 23 that he 'ASSUMED" jurisdiction. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.
He and the other judges ignored the paperwork filed with the court clerk office concerning Hold harmless agreement, UCC financing Statement Etc.
I ask that you look at these points before you respond to the STATE'S.
This fact should be accentuated that the two trials should never have taken place had the court followed the law and halted all proceedings until such jurisdiction over me (establishing that this living, breathing, flesh and blood, sentient natural man is not a 14th Amendment Citizen/Subject to the Corporate State and County entities nor had he agreed to act as "SURETY" for the debts of the defendant/juristic person.
The fact that the attorney general's office is crying "poor me, poor me" for their diminishing budget and lack of funds is certainly no excuse for them not to do a professional job in dealing with appeals.
