How do I know? I'm just one such "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man/Victim" of their Criminal Fraud.
Our Courts are legal fictions. They have jurisdiction only over other legal fictions. I am not a legal fiction. Keep this in mind. VERY IMPORTANT!
I am the Cave Junction man who underwent two hunger strikes totaling 55 days, was thrown out of JOCO Jail at the curb of Three Rivers Hospital, near death, because I protested being
unlawfully tried as a Paper Terrorist for my Right to hold public officials accountable for their crimes. I challenged the courts/prosecution to produce anyone who under oath or affidavit
claimed that I had committed a crime. They did not! Would not! Could not!
Throughout my unlawful arrest, being held hostage for 128 days of incarceration and some twenty court appearances, I repeatedly challenged the court/prosecution to prove they had jurisdiction over this non-fiction, living, breathing man. They did not! Would not! Could not!
Under American law, when challenge to jurisdiction is made to our present Maritime Law Administrative courts, which require contract, consent, or waiver of rights by the accused to
grant them jurisdiction, all court proceedings must halt and jurisdiction be proven, in writing, by the court before proceeding further. To this very writing, 3-plus years afterwards, the Josephine County Courts and Prosecutors have not and will not prove jurisdiction. WHY?

The statement "I AM THE TRUTH, THE LIFE AND THE WAY!" was uttered some 2000 years ago by a simple Man of Truth, a Christ, a spiritual/human entity whose spiritual awareness was far beyond the grasp of His contemporaries.
The Satanic Intellect which rules the "thought-based" world of civilized man cannot allow for such simple, direct, nondualistic essence of Truth to be grasped directly by an average man or woman.
The Satanic-ruled intellect creates a dualistic reflection, an image of the once pristine nondualistic (holistic/HOLY) essence conveyed through the taint of language, and compels the profane to cling to the limited dead concept, the partial, the unwhole, the memory based, conditioned thought believed to be Truth.
The words are always the same, but the awareness required to penetrate the vessel of words and merge with the spirit contained therein, varies from individual to individual, from the profane to the sublime.
The profane are the spiritually blind, the "unaware". Therefore they are tethered to the computer-like intellect which is limited in its scope only to the manufacture and management of dead concepts, memories, speculations, and knowledge. It allows the "blind who lead the blind" to fly blind through life, much like the mechanical, computerized automatic pilot which takes over the flight of airplanes.
The profane are the worldly, the ambitious, the acquisitive, the materialistic, for they live in the Intellect's dead past and projected future. They are foreclosed upon from being aware in the living moment of NOW.
They've got all the words, but they miss the living essence contained therein, for they are not whole within themselves. Few are even aware of it. They live in a opposition-based world of Satanic Power. They take their positions in their thought-based society according to their capacity. Being unwhole, they are divided within and without, eternally at-war with others and even themselves.
One only need look at the world such human entities have created for themselves and see that no matter how intelligent they may sound and appear, their actions belie the eternal conflict which rules their lives.
In my writings on the Internet, I have demystified the illusions of the mythical Christ promulgated by Satanic Religions which rule the minds of belief-driven men. I have exposed the Satanic Illusion of worldly power as manifested by political and judicial trappings. I have shown the way to Spiritual and secular freedom. I have shown the way to personal At-Onement with Truth. I, like my Spiritual Brother Jesus of Nazareth have communicated the unmistakable essence contained in the statement "I AM THE TRUTH, THE LIFE, AND THE WAY."
See for yourself. Find another since the time of Jesus who has exposed the dark secrets of the Satanic Powers of the Vatican, the Banker/elitists, the Corporate spirit over the minds of man. Who in history, including Jesus of Nazareth has revealed the culprit for all of the misery of MANKIND SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TO BE SATANIC DUALISTIC THOUGHT. With an understanding of SPIRITUAL AWARENESS and the necessary part that THOUGHT plays in the resolution of mechanical/technical problem solving and the discernment to know when to think and when to be aware, HELL ON EARTH WOULD DISAPPEAR IN AN INSTANT.
Who amongst you understands the significance of what was just said. For those who do, you are blessed. Most will be angry about such a statement. Why? Because deeply they are given a Truth that will eventually dissolve the Satanic Ego which rules their conflicted/violent/disruptive lives and will struggle like none other for its survival.
The evidence of the statement above is easily arrived at. For ten years of my writing on the internet, I have given TRUTH freely to all who have the eyes to see and ears to hear.
Yes, I have books and tapes for sale, but the content of them has also been given away freely on my website both in writing and in sound files. Because they are free, the profane perceive them as worthless. They have been trained to support Satanic activities which pander to and reinforce their conditioning.
Conditioned people seek security, they fear and loathe disruption of their carefully conditioned, repetitive thought. Truth ALWAYS disrupts ILLUSION.

The political climate today seems to have been what has been missing since 1997.
The wording of the new law signed into law by President Bush reads: "Whoever...utilizes any device or software that can be used to originate telecommunications or other types of communications that are transmitted, in whole or in part, by the Internet... without disclosing his identity and with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any person...who receives the communications...shall be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than two years, or both."
As you well know, my case is quite comprehensive and opens a governmental/media Pandora's box which poses a threat to NATIONAL SECURITY, as some of the individuals involved in this disinformation campaign have direct ties to the Intelligence community and Major Broadcast media.
Since I intend this to be my OFFICIAL COMPLAINT with your office, I shall send you what I sent the JOSEPHINE COUNTY DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND SHERIFF, both of whom ALSO refused to do their jobs. I have enclosed the following entries which have recently appeared on the Internet Newsgroups. They show (1) the elements of LIBEL AND (2) admitted contact and collusion made by the anonymous perpetrator with several others of the Government/Media sponsored/supported disinformation Agents involved who've been actively engaged in nearly a decade of a conspiracy to libel/smear campaign to destroy my reputation and that of my family members, physical and cyberspace stalking, and their increased issuance of death threats toward me. Such elements clearly constitute the criminal act of Felony Conspiracy. A crime has been committed. It has been going of for years, yet government officials have turned their backs on their Oaths of Office and refuse to do the jobs they are publicly paid to do.
Just what does it take for JOSEPHINE COUNTY OFFICIALS entrusted with law enforcment and prosecution to do their jobs?
Sheriff Daniel has refused to act on this criminal complaint on "countless occasions" and is complicit in the on-going conspiracy through his providing a platform for libel via his Department's Bulletin Board "Ask a Cop" (Since Removed) after he was notified of the libel campaign. Sheriff Daniel is reported to have had a few laughs with one of the perpetrators as stated by the one who calls himself "widdershins." Widdershins says: " Oh, yeah? I forwarded one of your more entertaining posts to Dave Daniels. He said he laughed his ass off. It made his whole morning."

As a reader and not a writer, I followed with interest the ramblings of this so called "Christ." Not having much time in the past year to sit down in my office and cruise the net, so to say, I had fallen behind in the recent tirades of this sad, weak idiot. Much to my surprise, the words and subject matter have not changed one iota. Mr. Karczewski is copying and pasting the exact same things, word for word, that he did one year ago. I would find humor in this aspect of his personality if what he was writing was true, but I know firsthand what he is writing
is nothing but the delusional rantings of a sick, fat old man. Now normally there is always one town idiot, if not more, in all
communities. I am positive, although I do not live near this man, that he must qualify as the county idiot and not just the town idiot. I have no idea if he packs heat, or has shot up manequins as stated, but he is dangerous none the less. His danger lies in the fact that he is fixated on certain people, and the fixation has remained glued to his braincells for years now. The people do not differ, and his threats against them do not change.
Over one year ago I corresponded with several of the gentleman that throw wise-ass remarks back at this dangerous person. Yes, I believe he should be safely behind bars and not out free in society. I do not think that the people that respond to him are aware of the danger a person such as this poses. I have studied criminal behaviour, and in fact could be considered an expert in the field, and Karczewski's fixation on certain people is dangerous, and not something to be made fun of. The students at schools in the USA make fun of others who do not fit into the norm of society. This man does not fit into the norm
of society, yet no one is reading the signals, just as the students and teachers ignored clear signals coming from school students that eventually killed their friends in a rampage of violence.
I don't know these people he speaks of, or at least have never met them face-to-face. But I did correspond with some, and also researched the activity of your community just out of curiosity over a year ago. It seems as if most of the crimes originate from the town Raymond lives in, Cave Junction. Statistically it has a very high crime rate compared to the population. Even the young chap who killed the chicken that Raymond seems so obsessed with lives in that town. It seems as if the majority of the crimes for Josephine County originate from that little burg on Interstate 199 running to the beautiful California coastline. Such violence among such beauty of the sea and redwood trees. I read that it is a very depressed economy due to the loss of logging jobs, so that might lead to the discontent of the
community.
I have drifted away from my original train of thought, so please pardon me. If I had read different people's names in R K's recent tirade, I would not be concerned. But his fixation remains the same. His lies remain the same. His hatred for the same people remain the same. I did some research since I followed the Speckles story with great interest, along with everyone else. The DA dropped all charges against the man who was arrested for stealing the chicken when the new County DA realized the County had made a mistake. The market had
never pressed charges and it was the old DA and the State of Oregon who were pressing charges. Absolutely no monetary settlement came of this action, so R K outright lied to again stir up trouble. If I were this Kathy Lynn Dean, who just happens to be married to the man who was falsly arrested for stealing the chicken, I would fear for my life. Mr. Karczewski has been obsessed with her, and has been stalking her for several years now. Why he even connects her with the acts of her
husband shows the sickness of a demented and criminal mind.
If I were Dave Daniel, or any County official, I would be very wary of this misfit of society. I would have him behind bars for any infraction of the law. R K does not even make any sense in any of his accusations against these individuals. This Ed Wilkerson person should be just as wary as Kathy Lynn Dean should be. I sense a lack of caring, a loss of fear, or maybe they have heard it so much they no longer care. But I warn caution of all parties, because I see the danger in this man, and his obsession is not normal. Plus, if what he says id true, he has nothing to lose. His wife is dying, and he is old, flatulant, fat and delusional. He sees "things" around his abode. He imagines people are stalking him. He makes very dangerous
threats.
Good people of Josephine County, and especially the Civil Servants and the woman and man he hates so much, please show caution and common sense. This is not a person to ignore. I do not want to read in the paper or watch on TV someday that Ed Wilkerson, Dave Daniel, the District Attorney and Kathy Lynn Dean have been found dead and the killer has committed suicide. You have a time bomb on your hands, and it is ready to explode. Please mark my words and show extreme caution.

I feel sad for Tim and Glen. They've lost moral authority, and any jibes made from this point onward will only be seen as hollow gestures, 'cause when the rubber met the road, they caved in. It exposes Radio Talk Show hosts David Masters, Son of mind control expert/cult figure Roy Masters.
"The day my ad went on, and continuing for the month’s duration of the advertising period, the station created an ad of their own which they positioned adjacent to my ad. Their ad was made from select statements made by me, but taken out of context. The ad was designed specifically to ridicule and discredit me. Certainly not the way for a business to treat one of its customers."
At that point, the talk show host, a member of the board of directors, in an attempt to bully my wife, threatened to expose damaging information about me if she persisted with the call.
My wife, shaken by the bullying tactics, was stunned. At my direction, my wife told the host to say what he was going to say—to air the statements. After several moments of silence, all the host could utter was, "That’s it. I don’t want to talk about it any longer." and cut her off the air.
Too late—the slanderous innuendo had already been implanted in the minds of the listening audience, and I was now effectively silenced from responding directly to any further statements of that nature made at that level of the media.
(This same tactic was used by another talk show host on the same station, another program, to another caller subsequent to my experience. Coincidental?)
On September 1, 1993, between 9 and 11 a.m., a woman (a regular caller known to the station as Barbara) called in identifying herself as a self-admitted Man-eater and spoke to one of the hosts, a self-admitted hypnotist.
After engaging the hosts in a mutual admiration and reinforcing conversation, reflecting a clear identification and common goal, this is what the woman said, and I quote; WE HAVE THE POWER TO DESTROY SOMEONE ELSE’S CHARACTER BY CHOOSING THE RIGHT ACCUSATION THAT CANNOT BE PROVEN IN THIS LIFETIME.
This comment was given assent by both hosts, one of whom was and is a major force behind the station and key person in the establishment of the subsequent nationwide network. One man said, "Absolutely, thank you."—the other uttered "Yes." Both men uttered approval of such a statement.
This woman had articulated the exact technique that had been used in an attempt to silence me. I continued to listen, but heard no one respond to the statement and hosts’ responses.
Have we become so inured to the psychological violence that is our daily fare, that we have joined the ranks of the blind and the dead as spoken of by the man Jesus? Wake up Southern Oregon! The next time you read about fairness in broadcasting, keep in mind—it works both ways. Remember my experience. The next time it might be you! (end of the original newspaper text)
The station in question is KOPE FM. The slandering host was David Masters, son of hypnotist Roy Masters. The other two cohosts handling the call regarding destruction of one's reputation were Roy Masters and cohost Jesse Peterson.
This may answer some of the questions posed by contributors to the Roy Masters Newsgroup who have asked why I post my articles on his group. I must admit, the frequency of my posts on the Roy Masters newsgroup can be traced to my radio experience with KOPE.
