rk: I refused to accept the offer of sentencing from an unlawful (Yes, such sentencing is an offer of contract without which such agreement cannot bind any non-surety, living breathing, flesh-and-blood sentient natural men/women for the debts of their debtor juristic person) Unconstitutional Court whose rulings I stated on the court record had NO FORCE OF LAW BEHIND THEM and that I did not recognize its (the court's) authority.
rk: The court (which exhausted the entire roster of Josephine County Judges and had to import more judges from out of county to preside over my hearings, appearances, and trials), continued to posture, to huff, to puff, to threatened, to intimidate, to throw me back in my jail cell until they realized they could not break me. It is then that they had to throw me out of the jail, near death as a result of my two hunger strikes totalling 55 days in protest of their criminality.
rk: At no time did the courts or prosecution produce anyone who claimed under oath or affidavit that they were a victim of any crime committed by me.
rk: In court, on the record, I asked Judge William Purdy, (imported from Jackson County Oregon) "under what system of law was his court operating in my case, if not under the
U.S. Constitution"? He refused to answer.

He is a serial felon with a long criminal history, and the only reason he was let out on parole is because his wife is dying and lives alone, thus necessitating other assistance, when Ray is in jail.
