The profane, the scholarly based automatons are observable by the Spiritually sighted as being your normal, every day Satanist-bound Intellectuals. By definition they cannot See Truth directly. Hence, aggressive bias, disdain, jealousy, envy, and neverending competitiveness directed toward the Spiritually Sighted are the hallmarks of all satanic minions.
The wise man's domain is the eternal infinite, the scholar's the time-bound, politically tainted history book.
The wise man speaks his own words, the scholar quotes the words of others.
The wise man's intelligence is self-evident. the scholar requires credentials.
The credentials required are found in the Satanic Institutions of Academia and the Military, much like the characters in the Wizard of OZ. Tinman received a Heart to prove he was not a heartless mechanical automaton: Scarecrow-diploma: Cowardly Lion-Medal for Bravery. Without such outer directed/bestowed affectations, such entities fail the test of Self-Evident Truth.
The wise man is the spirit of the word, the scholar quibbles over the letter.
Step into any Pharisitically-ruled courtroom some time. You will understand the nature of the above statement. The Judiciary, stripped of its positive image is seen in its True Light -- the Satanic temple which fallen men are coerced to worship and serve.
The wise man knows neither heaven nor hell; the scholar knows hell and speculates about heaven.
The Wise man lives transcendent of duality even while using thought and language to communicate with ignorant brothers and sisters.
The Satanic Scholar blindly stumbles through life, as they are incapable of Spiritual Sight and thus must navigate via the computer of Intellect. A computer is only as good as its programming. Does not their fear stop them from taking decisive action? Is not such inertia tied to their fear of losing their illusory status, wealth and position in life, a life of hell?
As such, are they not thus unwitting supporters/promoters of the illusory Economic system which has stripped away the wealth and dignity of the American People through acceptance of a debt-based Federal Reserve Note -- worthless pieces of papers, were it not for Public's trust in the Satanic illusion of fiat money?
When every man awakens to his own unconditioned self, he shall SEE his True worth and understand he holds the key to his destiny, not some politician or myth-shrouded clergy.
He shall understand that he is the producer of wealth, not the managers that he and others appoint to manage the collective wealth, the bankers, the politicians, the priests, the clergy -- the mindcontrollers who can be seen to be the parasites which drain the life's blood of any people through self-doubt and fear.

This is my first message upon receiving your invitation to join the forum. By your invitation, I assumed you were familiar with my spiritual writings. See: http://www.arkenterprises.com/comchrst.html
I perceive ALL MEN to be CHRISTS WITH AMNESIA; that is, SIMPLE MEN OF TRUTH. The amnesia stems from man's fall from grace and their subsequent subjection to the influence of Satanic (intellectual) mind control.
All men/women who live at-one with TRUTH are simple men and women of Truth and are indeed CHRISTS WHO NO LONGER suffer from Spiritual Amnesia brought on by Societal, Institutionalized conditioning.
When two or more gather in communion with Truth, THEY ARE THE CHURCH. The church is not some building or material symbol. The church is Truth Personified. Civilized man has lost sight of this simple fact.
Satanistic intellectual thought rules over this planet Earth and all civilized institutions which rule over, and control the behavior of man--BAR NONE.
Truth is always disturbing to the conditioned mind -- the mechanical computer-like mind which is ruled by fear and superstition, greed and competition.
Our world is evidence of that Satanic venue whose minions rail whenever they hear the simple Truth.
Jesus was strung up over it. I seemingly am likewise persecuted and reviled on the Internet by responses which reflect a definite, unmistakable agenda.
I say this because fear rules these newsgroups and forums. The fear of rocking the boat, of questioning societal taboos, especially those of religious content, of questioning whether we live by truth or myth. Of questioning whether we are freemen, or religious and political slaves who only dream we are free.
How many will truly go against the grain of Satanic Conditioning they share with their specially conditioned fellowship? How many will stand alone if necessary and speak the Truth?
Few indeed. Most newsgroup/forum readers are idle spectators, full of mechanical reactions and baseless beliefs which cannot stand to be exposed to the light of Truth.
As such, many many remain silent to my simple messages, not that they don't want to enter into communication but rather they fear expressing themselves and thereby attract to them such flak.
What is obvious to even the most casual reader is the organized SATANIC attack focused upon misdirecting others from such simple words. It is easy to see when one checks the responses by those whose only ploy lies in one-liner cheap shots, ad hominem and character assassination rather then dealing with the simple truth.
This is being written so that neither your time, the time of your readers, or my time shall be wasted.

rk: What is the proof of the Courts and Government's UNLAWFULNESS? I stood fast on my right to challenge them to prove their jurisdiction over me, this LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MAN (THEY HAVE NONE) who would not consent or contract with them thereby granting their jurisdiction. They, (the courts) could not, would not, and still have not proven jurisdiction in writing as the law requires such challenged judges and prosecutors to do. The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors. - - ARTICLE II, SECTION 4 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld, and Attorney General John David Ashcroft have committed violations and subversions of the Constitution of the United States of America in an attempt to carry out with impunity crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes and deprivations of the civil rights of the people of the United States and other nations, by assuming powers of an imperial executive unaccountable to law and usurping powers of the Congress, the Judiciary and those reserved to the people of the United States, by the following acts:
1) Seizing power to wage wars of aggression in defiance of the U.S. Constitution, the U.N. 6) Violations and subversions of the Charter of the United Nations and international law, both a part of the "Supreme Law of the land" under Article VI, paragraph 2, of the Constitution, in an attempt to commit with impunity crimes against peace and humanity and war crimes in wars and threats of aggression against Afghanistan, Iraq and others and usurping powers of the United Nations and the peoples of its nations by bribery, coercion and other corrupt acts and by rejecting treaties, committing treaty violations, and frustrating compliance with treaties in order to destroy any means by which international law and institutions can prevent, affect, or adjudicate the exercise of U.S. military and economic power against the international community.
7) Acting to strip United States citizens of their constitutional and human rights, ordering indefinite detention of citizens, without access to counsel, without charge, and without opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention, based solely on the discretionary designation by the Executive of a citizen as an "enemy
combatant."
8) Ordering indefinite detention of non-citizens in the United States and elsewhere, and without charge, at the discretionary designation of the Attorney General or the Secretary of Defense.
9) Ordering and authorizing the Attorney General to override judicial orders of release of detainees under INS jurisdiction, even where the judicial officer after full hearing determines a detainee is wrongfully held by the government.
10) Authorizing secret military tribunals and summary execution of persons who are not citizens who are designated solely at the discretion of the Executive who acts as indicting official, prosecutor and as the only avenue of appellate relief.
11) Refusing to provide public disclosure of the identities and locations of persons who have been arrested, detained and imprisoned by the U.S. government in the United States, including in response to Congressional inquiry.
12) Use of secret arrests of persons within the United States and elsewhere and denial of the right to public trials.
13) Authorizing the monitoring of confidential attorney-client privileged communications by the government, even in the absence of a court order and even where an incarcerated person has not been charged with a crime.
14) Ordering and authorizing the seizure of assets of persons in the United States, prior to hearing or trial, for lawful or innocent association with any entity that at the discretionary designation of the Executive has been deemed "terrorist."
15) Institutionalization of racial and religious profiling and authorization of domestic spying by federal law enforcement on persons based on their engagement in noncriminal religious and political activity.
16) Refusal to provide information and records necessary and appropriate for the constitutional right of legislative oversight of executive functions.
17) Rejecting treaties protective of peace and human rights and abrogation of the obligations of the United States under, and withdrawal from, international treaties and obligations without consent of the legislative branch, and including termination of the ABM treaty between the United States and Russia, and rescission of the authorizing signature from the Treaty of Rome which served as the basis for the International Criminal Court.

A few hours ago, I received a private e-mail from "the mirror" and drafted a reply, but decided it would be more appropriate to just post it here rather than send it to him. I always try to observe common-sense Netequitte, so I'm not posting a copy of his letter to me, which was just a rehash of stuff he's said here anyway.
In any case, here's what I have to say to him:
Are you aware of the full irony of our mini-flamewar in alt.paranormal?
I started getting flamed by religious fundamentalists, scientistic skeptics, and kinds of "true believers" back in the late Fifties, when my articles on spiritual subjects, UFO-type phenomena, and radical politics contained all kinds of ideas most people back then considered "unthinkable". And I haven't wimped out any in my old age, as you'll see if you run a Google search on "Kyle Griffith" "War in Heaven" and read samples of writing both by me and about me.
I was one of the people who helped invent flame-warfare in its present form with my postings on Genie, Delphi, Compuserve, etc. in the early Nineties, using the same "spiritrebel" nic I use today.
So on one level, I believe that you and I are on the same side, fighting for freedom of expression and against censorship. And I assume you agree with me that it's better to have one's controversial ideas flamed than completely ignored.
On another level, I firmly believe that everything I've seen you post in alt.paranormal is a crock of self-righteous, ego-maniacal BS, and I intend to keep needling you in public. As far as my private opinion of your work goes, I don't react to it emotionally at all. None of your ideas are new to me, and your writing style isn't good enough to hold my interest, so I really don't give a tinker's damn about your work or your opinion of mine.
But we can still probably both benefit from exchanging public flames.
BTW, I'm not going to post your letter to me on the open boards, but I definitely intend to post this reply. In fact, I may just post this directly in alt.paranormal instead of sending it to you privately. That'll probably give a lot of people a good laugh...

County Oregon Judges
How do I know? I'm just one such "Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man/Victim" of their Criminal Fraud.
Our Courts are legal fictions. They have jurisdiction only over other legal fictions. I am not a legal fiction. Keep this in mind. VERY IMPORTANT!
I am the Cave Junction man who underwent two hunger strikes totaling 55 days, was thrown out of JOCO Jail at the curb of Three Rivers Hospital, near death, because I protested being
unlawfully tried as a Paper Terrorist for my Right to hold public officials accountable for their crimes. I challenged the courts/prosecution to produce anyone who under oath or affidavit
claimed that I had committed a crime. They did not! Would not! Could not!
Throughout my unlawful arrest, being held hostage for 128 days of incarceration and some twenty court appearances, I repeatedly challenged the court/prosecution to prove they had jurisdiction over this non-fiction, living, breathing man. They did not! Would not! Could not!
Under American law, when challenge to jurisdiction is made to our present Maritime Law Administrative courts, which require contract, consent, or waiver of rights by the accused to
grant them jurisdiction, all court proceedings must halt and jurisdiction be proven, in writing, by the court before proceeding further. To this very writing, 3-plus years afterwards, the Josephine County Courts and Prosecutors have not and will not prove jurisdiction. WHY?
Will Justice or Police State Tyranny be our JOCO legacy? DEMAND our courts answer the questions they have so doggedly evaded!
