On Oct. 22, 2005, I sent a demand VIA email that a criminal complaint be issued against Josephine County SHERIFF DAVE H. DANIEL.
To this date, I have not received any response from you on this matter.
Now is NOT THE TIME to play the government PR game of CYA "Cover Your Ass."
Do not think that this matter is going to go away. The headlines are full of stories emanating from the White House on down wherein previously haughty STONE-WALLING Public Officials at the highest levels of our land are suddenly finding their conscience, their voice, and are making public, previously secret information that is sure to sink the SHIP OF STATE.
The cries abound. "Man overboard! Every man for himself! Don't get caught without a lifeboat." The enemy of the American People, the real Terrorists are emerging as those public servants, rulemakers, enforcers who have betrayed their Oath of Office, have swindled the American People out of their money, their freedom, their dignity and, as TRUTH always leads to justice, are now finding themselves left stranded on a sinking ship of state without a lifeboat and discovering they cannot swim in the sea of their own shame, their own malfeasance, their own criminality.
Mr. Campbell, it is my intention to commit our communications in this matter to writing and to place it on the Internet. I'll not play pattycake with mealy-mouthed public officials who have shown they are not men of integrity, not men of their word.
I intend to publish all communications regarding these serious charges that I have demanded be placed against SHERIFF DAVE H. DANIEL. These charges go to a National Security Scandal which can destroy this phoney shadow government which has co-opted our Constitutional based government "Of the People, By the People, and For the People."
A legitimate investigation will show that my two bogus trials CASES #02CR0617 and #03CR0170, in which your office and the eight (8) sitting JOSEPHINE COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT judges have repeatedly refused to answer, as the law of the land demands, the question(s), accompanied by affidavit, of their "Legal Fiction" claim of having JURISDICTION over this LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD," SENTIENT NATURAL MAN is tied directly to the ongoing (FBI Complaint Nov. 2, 1997) unlawful Government/Media/Intelligence Community sponsored/supported mind control campaign used domestically against unwary computer using Americans.
If these questions are not answered and criminally tainted officials are not brought to justice despite the robes or uniforms they wear, this breakdown in American justice places every man woman and child at the mercy of criminally intentioned public slavemasters.

Prior to Creation existed INFINITE INTELLIGENCE.
It is INFINITE INTELLIGENCE, an energy unfathomable by a limited mechanical, programmable intellect, that is the CREATOR.
In the Timeless Moment of NOW, INFINITE INTELLIGENCE, GOD, or whatever name or label one applies, expresses WHAT IS to each and all who are spiritually alive and sighted.
In that TIMELESS/TIMEBOUND moment GOD is the Creator and the Created.
From such moment of Creation emerges the finite, grosser vibrations, transformed through the Intelligent terminal of a God-blessed healthy ego, a point in human consciousness/awareness wherein the unfathomable Infinite is perceivably transformed into the finite.
In that paradoxical, fleeting "out of time" moment, emerges time with its beginning -- MANIFESTATION, birth, growth, peak, death, then ENDING -- ALL OF WHICH IS DIRECTLY PERCEIVABLE IN THE FLEETING, OUT-OF-TIME, MOMENT OF NOW!! From the Infinite to the finite, CREATION IS, THEN IS NOT, leaving NO TRACE, NO MEMORY.
Thus arises, grows, peaks then falls, the INFINITE ACT OF CREATION by a healthy EGO -- THE I AM THAT I AM.
The world of Civilized Man is ruled by SATAN, the petty "god" of intellect. SATAN'S vibratory signature distinctively expresses itelf as dissonant energy in its time-bound, aftermoment/memory-based, limited, divisive, opposing, programmable UNHEALTHY EGO.

I have been banned from Alex Jones' show, as I have from other radio talk shows since the early 1990's.
