The Million Dollare club culminated with the government had to stand for the total Court Costs of the two fraudulent trials and jail time while awaiting appearance before a traitorous judiciary to the U.S. Constitution, the unconstitutional, non-Article III private, corporate serving maritime OREGON/JOSEPHINE COUNTY courts presided over by criminally infected judges seated in the courts of Josephine County Oregon.

I vowed to myself that night, THEY WERE NOT GOING TO GET AWAY WITH THESE NAZI TACTICS, THIS BLATANT VIOLATION OF MY UNALIENABLE RIGHTS GRANTED BY GOD WOULD BE ADDRESSED --- This vow came from a Honorably retired California Police Sergeant and it stands to this day.
That vow, taken by a man of the Sovereign People who follow GOD'S LAW still remains the operative motive for redress even to this day while I see my country turned upside down by the same tactics used on me.
A multimillion dollar commercial judgement against the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, a Uniform Commercial Code Lien, completely irrelevant to the two FRAUDULENT criminal trials was criminally removed, along with other UCC Filings by the SECRETARY OF STATE'S CORPORATE OFFICE.
It made no difference that the documents had nothing to do with, were completely irrelevant to the FRAUDULENT PROSECUTION but it offered the opportunity for Corrupt Public Officials to destroy the records which establish a default commercial judgment against the STATE OF OREGON, a corporate party to the defaulted document.
Since when do Corporations make law in matter beyond their policy making jurisdictions. APPARENTLY ONLY IN AMERICA!!
The documents had to be removed as they stood as evidence of a lawful Commercial judgment by default against the CORPORATE GOVERNMENT of the State of Oregon and County of Josephine.
The two trials concluded as predicted by court watchers. I was convicted by a jury more concerned about getting home in time for dinner than doing their duty.
In their ignorance, the jury cavalierly signed their own death warrant with their lap dog verdict. Such law is being practiced all over this country today. My case forwarned America what was about to come down on them, yet my fellow Americans slept all through it until the rude awakening of the events unfolding in New Orleans.
I wrote about my case on the internet in great detail. I found the truth that until one's own ox is gored, the ignorant, politically correct thinking jury is engaged in an unwitting partnership with SATAN, the force behind our present judicial system.
What happened to me after the two fraudulent convictions?
I refused to accept the convictions, just as I have refused to accept or agree/consent to the probation sentence with no jail time, after their original threatening me with 35 years for 7 counts of Felony "simulation of legal Process" i.e., "PAPER TERRORISM, a CYA (cover your ass) concept used against anyone who displayed the audacity to attempt to hold their public officials accountable for not doing their jobs.
I CALLED THEIR BLUFF AND THEY BLINKED!!
What happened to me? They threw me out of jail as they could not break me in my bond with GOD'S LAW.
I have no driver license, neither of my private automobiles are registered, and at times, since the so-called conviction, I walk around town, ARMED with my openly carried holstered 357 sidearm, a so-called convicted felon with a gun, yet they will not come after me.
Why? Because if they do attempt to arrest me, they WILL HAVE TO PROVE TO THE PEOPLE OF AMERICA, THEIR JURISDICTION via affidavit over this LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MAN/SON OF GOD (and therefore over all non 14th Amendment people) who demands his/their Rights under Common Law be recognized and has committed no crime, even to the open carry of a weapon on his/their hip.
Tis a challenge they have refused to address since their unlawful kidnapping of this non-14th Amendment, natural born citizen of these united states of America.
Now we have New Orleans unfolding. All my predictions have come true. The New World Order elitists are causing all the stops to be pulled out in their planned destruction of this once powerful nation, held together by its Constitutional Law.
Now law is at the point of a gun and handcuffs. The next step is to bring in the trained killers via the declaration of MARTIAL LAW. There and then will all of the hypocritical fascades fall away and a tyrannical government, once the servant of the people will DECLARE WAR ON THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.
To those who have the eyes to see and ears to hear, change your status NOW from your present 14th Amendment presumption. Then Act like the Sovereign People you are as the creator of government, not its servant. Strap on your firearms. Visibly give notice to all tyrants, they shall not have an easy time of it.
Then BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, remove your support from a criminal enterprise and restore this Country to its Constitutional/Common Law foundation.
As far as the rest of the non-seeing, inert American People and vocal Patriot Community are concerned. I, this simple man of Truth, this Christ, holds little hope or concern for their future as, the LAW OF GOD is immutable. Divine Justice is ALWAYS served. We all get what we deserve.
