NOTE: I am sending this far and wide to all good men to come to the aid of their country.
I tire of the endless go-nowhere talk of the patriot community.
I do not, nor will I ever support a shooting revolution when simpler and safer methods are at hand.
I say, the Sovereign People are the Boss and the Public Officials work for them, not the other way around.
So why in the hell don't the American People act like the Sovereigns they are, and CLEAN UP THEIR GOVERNMENT?
A 7+ YEAR history of what a corrupt government can do when the people lie asleep at the switch can be seen when ONE MAN standing ALONE in Truth and Sovereignty, exposes the corrupt government and judicial system for what it is, while the rest of the population slumbers on.
This, I have done. Since November 2, 1997, I have followed all the channels proclaimed by Federal, State and County government to be open to anyone who seeks redress for grievances of corrupt government officials, I have crossed all the T's, dotted all the i's, I have experienced the silly satanic legalistic games that judges and lawyers are capable of playing.
I have found that A WAR ON TERRORISM does indeed exist. Its being fought AGAINST THE AMERICA PEOPLE by their OWN ELECTED, APPOINTED GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, all with the tacit support approval of the American People. What's wrong with that picture?
I have exposed the criminality which exists in Oregon Government, but with the complicity of a mainstream media, THE STONE WALL OF SILENCE they have erected around my case, has held so far, but is now crumbling.
I have exposed the true terrorists to our Constitutional Republic. ITS THE GOVERNMENT!
The solution. HOLD GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR OATH OF OFFICE, THROUGH THEIR OWN UNLIMITED PERSONAL COMMERCIAL LIABILITY. Hit them in their bank account. Nothing quite does it like putting a dent in their SATANIC perks in this lifetime.
However, be prepared to be libeled, jailed, intimidated, exhausted with endless, legalistic minutia for your efforts, for indeed these SATANISTS PLAY HARDBALL.
What you will notice in your intrepid task of holding government officials accountable, is that in SATANISTIC GOVERNMENT HARDBALL, the government is not held to the same rules they hold others by. Sometimes they just make up the rules as they go along.
Well, that dog won't hunt, so give it a rest.
The one thing GOVERNMENT cannot do however, is MAKE A SOW'S EAR OUT OF A SILK PURSE, NOR CAN THEY MAKE SLAVES OUT OF SOVEREIGN PEOPLE WITHOUT FIRST THE IGNORANCE OF CONSENT BEING PLAYED OUT BY MANIPULATING JUDGES OVER DUMBED DOWN SHEEPLE.
MAKE EM FOLLOW THE RULES:
Take it to the top: TAKE IT TO THE GOVERNOR. Let him know the BUCK STOPS THERE. Do the same with THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. Hold them to their LETTER OF THE LAW. THEN YOU WILL SEE WHAT YOUR POLITICIANS ARE MADE OF.
ACCEPT THEIR OATHS OF OFFICE TO DEFEND AND SERVE THE U.S. and State Constitutions, then HOLD THEM TO THEIR OATH, utilizing commercial agreements accompanied by personal affidavit.
GET OFF YOUR DUFFS AMERICANS or you will wind up in CONCENTRATION CAMPS and DEBTOR'S PRISONS, and you will not have a clue as to how you arrived there.

Once again, another agent for the Government, Sheriff DAVE DANIEL of JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON, has joined the ranks of other stonewalling, nonresponsive Agents for the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE by his refusal to respond to the issues contained in Affidavit of Acceptance of Oath of Office and Demand for Investigation/Proof of Jurisdiction, dated June 9, 2005 and sent via USPS Registered Mail. SHERIFF DANIEL has refused to carry out the duties required by his Oath of Office and has placed himself and the STATE OF OREGON/JOSEPHINE COUNTY in financial jeopardy via default of the commercial instrument.
Oregon Constitution states: ARTICLE XV Section 3. Oaths of office. Every person elected or appointed to any office under this Constitution, shall, before entering on the duties thereof, take an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of the United States, and of this State, and also an oath of office.—
To OREGON ATTONEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS, and GOVERNOR TED KULONGOSKI, I accept your Oaths of Office and now make the same request, accompanied by affidavit, of each of you to honor your oaths by investigating fully and bringing to a close, the unlawful and criminal conduct of multiple Agents for the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE judges, District Attorneys, Sheriff and Deputies, the Secretary of State BILL BRADBURY and/or his Staff for unlawful removal of public documents filed with the STATE OF OREGON SECRETARY OF STATE, CORPORATE OFFICE, UCC DIVISION and other Agents for the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE responsible for my unlawful prosecution, kidnapping, and being held hostage by the STATE AND COUNTY in Criminal Case Numbers: 02CR0617 AND 03CR0170.

The question answers itself, does it not? Sovereign People across this vast land of America are asking that same question and seem to be in a quandary about what to do about it.
It is my intention as a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient man, Creditor and Secured Party operating in full legal capacity in this matter to remove the uncertainty in the minds of the Sovereign People of America, who have been trained to believe that they are Slaves when dealing with their "perceived" Slave Masters.
When the jig is up, and it has been discovered that our so-called "public servants" here in Oregon, are nothing but two-bit tyrants who perceive themselves to be above the law of these united states of America and its Constitution -- the Supreme Law of the Land -- and now consider themselves a "law unto themselves" and they have been brought to justice, a return to control by the Real Government, the Sovereign People, shall be at hand.
It is this momentum which guides my spirit to hold to the light of Truth, the criminal acts committed by Government Agents acting within the Oregon Government.
We are said to have a war on Terrorism in this country. I, this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man, who abides by God's Law, Common Law, and his Unalienable Rights has come to experience, first hand, the kind of law dispensed by Criminals in black Robes, their Bar Card-carrying Criminal Associates who carry out their charade as Officers of the Court, and their mindless, undiscerning, obedient, gun-toting,
handcuff-carrying enforcers let loose upon the public to carry out without question or reservation, corrupt and criminal corporate policies foisted upon an unwary Sovereign People.
This document is being directed to JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON SHERIFF DAVE H. DANIEL, OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS, and OREGON GOVERNOR KULONGOSKI to facilitate the final chapter in the expose on GOVERNMENT CRIME by OREGON PUBLIC OFFICIALS against the People of the STATE OF OREGON.
Following are the voluminous documents sent to Officials of Oregon and their agents in an attempt to hold our government accountable. Read them. None of them, accompanied by affidavit, have EVER been answered, NOT A ONE. This places the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE in indisputable commercial dishonor and default.
By reading the files which expose to all the futility of going through the established official government channels to seek remedy or redress, one will see that the STATE OF OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY do not follow their own rules, and by their actions, invite anarchy. The files expose the daily FRAUD our government officials perpetrate against the People of Oregon and elsewhere in these united states of America.
These documents serve as repeated, inarguable evidence that a Legal Commercial Judgement now stands, is due and payable in the the total amount of Twenty Seven Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($27,180,000.00), a judgment the OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY taxpayers will have to pay for the Sins and Crimes of their Public Officials.
I am also sending this document, accompanied by Affidavit, to OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS and lodging an official complaint that a crime has been committed either by SECRETARY OF STATE BILL BRADBURY or members of his Corporate Division, UCC office staff in the unlawful removal of Liens #627068 STATE OF OREGON, dated 07/10/03; Lien #624711 JOSEPHINE COUNTY, A BODY POLITIC, dated 06/18/03; and Lien #589259 RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI©, dated 6/4/02.
None of these specific liens were relevant to the two FRAUDULENT trials, Case Number 02CR0617 and 03CR0170, for which I was unlawfully prosecuted by an Unconstitutional, private corporate JOSEPHINE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE COURT which refused to prove their jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, sentient, natural man for "Simulation of Legal Process."
The evidence clearly shows that the prosecution was a show of intimidation and power by officials of the Corporate STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, parties to the liens and therefore operating from a conflict of interest in squelching these lawful liens. The prosecutions were instituted by these same parties to the liens ONLY AFTER the liens were filed.
Unfortunately, in Commercial Law, the Corporations that are the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINES, being LEGAL FICTIONS,
have no special status afforded them than any other LEGAL FICTIONS/CORPORATE ENTITIES. They have been afforded many opportunities to prove jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, yet they have remained mute throughout and therefore stand in dishonor and default.

We are losing our Country. Our Government has Failed us. Our Judiciary is corrupt and criminal. With the recent Imminent Domain decision by the Supreme Court, the last link in the chain of slavery has been forged and we, as a country are now moving toward Communism wherein the State owns all property and people.
Is the experiment of Human Freedom OVER for humanity?
I may be a voice in the wilderness, but it will be a voice that will be heard, despite the efforts of mainstream media to stifle it with an erected, indifferent STONE WALL OF SILENCE.
We the People are Sovereign and Government is our servant. I learned this growing up in Chicago.
I served my country in Korea, came home, raised a family and retired as a sergeant with the Pacifica California Police Department.
In those prime years I remained ignorant of the true agenda of government and law enforcement. I have since awakened and am doing what I can do with or without support.
I ask that you simply to tell my story. Your readers will recognize it. Perhaps they'll even DO SOMETHING?!!

America, what has happened to you? You are no longer the country I grew up in. You are no longer a country of free men and women who see life as an opportunity to grow, spiritually and with love for their fellow man.

I am afraid that she really did die two weeks ago. The fact that Ray and Anita attacked her like that (Anita's letter is from at least a year ago) tells you that she stood up to them and their delusions. You are right: She was a good person. Life is problem solving. No one is exempt from facing and dealing with the problems of living in an everincreasingly restrictive society. Whose problem is it to solve? Yours, the People, or the Government's?

Below is my letter of Rescindment of Automobile Registration sent to the Deputy Director of the OREGON DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
I had already rescinded the registration to my jeep in 2003. For the last two years, I have been travelling the roadways of Oregon freely, without license plates or drivers license. And the OREGON DMV, although daring not to utter a word of rebuttal to the rescindment accompanied by affidavit, thereby admits to the fraud of non-commercial registration of private automobiles, and has, by its actions, given assent to the rescindment 1. By default, and 2. by not bothering to send renewal notices for re-registration or license fees for the jeep. Therein lies the REST OF THE STORY.
This is a MULTIMILLION DOLLAR FRAUD perpetrated upon the American People which infringe upon their unalienable "Right to Liberty", i.e., to travel in their private property as long as they are not engaged in using the Publicly Owned Roadways for Commerce, Business, or Industry.

I exposed the court system, perhaps like none other who has stood trial in this country, for at no time had I considered myself either a VICTIM or a SLAVE. As for me, all I get from the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, from the Governor's office on down, is a STONE WALL OF SILENCE. THEY DARE NOT UTTER A WORD in defense of their
hidden-from-the-public criminal behavior, and they continue to serve only because the average taxpayer in JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON has neither a clue nor the cajones to act like the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE they are and clean up the mess that is their JUSTICE SYSTEM.
