The question answers itself, does it not? Sovereign People across this vast land of America are asking that same question and seem to be in a quandary about what to do about it.
When the gig is up, and it has been discovered that our so-called "public servants" here in Oregon, are nothing but two-bit tyrants who perceive themselves to be above the law of these united states of America and its Constitution, the Supreme Law of the Land, and now consider themselves a "law unto themselves" and they have been brought to justice, a return to control by the Real Government, the Sovereign People, shall be at hand.
We are said to have a war on Terrorism in this country. I, this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man, who abides by God's Law, Common Law, and his Unalienable Rights has come to experience, first hand, the kind of law dispensed by Criminals in black Robes, their Bar Card-carrying Criminal Associates who carry out their charade as Officers of the Court, and their mindless, undiscerning, obedient, gun-toting, handcuff-carrying enforcers let loose upon the public to carry out without question or reservation, corrupt and criminal corporate policies foisted upon an unwary Sovereign People.
This document is being directed to JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON SHERIFF DAVE H. DANIEL, OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS, and OREGON GOVERNOR KULONGOSKI to facilitate the final chapter in the expose on GOVERNMENT CRIME by OREGON PUBLIC OFFICIALS against the People of the STATE OF OREGON.
Following are the voluminous documents sent to Officials of Oregon and their agents in an attempt to hold our government accountable. Read them, and one will see what a daily FRAUD our government officials perpetrate against the People of Oregon and elsewhere in these united states of America.
These documents serve as repeated, inarguable, indisputable evidence that a Legal Commercial Judgement now stands, is due and payable in the the total amount of Twenty Seven Million One Hundred Eighty Thousand U.S. Dollars ($27,180,000.00), a judgment the OREGON and JOSEPHINE COUNTY taxpayers will have to pay for the Sins and Crimes of their Public Officials.
I am also sending this document, accompanied by Affidavit, to OREGON ATTORNEY GENERAL HARDY MYERS and lodging an official complaint that a crime has been committed either by Secretary of State Bill Bradbury or members of his Corporate Division, UCC office in the unlawful removal of Liens #627068 STATE OF OREGON, dated 07/10/03; Lien #624711 JOSEPHINE COUNTY, A BODY POLITIC, dated 06/18/03; and Lien #589259 RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI©, dated 6/4/02.
None of these specific liens were relevant to the two FRAUDULENT trials, Case Number 02CR0617 and 03CR0170, for which I was unlawfully prosecuted by an Unconstitutional, private corporate JOSEPHINE COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE Court which refused to prove their jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, sentient, natural man for Simulation of Legal Process.
The evidence clearly shows that the prosecution was a show of intimidation and power by officials of the Corporate STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, parties to the liens and therefore operating from a conflict of interest in squelching these lawful liens. The prosecutions were instituted by these same parties to the liens ONLY AFTER the liens were filed.
Unfortunately, in Commercial Law, the Corporations that are the STATE OF OREGON and COUNTY OF JOSEPHINES, being LEGAL FICTIONS,
have no special status afforded them from any other LEGAL FICTIONS/CORPORATE ENTITIES. They have been afforded many opportunities to prove jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man, yet they have remained mute throughout and therefore stand in dishonor and default.

It is time for all who have the eyes to see and ears to hear, to stop the endless talk and TAKE ACTION in returning the controls over our SERVANT GOVERNMENT back into the hands of the Sovereign People.
It is time for all who have the eyes to see and ears to hear, to step out of the SATANIC BOX of their own programmed, Satanic-Institutionalized Intellect -- to die to the illusions sprung therefrom and to Resurrect the Divine Spirit of Divine Intelligence, a realm of holistic (WHOLE) Consciousness vastly beyond the petty, limited, superficial, reactive, opposing, SATANIC INTELLECT.
It is time for all who have the eyes to see and ears to hear to retake their rightful positions as Sovereign Sons and Daughters of God, Infinite Intelligence.
It is time for all who have the eyes to see and ears to hear to recover from their Spiritual forgetfulness as "Christs with Amnesia."
The resounding cry heard from those lost and confused to the resolution to such questions is HOW???
UNDERSTAND THIS. The vast numbers (one might even call them "legion") of common men ARE UNAWARE of their True Nature, their TRUE ESTATE.
The process of UNAWARENESS begins at birth and, for most, ends only at death. For most, the process of spiritual blindness is Life itself.

What is that simple key which determines whether one lives in a wondrous, open, nondualistic, all things possible, Heavenly Consciousness, or a restrictive, partial, violent, conflicted, dualistic/divisive living Hell?
It is Divine Awareness, an holistic resonance at-one with Truth which lives within the consciousness of each of us, well beyond the limited, dualistic, opposing realm of Satanic Intellect.
Such Divine Awareness is the Supreme Intelligence that leads to direct action.
How was it lost in the minds of civilized men?
The answer is quite simple --They were CIVILIZED!! Satanic dualistic Choice/Confusion was introduced. Yes, you heard me. They (you) Fell from Grace. They (you) tumbled into the abyss of Satanic Intellect when you were generationally conditioned through the Sins (Contradictions of Thought) of your parents who were conditioned by their parents, and they by their parents to the very beginning of the family.
You see, IGNORANCE LIVES through all who live and perceive life filtered through the thoughts of their limited, linear, restricted, time-bound intellect.
Through such inevitable limitation, each comes to the end of their tether of consciousness through their fear of the unknown. They seek security, and, doubting themselves, then make a pact with Satan (the petty god of opposing Intellect) by splitting themselves into fragments (egos) who believe themselves to be the whole, even while they rely upon their leaders and experts to support their "unwholeness" and solve their problems for them.
Through such illusions of codependence does the Redistribution of wealth transfer itself from the wealth producers to the wealth managers -- Tis the beginning and end of the grand SATANIC ILLUSION which allows for the few to rule the many.
Are your problems solved when you go to your Leadership who promise to solve your problems? You already know the answer to that one. Look at the Headlines. The headlines tell you of the world you've helped create by your own Satanic self-doubt.
You, each of you, are directly responsible for your own life. You are responsible for the lives of your children who learned (were conditioned by) from you. You have no one to blame but yourself for the quality of your/their life.
The only question to be answered truthfully by each of you is -- Are you a Sovereign or are you a slave?
