People of America, a solution to your problems is at hand.
First of all, understand that when it comes to government, YOU ARE THE GOVERNMENT -- not the public servants you hire to do your bidding.
Recognize that You, the Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Men/Women/People Are Sovereign and the Creator of Government. Therefore you are positioned above government in Stature and Grace. You are imbued by your Creator with certain Unalienable Rights. Rights which NO government can take away without your/our consent or waiver -- Rights such as LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF PROPERTY.
Understand that the Creation can never be greater than the Creator.
God created you.
You created government.
Government is the administrator and overseer of slaves; Satanic minions who are blind to the Truth, yet are ruled and guided through compensatory SATANIC (Opposer-oriented) intellectual thought.

As Sovereign People we imbue our public servants, called government, with limited Sovereignty to carry out the mandate of WE the People.
The only Entity greater than SOVEREIGN PEOPLE is the Creator, an entity with many names but which, for the moment, we'll call INFINITE INTELLIGENCE.
When We the People fall from Grace, we separate ourselves from the Wholeness, Our AWARENESS, of INFINITE INTELLIGENCE which We The People call God.

Man's Law is a LEGAL FICTION, a Corruption, as it is based in Intellectual words, images, fantasies, fictions; yes -- Illusion.
Man's Law, A LEGAL FICTION, has JURISDICTION only over other LEGAL FICTIONS. (Such as Juristic Persons whose names are spelled in ALL-CAPITAL LETTERS.)
Man's Law has no JURISDICTION over living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural men/women, UNLESS a crime, as defined by Common Law (God's Law), of harm or damage have been inflicted upon one's fellow man or their property, and/or their GOD-GIVEN RIGHTS to LIFE, LIBERTY, AND PURSUIT OF PROPERTY have been violated or infringed upon.
The role of man-made government is to protect those Rights. When such government becomes the violator, not the protector, of those Rights, government BECOMES CRIMINAL AND TYRANNY IS BORN.
What I have said to you IS ABSOLUTE TRUTH, INARGUABLE, as Truth

The Truth is that all who worship the Intellect have already consented to granting jurisdiction to the courts of Man's law, because they are BLIND to the Truth about their present state of Consciousness. They live in a state of Amnesia of their True Standing as Sovereigns, Children of Divine Intelligence -- God. Therefore, they are easily manipulated, despite how clever they may appear. (Cleverness is just another level of expressed IGNORANCE.)
I am a simple man of Truth, A Christ (not to be confused with the mythical Christ of the SATANIC religion of the same name).
I, a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man held to my God-given UNALIENABLE RIGHTS and Inherent Sovereignty throughout the two criminal trials mentioned below. I demanded the SATANIC officers of the court and prosecutorial staff to prove jurisdiction. (See detailed links below.)
Damn near EVERYBODY, I MEAN nearly EVERYBODY, is spinning their wheels, only to play the SATANIC game of OUTLAWYERING THE LAWYERS, the rulemakers, the interpreters, the elitist clique which has garnered enormous SATANIC power over their fellow man by pulling the wool over the eyes of gullible, trusting, fearful SHEEPLE.
Everywhere one looks, the SATANIC game of RESIST EVIL is being played. The Patriot Talk Show Hosts are experts in leading their confused audience into an increasing emotional state whose pressured outlet cannot lead to peaceful resolution, but to violent revolution.
They don't see it. Why? Because they, like their followers, make up the BLIND WHO LEAD THE BLIND. How do they do it? Not by simply seeing the solution right under their noses, but by circuitously leading their audience through complicated mazes which go nowhere but to more of the same, empty talk.
If you have seen the Truth of what I have presented to you and do not merely blindly believe me, you will understand the Truth that YOU are the Co-Creator of your own life. No one is responsible for your quality of life but you.
STAND UP AS THE SOVEREIGN Child of God that you are! Hold your public servants accountable. It is YOUR RIGHT. IT IS YOUR DUTY!

In fact, organization is the SATANIC METHOD of garnering power amid fragmented fellowship of powerless individuals.

My two FRAUDULENT JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON trials, case number 02CR0617 and 03CR0170, stand as an indictment of the whole criminal JOSEPHINE COUNTY JUDICIARY and other practicing JUDICIARIES all throughout this land of ours.
Thousands of Americans languish in prisons today, put there by deceptive judiciaries through the same SATANIC tactics used on me, but which ultimately failed.

I didn't play the lawyer game. I didn't try to outlawyer the lawyers and judges, to compete with such hypocrisy. I held to the Truth.
WHAT WAS THAT?
That I am a Son of God, at one with Truth, God's Law, and thus maintain my position of a Man of the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE. In that, I demanded the court prove its limited Jurisdiction over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man. I stood upon my Unalienable Rights, neither waiving them nor granting the court jurisdiction through consent or contract.
Let every one who sees the Truth of what I have said, implement that same simple Truth in their own lives. STAND ALONE, call, write, email or fax the numbers below and demand that the 23 questions of JURISDICTION (see below) be answered under their personal oath or affidavit backed up by their own personal, unlimited commercial liability, by AT LEAST ONE AGENT for the STATE OF OREGON OR JOSEPHINE COUNTY.
Since Sept 5, 2002, when this tyranny was foisted upon my personal life because of travelling in my private automobile with my high beam headlight on, NOT ONE AGENT FOR EITHER THE STATE OR COUNTY has answered the 23 questions of JURISDICTION, hence were complicit in the fraudulent prosecution and subsequent coverup.
What is the importance of what I am saying here? NO ONE FROM THE STATE OF OREGON OR COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE WILL ANSWER THE QUESTIONS OF JURISDICTION BECAUSE DOING SO WOULD EXPOSE THE FRAUD THEY HAVE PERPETRATED UPON THOUSANDS OF AMERICANS throughout our country who now languish in an evergrowing penal system, a warehousing system for SLAVE LABOR.
My case is the MICROCOSM of the MACROCOSM OF TYRANNY now become acceptable to blind, fearful sheeple.
Create a MANDATE of the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE from the East Coast to the West Coast, from Canada to Mexico. DEMAND Public Officials of Oregon answer the questions. It is time for the house of cards to fall. If they will not/cannot prove their jurisdiction over living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural men/women, they, the judges and the prosecutors are the criminals.
This mandate would open wide the prison doors which house thousands of SCHNOOKERED AMERICANS whose only fault was their IGNORANCE of their SOVEREIGNTY.

I am stumped as to where one goes in Oregon to find any Government Agency which will investigate the rampant corruption and criminality found in Josephine County Courts and District Attorney's Offices. You are aware of my case as I have sent previous communications to you surrounding the two Fraudulently tried Josephine County cases 02CR0167 and 03CR0170 prosecuting RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI© . Nothing has been resolved and the criminality continues. The Sheriff of Josephine County Oregon is complicit in the coverup of the scandal of National Security Importance referred to in the two articles below. He also refuses to investigate fully, Criminal complaint Case number 04-7529 lodged with his office with an amended countercomplaint lodged by me. I don't know what to expect from you or any other Oregon Public Official, as all past communications I have sent to your/their offices have gone unanswered.
I do expect this matter will cause a great deal of career discomfort amongst officials at all levels of Oregon Government Offices who have participated in this criminal fraud and coverup, AND WELL IT SHOULD!

People of America and Josephine County, Oregon. We are losing our Country to Public Officials who no longer honor the U.S. Constitution nor their Oath of Office. The result is seen in the daily headlines in growing Government Tyranny under Color of Law throughout our Country and abroad.

Are WE the True Government, or merely the slaves of the limited-sovereignty public servant manned institution we call government?

I Challenged them to prove jurisdiction in approximately 20 appearances, hearings and two trials. THEY DID NOT, COULD NOT, WOULD NOT, even unto this day.
There can be no justice in our land when the courts are asked directly during a felony trial "UNDER WHAT SYSTEM OF LAW DOES THIS COURT OPERATE IF NOT THE U.S. CONSTITUTION," and the judge POINT BLANK REFUSES to answer the question.
Following is a List of State of Oregon and County of Josephine elected and appointed Officials who are culpable these two cases for their acts as co-conspirators in the Statewide coverup of unlawful crimes committed by Josephine County agents in their willful and deliberate infringement upon my Unalienable Rights, kidnapping, robbery, and hostage-taking of me for the perceived infractions/corporate policy violations of another.

AMERICA: It's Time To Lead a Worldwide Revolution -- IN CONSCIOUSNESS -- And the Meek Shall Assuredly Inherit The Earth.

Over the years, I have written a great deal about the curse of Civilized Man creating his personal HELL ON EARTH, having traced His Fall from Grace -- The grace of living through Divine Awareness to his Fall into the Hellbound, dualistic, opposing, conflicted, confused realm of Intellectually-tainted Consciousness.
All fallen men (Spiritual Amnesiacs) LIVE LIFE FILTERED THROUGH THEIR SATANIC, conditioned CONCEPTS. BAR NONE!
These Civilized Men and Women are worshippers of the Intellect, a realm of consciousness ruled by the petty god -- SATAN.
Forget the "woo woo" political and religious myths you have been conditioned to blindly believe in, the superstitions, the mystical dogma, both the ancient and modern taboos (TABOOS = Satanically infused man-made laws) which rule your Intellect. Is it not this realm of consciousness, called intellect, which presently filters and interprets all of your perceptions of the world? For the moment, look at this paragraph again; observe your own inner reactions to what you are observing. THEY ARE THE ILLUSIONS which systematize/separate/oppose. They are the conditionings and opinions placed there by a mind-controlling, outer-directing authority, which has cultured and conditioned your mind, thereby subtlely enslaving you to Satanic Command.
Adopt a realistic view of the GUN -- merely a tool which assures equality for the brave, and tyranny for the cowardly.
Each of you are Sons and Daughters of INFINITE INTELLIGENCE, God!
Each of you are entitled to access the Infinite Realm of Consciousness, the True Spiritual Estate of Infinite Intelligence, the state of consciousness that is UNBOUNDED INTELLIGENCE -- NONDUALISTIC AWARENESS -- THE GRACE OF GOD.
For such eternal consciousness to be accessed, the cluttering baggage of psychological conditioning must be understood and disintegrated.
Spiritual Discernment arises when one directly perceives (Divine Awareness) when to use the Intellect for technical problem solving, and when to let the intellect lie fallow (recede/empty) when non-technical problem solving is required.
The dualistic Intellect is ABSOLUTELY necessary for technical (mechanical) problem solving. It also becomes the curse of man's Hell on Earth when its dualistic character is called upon to resolve the NONDUALISTIC, NONTECHNICAL problems of life.
AWARENESS, the nondualistic (oneness) state of Consciousness, resonates with the unmistakable essence of TRUTH, the essence of nondualistic WHAT IS. It is the nature of the Biblical Phrase, "I AM THAT I AM."
AWARENESS is the State of Christ Consciousness that is eternally AT-ONE with TRUTH. It is the True Estate of All men, even those who have forgotten who they are and so look at themselves only in limited, time-bound, incremental terms of potential.
AWARENESS is the State of Love, of Equality, of Unity.
Where is Fear to be found in Love, in Equality, in Unity?
Simply stated -- NOWHERE!
Fear unquestionbly is found in the SATANIC CONDITIONED INTELLECT.

The question is HOW DID YOU GET SO SCREWED UP, PSYCHOLOGICALLY AND PHYSICALLY?
Is not the answer to that very clear to you?
You gave up personal responsibility for your life to outer directing, remote authorities, despite the masks they wear.
What did you get in return? Is anybody out there actually experiencing today, a feeling of security in their lives?

Rick, I am posting this publicly because the BIG PICTURE must be seen by the AMERICAN PEOPLE. Nothing personal, just needs to be done.

I was invited by Moderator Rick Stanley to join the Revolutionary Coalition Forum. The invitation to participate in dialogue important to the American People was apparently shortlived. The article below (the second article I posted) was banned by Rick Stanley, from appearing on the forum.
What does that say about the integrity of the movement to take back control of our country and its leadership? In the land of the Blind, the one eyed man is KING. When dealing with a Christ, with both eyes open to the BIG PICTURE, blind men become embarrassed over their darkness.
In essence, at its present rate, the blind are leading the blind and the movement is going to fail because of the shortsightedness, ignorance and religious bigotry of its leadership.
If any organization (A Satanic venue in itself) can censor Truth and control the world view of its followers the leadership of the organization are sitting in the cat-bird's seat, and, isn't that the inherent nature of SATANIC POWER?
Read the article again. You will see that what I say is True about those who seek power over others while rigidly adhering to petty, parochial Satanic beliefs which divide People and assure opposition.

kld: Since the Grants Pass Courier printed our address on page one Under the title of CHICKEN KIDNAPPER, EVERYONE knows where we live. This is just Hell. Absolute Hell. I can't do anything about it. The State Police refuse to help us on any matters, and there is no way I would ever phone the Sheriff Dept again in my life. I'm still very traumatized about the whole ordeal. I could be dying and wouldn't phone them. There are many other people that feel the same way.
kld: I had a very old friend from Oakland. CA tell me not to let anyone know what Ray is doing to me, because he will feed off of it. But kld: my friend does not know how Ray operates, or what he has done to other websites and forum groups. There are dozens of sites on the web outlining the problems they had with Ray and how they finally got rid of him, so I think I will start contacting them for advice. I really don't know what else to do. Yes I realize it is both libel and slander now since he has phoned me.
Why would someone even do this to another person? That's what I
don't understand. He knows we are going through a lot of pain right now, so why would someone try to make it worse? And, why is he so fascinated by me? It's so abnormal and frightening. And why would someone think I would have Government ties and be a secret agent of some sort? If I had that kind of power, my husband sure wouldn't be tagged as a chicken thief!

I am going to paste something I received a while ago for several
reasons.
First, it involves all members of this forum since statements are
made that I might not be a real person, but an agent or something.
Second, I received a rather frightening phone call from this man
today, but I have caller ID so didn't pick up. What he left on my answering machine is quite shocking. Since JoCo has a "First Time Doesn't Count" threat law, there is nothing I can do about it. By the way, we now have that rule on video tape. Both Justema and Tripp explained it in detail to Nick at our front gate.
Thirdly, I'm beginning to get a little worried. I not only have to watch my back for cops, I now have to watch it for this guy, too. And, I assume for the people on his list.
Fourth, if something happens to us, you'll know who is on the suspect ist. This is the fifth scathing message I have received:

I also wish it had just been an accident, but I have been on the Internet, had my own sites, etc. for too long to know when something is accidental and when something is deliberate. I am still trying to straighten things out. It's just annoying and time wasting, that's all. I hold no grudges, but he isn't getting back on this board! Way too dangerous. Just for kicks, plug the name into Google, and about 30 pages come up. I just skipped through a few, but many deal with how to remove him from a site once he has established himself.
