SOVEREIGN PEOPLE OVER GOVERNMENT:  To Be or Not To Be, That is the Question!

People of America and Josephine County, Oregon. We are losing our Country to Public Officials who no longer honor the U.S. Constitution nor their Oath of Office.  The result is seen in the daily headlines in growing Government Tyranny under Color of Law throughout our Country and abroad.

WE, The People, are EITHER SOVEREIGN OR WE ARE NOT!

Are WE the True Government, or merely the slaves of the limited-sovereignty public servant manned institution we call government?

I speak for myself as one of the Sovereign People, upon whom our Creator has endowed with certain Unalienable Rights, and I have comported myself as such throughout the ordeal of two FRAUDULENT TRIALS conducted and covered up by the STATE OF OREGON AND COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE OFFICIALS named below. 

I Challenged them to prove jurisdiction in approximately 20 appearances, hearings and two trials.  THEY DID NOT, COULD NOT, WOULD NOT, even unto this day.

There can be no justice in our land when the courts are asked directly during a felony trial "UNDER WHAT SYSTEM OF LAW DOES THIS COURT OPERATE IF NOT THE U.S. CONSTITUTION," and the judge POINT BLANK REFUSES to answer the question. 

Following is a List of State of Oregon and County of Josephine elected and appointed Officials who are culpable in these two cases  for their acts as co-conspirators in the Statewide coverup of unlawful crimes committed by Josephine County agents in their willful and deliberate infringement upon my Unalienable Rights, kidnapping, robbery, and hostage-taking of me for the perceived infractions/corporate policy violations of another.

The legal fiction prosecutor's office and court, operating under Color of Office, refused to answer questions or prove their JURISDICTION (as the law requires) over this Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient, Natural Man -- one who is clearly NOT a LEGAL FICTION -- during their UNLAWFUL, FRAUDULENT PROSECUTION of JOSEPHINE COUNTY CRIMINAL COURT CASES 02CR0617, and 03CR0170.

Answer:  The People of America, standing on their own two feet, shoulder to shoulder, from one end of the nation to the other, asserting their SOVEREIGNTY by holding their public servants accountable for their actions!

Here is all that is necessary to accomplish that assertion of God-given Sovereignty.  Contact the Officials below by phone, fax, email, or snail mail.  DEMAND that they answer the 23 questions of Jurisdiction point by point, accompanied by their sworn affidavit.

They have so far, as a conspiratorial group, resisted the DEMANDS of one such Soveriegn man of the People; but can they resist the DEMANDS OF THOUSANDS, of MILLIONS?

  I regard government officials as the SERVANTS of the People, not their MASTERS.  I treat and address them as servants.  Arrogance?  No!  Different? YES!!

  My perception is that your case and mine dovetail with two widely different approaches.  I cannot and will not attempt to tell you what you must do.  I only understand what I must do. 

   Here is my request of you.  If you see the wisdom of my SOVEREIGNTY approach to dealing with public officials/servants of OREGON , and feel that you can communicate that attitude of SOVEREIGNTY into the hearts and minds of your listeners,  we can break the back of the Tyranny of the Courts over the People by a letter, phone, fax, email  campaign  which would force the government to answer the questions of JURISDICTION of the Courts as LEGAL FICTIONS  over LIVING BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT NATURAL MEN AND WOMEN,  and change the present course of "woe is me, woe is me"  wringing of hands attitude of despair reflected in the voices of patriot talk show callers.    Let you and me wake up PEOPLE to their TRUE ESTATE of God's Children,  and I see the beginning of the AWAKENING of the American People to their natural state as SOVEREIGNS, not SLAVES!!

  I find the approach taken by the current cadre of Patriot Talk Show Hosts to be nothing more than interminable, empty rhetoric which emotionalized the audience, further unbalancing them, as it feeds their fears and acts as a deterrent to balanced Sovereigns taking real, effective action.  I abhor the violent prospect of a shooting revolution and have done everything I can to stir consciousness to Non-violent means.

  I feel that if your audience can be shown the wisdom of ACTUALLY holding their public servants accountable, as I have demonstrated in my case, a vastly different outcome will occur.

     I am stumped as to where one goes in Oregon to find any Government Agency which will investigate the rampant corruption and criminality found in Josephine County Courts and District Attorney's Offices.  You are aware of my case as I have sent previous communications to you surrounding  the two  Fraudulently tried Josephine County cases 02CR0167 and 03CR0170 prosecuting RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI© .  Nothing has been resolved and the criminality continues.  The Sheriff of Josephine County Oregon is complicit in the coverup of  the scandal of National Security Importance referred to in the two articles below.  He also refuses to investigate fully, Criminal complaint Case number 04-7529 lodged with his office with an amended countercomplaint lodged by me.  I don't know what to expect from you or any other Oregon Public Official, as all past communications I have sent to your/their offices have gone unanswered.
