  One has to ask, is the world really ready for change, or is it just empty talk to cover one's fears, much like whistling in the dark?

  I recognize the shock such statement produces when examined by
people who are conditioned and trained to think like mechanical robots by the Mind Controllers who rule over their lives.

  For the past nine years on the Internet, I have been exposing the Satanic Mind Control exercised over human society since the dawn of civilization.

  Each day we move closer to a two-tier New World Order system of Masters and Slaves.

   The authorities have "pulled the plug" on the American People. They no longer hide their tyranny in the positive-imaged charade of LAW AND ORDER.  They are jailing AMERICAN whom they consider to be their own property, their chattel, their slaves through the legalistic implementation of the "Juristic Person" sham. 

  These black-robed, SATANIC worshipping, word twisting hypocrites have now determined that it is time for Man's Law on Earth to usurp GOD'S LAW.

  Our food chain is being destroyed through Chemtrail spraying.

  DNA manipulations and patented hybrid seed are replacing our (destroyed) natural seeds that we once depended upon for our food, our sustenance. The Corporations are insuring that mankind will have to depend upon them for their future food.

  Water is the next commodity on the agenda the Corporations have set their sights on. 

  Phony wars for Corporate profits are being waged in foreign lands and are killing our children, the future of this country.

 Our President, through his Satanic Empire Building Policies, has betrayed the American People, has committed Treason, has made a sham of his Oath of Office.  He and his cabinet members and policy makers down the line, with the assistance of a bought-and-paid-for propaganda arm of Government -- Mainstream Media -- lies to us openly, unabashedly. Is that not the very evidence of SATANIC POWER?

   The war on Terrorism through its deadly legislative "Patriot Acts" has declared this "Christ" to be a "Paper Terrorist" for daring to hold his public servants accountable for their crimes.  I was jailed but then kicked out after two protest hunger strikes amounting to 55 days. The Jail Medical Health staff feared that, reflected by my body chemistry, I would die in jail.

    This is the Third communication sent to your office via email regarding the request for your progress in filing the appeal amendments you promised to make in Case 02CR0617. See below.

    I have not heard from your office, nor have I received copies in the mail of the amended appeal in the case of the Juristic Person RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI©.

    As expressed in our telephone conversation, my authorization given you and the State of Oregon Public Defenders Office was to represent the Juristic Person RAYMOND RONALD KARCZEWSKI© over whom I hold supreme claim.  By doing so, I imputed nor granted jurisdiction to the courts over this living, breathig, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man.

    This is an important case, not only to Oregonians, but to Americans everywhere.  It will finally answer the legal question of jurisdiction asserted unlawfully, by hook or crook, by deceptive judges who seek to usurp God Law and violate the God-Given Unalienable Rights bestowed upon all living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural men brought forcibly before the bar as assumed sureties for the Juristic Person/Defendant  without establishing jurisdiction as the law prescribes.

    Please advise me of your progress in making the necessary amendments, and if filed, send copies of the amended appeal in case 02CR1617 to me.

  I received your copy of the Appeal for Case # 02CR0617 on this date, September 16, 2004. This has been my first opportunity to view it.

  After reading same I called your office telephone number to find that you are out of contact until Sept 23, 2004.

  If the appeal has not yet been filed with the court, I ask that you amend the appeal since the main objections to all proceedings have been bypassed by you in favor of lesser important issues.

  1.  Page #1, you state that I pled guilty.  NOT SO!!  I entered NO PLEA WHATSOEVER in either case/trial.  I repeatedly challenged the unlawful Administrative Court (Unconstitutional Non Article III Court), a legal fiction, to prove jurisdiction over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural man who was/is not a surety for the legal fiction Juristic person named as defendant and I had offered proof to that effect during repeated hearings prior to and during both trials. 

  2.  At NO TIME had I given consent to participating in the proceedings and was being held there against my will.  The law states that when such challenge to jurisdiction is made, all proceedings must be halted until such jurisdiction is proven in writing by the court.  Case law is cited to that effect and was sent to the Public Defenders office appeals attorney Jamesa Drake by me.  You should have received that information.

  A multitude of criminal actions and violations of my rights are found in both criminal prosecutions now under appeal, BUT THE PRIMARY RIGHT/issue violated, which ALL JOSEPHINE AND JACKSON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT JUDGES pointedly and wilfully avoided answering, was my repeated demand for proof of the Court's jurisdiction in both trials over this living, breathing, flesh and blood sentient natural man, one who was not a surety or underwriter for the debts of the Debtor Juristic Person/Defendant. (See 23 Proofs of Claim sent on multiple occasions to Josephine County, Oregon District Attorney Clay E. Johnson and brought before the court.)

  As stated above, but it bears repeating, I am not the Juristic person named as defendant and I, this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man have never consented to act as surety for the debts of same.

  2.  No driver license could be suspended as no such license existed at the time of the traffic stop.  A rescindment of all contracts made with the State is presently on file with the Josephine County Court Clerk's office as being null and void due to lack of complete disclosure of terms.

  3.  I was coerced to sign the form concerning a license suspension at sentencing under threat of contempt of court by Judge Lindi Baker who was being pressured toward such contempt charges by District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON.  Since when do DA's tell judges how and what to do in carrying out their judicial responsiblities? Oral court record will bear that out.

  4.  At no time did I agree to have either Public Defender Attorney Peter Smith and/or Attorney Chris Mecca represent me, this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood sentient natural man in any court proceedings. 

  When the courts repeatedly and steadfastly refused to remove them at my repeated objections, I agreed that they might represent the JURISTIC PERSON who was the defendant/debtor over whom I am Creditor.  That act, as creditor over the debtor juristic person/defendant can at no time be construed as evidence of consent on my part to represent me, this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man.

  5.  Court records and papers filed will verify this.


  6.  My apology made on the court record mentioned in the appeal went to the fact that until that day in court, I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK AT ALL during preliminary proceedings and during my incarceration and was quite frustrated in the process.  I saw NO JUSTICE applied in any of my many, many appearances before the Josephine County Court.

  7.  I do not recall ever seeing the signature blank waiver of counsel form appended to the appeal, therefore how could I have signed it?

  Mr. Groom, it is not what you have said in this appeal that I take issue with, it is, however, WHAT YOU HAVE NOT SAID!!!

  Please amend the appeal accordingly, as it DOES NOT REPRESENT ACCURATELY the MAIN legal issue of JURISDICTION that needs to be addressed by the Court of Appeals.

  I suggest you apply the same priority of NON-JURISDICTION in the other appeal Case #03CR0170 you are presently working on.

rk:  As such, without proving their "Corporate" jurisdiction over this "Living, Breathin, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient Natural man, they violated my Unalienable Rights, did not/would not provide a trial by jury under Common Law, the law upon which I firmly stood and asserted my Rights.

rk:  Judge WILLIAM PURDY refused to answer during Trial the pertinent question which would have ended the unlawful, fraudulent charade: "Under which system of government is this court operating, if not under the U.S. Constitution?"

Such a balanced person has the grace of Supreme Intelligence guiding his/her every action and therefore has neither need nor desire for power.

Freed of that conditioned human curse that is power, the energy of nonharm manifests as the natural momentum of that person.

Why would such a person need the corruption of man made-law to guide him?

Such a person is a "True Anarchist."

His guiding TRUTH can simply be stated as "In this moment, and every moment hence-forth, Do not lie, cheat, steal, exploit, or INITIATE harm to another. LOVE thy neighbor as Thyself --- THEN SCREW THE RULES!!"
