ew: Message: Ray got hysterical at every city council meeting for years on end after he was forcibly retired from the police force because of his psychiatric instability. (BTW, he was a beat cop for roughly six years before he was let go, not the thirty years I have seen claimed in other places.) He literally had to be removed physically from council meetings after threatening the mayor, police chief, and other members of the police force who were responsible for taking his badge and gun away from him. After Ray started having serious legal problems in California, he fled California to Nevada, where he had further legal problems, at which point he fled to Oregon, where has has had futher legal problems. He's a head case, pure and simple, and nothing he says is true. Certainly neither the Pacifica City Council nor the Pacifica Police Department ever backed down from their insistence that Ray be stripped of his badge and gun in the name of public safety, despite his lies here. He still cannot legally carry a weapon.

As for his family lies, his kids ran away from home when they were teenagers because of his staggering abuse. He literally hasn't seen most of his kids for decades. This crap that he and Anita left when the kids grew up is garbage: The kids left them, not vice-versa.

It is true that no one in the rest of his or her family will talk to them, but that again is not because Ray is some sort of Christ, but because his vicious abuse extends to literally everyone around him, including his own mother.

The lie I like best: Ray's story that he went to law school. Only a psycho would even attempt that kind of lie given Ray's obvious lack of writing, speaking, and thinking skills.

rk: If the fictional STATE OF OREGON AND JOSEPHINE COUNTY AUTHORITIES AND COURTS want to arrest the fictional juristic person, the only "person" they have jurisdiction over, then I encourage them to do their duty.

They have taken pictures of their personal surveillance of me traveling to town in my private automobile. They have followed me around downtown Cave Juction, taking pictures of my whereabouts and published them on the Internet.

Now they are engaged in a campaign of DEATH THREATS. All of this information has been given to the JOSEPHINE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE. Yet NOTHING IS DONE! I question the conduct of the Josephine County Sheriff's Office. Is it imcompetence, or criminal? OR BOTH!!

I am a retired Police Sergeant/Investigator. Ray got hysterical at every city council meeting for years on end after he was forcibly retired from the police force because of his psychiatric instability. (BTW, he was a beat cop for roughly six years before he was let go, not the thirty years I have seen claimed in other places.) He literally had to be removed physically from council meetings after threatening the mayor, police chief, and other members of the police force who were responsible for taking his badge and gun away from him. After Ray started having serious legal problems in California, he fled California to Nevada, where he had further legal problems, at which point he fled to Oregon, where has has had futher legal problems. He's a head case, pure and simple, and nothing he says is true. Certainly neither the Pacifica City Council nor the Pacifica Police Department ever backed down from their insistence that Ray be stripped of his badge and gun in the name of public safety, despite his lies here. He still cannot legally carry a weapon.

As for his family lies, his kids ran away from home when they were teenagers because of his staggering abuse. He literally hasn't seen most of his kids for decades. This crap that he and Anita left when the kids grew up is garbage: The kids left them, not vice-versa.

It is true that no one in the rest of his or her family will talk to them, but that again is not because Ray is some sort of Christ, but because his vicious abuse extends to literally everyone around him, including his own mother.

The lie I like best: Ray's story that he went to law school. Only a psycho would even attempt that kind of lie given Ray's obvious lack of writing, speaking, and thinking skills."

Point 1: Any investigation by you would reveal a textbook definition of malicious Criminal Conspiracy to libel, a felony in the eyes of the law and falls within your jurisdiction and duty. Point 2: None of us "kids" were EVER abused and ran away from home. My brother (the youngest in the family) was 21 and had moved out when my parents moved.
