The Path of a Sovereign -- The Ditch of the Slave!!

  This morning, at the age of 67 years, I awoke from an unremitting, recurrent, yet not fully understood dream which I have been experiencing for years. 

  No matter how much I examined the dreams upon awakening, they did not surrender their well-hidden (actually it was hidden in plain sight) message. This morning it all changed -- the dream revealed its meaning.

  The destructive key which unlocks Pandora's box which threatens and disrupts our Sovereignty and Peace in civilized life as amnesiac Children of God is the ease with which one can be made, through Satanic mind control and self-doubt, to relinquish their God-given True Estate of Sovereignty, Freedom, along with their Unalienable Rights.  Instead the UNAWARE amongst us knowingly or unknowingly, willfully consent to be bound through the collective security which one finds comforting within the Legion of the limited thinking SLAVEMINDED.

  Twas a simple dream. I always found myself relating to others within the dangerous and threatening spectres of alternating attractive and drab surroundings which were confining in nature.  The settings were either plush surroundings given to comfort or plain, regulated, no-nonsense, walled off, exploitive environments; the government, the Corporate arena, the factories -- all prison-like master-slave environments.

  In all these dreams, these recurrent settings presented themselves, without a clue as to why.  I was free to come and go while others were bound by the environment.  In other words I was free.  Others were not.

  What makes a Free man?  What makes a Slave?

  I had the unimpeded run of the environment.  I answered to no one.  Yet I was pursued by the spectre of unidentified danger which stalked and tracked my steps unrelentingly, attempting to overtake and apprehend me, but never being able to do so.  

  I wondered why the forces which affected others did not affect me.  While others were bound, I remained free of restriction.  For years I found the dreams unfathomable.  Then the dreams revealed their meaning.  It was so simple, yet seemingly unattainable to all of the others in my dreams and also those immersed in the normal UNAWAKENED state of a Satanically-driven, civilized conditioned consciousness bound by the same power-oriented environments. 

  In essence, the dream revealed the difference between a Free Man, A SOVEREIGN, and a servant of bondage, a SLAVE.  I puzzled over why the bondage which ruled over other lives did not touch, did not affect me.

  My life has been an extraordinary existence from the age of 5, (my earliest recollections of a consciousness clearly not that of a 5 year old).

  That consciousness remained with me throughout my life, to the present date.  It is the eternal, unchanging, vibratory nondualistic essence (AWARENESS) of TRUTH which has guided, protected me and expresses itself through this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood Son of God (Divine Intelligence) today. 

  The only thing that changed in the life I have lived to date is the ability to express to others, through the flawed medium of dualistic language, the inexpressible subtlety of a free, uncontradicted, unconditioned consciousness.  Be that as it may, such simple Truths are nearly impossible to convey to those who are seemingly comfortable and inert, who conduct themselves with an underlying apprehensiveness which reflects their bondage to a conditioned, controlled, secure, yet contradictory Intellectual Slave Life. 

   Throughout life I did well at whatever I applied my consciousness and hand to, but found I was never bound to the material relationships which accompanied such high visibility relationships. I was a kid from a poor neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago.  What accounted for the difference in my behavior which was not consistent with the rest of the family?  My family still puzzles over why I am so different from the rest of them.

    I was good at sports, had interests in gymnastics, was a springboard diver on the Swim Team but was much too large in size and musculature to be successfully competitive in those sports.  l prominently participated on Three Conference Winning Championship Football Teams (High School, Junior College, U.S. Army), was nominated but did not win a place on the Junior College All American Football Squad, and did not learn about it until after my discharge from my Korean Army stint in 1957.

   After 10 undefeated fights I won the Korean 8th army Lightheavyweight boxing title in my class.  I spent the remainder of my army service in managing the Regimental Gymnasium and coaching the Regimental Boxing Team.  Our team grew successful, drew much attention, and was repeatedly featured in the Armed Services publication "Stars and Stripes".

   Upon returning home Anita and I soon married and began our family.  An opportunity presented itself for me to turn professional as a boxer, but I had to travel from Chicago to Portland, Oregon for the first fight in Vancouver B.C.

   This I did, followed by relocation to San Francisco where the boxing business, in those days, was at its peak.  It was necessary for me to give up a well-paying job in Chicago, sell all of our possessions acquired to date, leave family, friends, cut off all safety nets of security, and travel cross country to Portland, then to San Francisco -- a move we never regretted.

  There Anita and I built a new life together. Not beholding to anyone or anything.  It was as free a new start in life as anyone could want.  Remarkably, throughout, my life (seemingly that of navigating an uncharted, dangerous, unknown journey) has been  marked by a feeling of absolute Divine protection and confidence, which has never left me, never failed me.

  At the end of my short boxing career, the first test of dealing with the seduction of fame and fortune presented itself.  A choice was to be made.  Do I return to boxing, or live a life like millions of others?  The choice presented itself in the first week of my employment with the Pacifica, California Police Department. I received a telegram from popular New York Restauranteur/Personality "Toots Shor" who represented a syndicate of wealthy businessmen scouting the country for a "White Hope" to groom and promote to challenge the Olympic Heavyweight Champion Casius Clay who later came to be known as Muhammed Ali, a young, up-and-coming fighter also supported by a syndicate of wealthy patrons.  I was one of six invited to come to New York.

  I turned the offer down, as I took up my new career as a police officer.  I respected the job while I despised the politics that went with the job.  I was good at what I did, advanced to Sergeant in three years, and found my niche.  Then a rapid succession of spiritual tests presented themselves determining whether I follow the path of Truth or fall into the ditch of compromise. I chose well.

  After suffering a back injury (and becoming a growing pain in the ass to the operations of a changing police administration), I was forced to retire in 1970. 

  With a young family to support, I made my decision to embark upon a new business rather than return to the velvet chains of the Corporate world and its Satanic politics as an investigator for a major oil company.

  I founded Pacific Coast Investigations and Security, a licensed private patrol, private investigation company and served Pacifica for the next 12 years with an armed private security neighborhood residential/business patrol.  A good decision. I was responsible only to my customers and to myself. I served no government Master. 

  Throughout the 12 years of my business, my company enjoyed a reputation for dependability, service and competence.  I was well known and had gained the respect of the community during my years with the police department.

  However, I was still too close to the Police operation in Pacifica, as viewed by the new Police Chief who was a Captain at the time, and the person responsible for my forced retirement.  Not content to have me out of the Police Department, he now wanted me out of business and out of Pacifica. 

  Satanic Politics had reared its ugly head, and a corrupt police administration sought to put me out of business early on.  Though he had revoked my business license to get me out of the way, I hadn't missed a day of service to my customers during those 12 years.

  When push came to shove and the city administration and public observed my unyielding resolve, it all ended just as quickly as it had begun.  The police chief was ordered to back off by the City Manager and I and my business were NEVER bothered again.

  In 1982, when the kids had grown and were on their own.  Anita and I sold the business and retired fully.  It was both a wonderful and Spiritually productive time for the two of us.  The opportunity presented itself to do the things we could not do in our early life together, as most married couples holding it all together in a predatory world well know.

  After travelling the country scouting for a place to spend our retirement years, we settled on beautiful Southern Oregon. We continued an Idyllic and peaceful fulfilling retirement until I was arrested in the early morning hours of September 5 2002.

  Arrested at gunpoint for a High-Beam Headlight violation and for exercising my Unalienable Right to Liberty which includes the Right to Travel in my own private automobile escalated into my being prosecuted for Paper Terrorism for holding my government servants accountable for their unlawful actions. 

  I was not about to let such tyranny go unexposed.  My case was a forerunner of the Satanic Tyranny now routinely being promoted as a heavy handed means of "public protection" under the umbrella of the bogus Patriot Acts I & II.

  In essence, that night I saw the future of America.  It raised its ugly head as the tyranny practiced and expected in Nazi Germany, or Mother Russia, but not in these united states of America.

rk:  I do perceive you have that wrong, they convicted a STRAWMAN, a FICTION, a JURISTIC PERSON, not me. My case is a powder keg and will blow the American Judiciary sky high when it is exposed.  For years they have been operating Unconstitutionally and therefore Unlawfully in filling our jails by using FRAUD AND DECEIT to entice unaware individuals into an unconstitutional Administrative Court jurisdiction then convicting IGNORAMUSES by their OWN CONSENT!

rk:  JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON COURTS blew it in my two cases 02CR0617 and 03CR0170.  No Lawful higher Judicial Authority can possibly clean the enormous amount of dirty laundry the JOCO courts have left in the wake of their two trials.

rk:  They have yet to establish a crime was committed under Common Law and/or present a victim willing to testify under oath or affidavit according to their unlimited personal commercial liability that they were harmed by my actions.

rk:  "truly humane gesture" you gotta be ignorant to the nth degree to try to pull that one off!  They dumped me off at the curb at the Emergency Room after throwing me out of jail upon the advice of the Medical Staff, fearing that I could die at any moment.

rk:  Is it all about a man who forgot what his job was all about, and forgot whom he took an oath to serve -- the U.S. Constitution and the People of Josephine County, Oregon, or those who control him and influence policies through Federal Grants?

rk:  Does he lack the "cajones" to do the job he was put into office to do? 

rk:  Is he currently, and has be been merely a lightning rod for drawing law suits to the County of Josephine?

rk:  I assure you, I myself am not clear on each and every one of these questions, as he is a likeable and amiable guy in person.  I met him when he came to visit me when I was in custody at his jail.  Seemed like a nice enough guy; and socially, were circumstances to be different, we could well be friends. 

rk:  However, my gut level grasp of what is going on at the Josephine County Courthouse in Grants Pass, Oregon can best be expressed by former District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON, who ran like hell (STATE OF OREGON House Cleaning perhaps?) after my trial and is now retired.  He characterized me to a local reporter during an interview, as "Karczewski is a real pain in the ass." 

rk:  Ex-DA JOHNSON, the STATE OF OREGON, COUNTY OF JOSEPHINE, and all others served papers involved in my two unlawful, fraudulent prosecutions,(case 02CR0617 and 02CR0170), presently have valid commercial judgements standing against their private, unlimited commercial liability for their individual and collective default in not rebutting point-by-point questions of jurisdiction and copyright infringements accompanied by affidavit.  They are not immune from personal responsibility by hiding behind the shield of "Color of Law" immunity.

rk: Sheriff Daniel, like ex DA JOHNSON and Presiding Judge Gerald Neufeld and Judge Allan Coon, the two judges who recused themselves from my case because they were personally noticed regarding their unauthorized use of my Common Law Copyrighted name, then used their public offices to threaten, intimidate and fraudulently prosecute me for standing on my rights in holding them personally responsible for unlawfully prosecuting me as a "Paper Terrorist". 

rk:  All judges called upon to hear my case (they ran out of local judges and had to go out of county to bring in judges to hear my case) breached their Oath of Office. They refused to prove under what system of law their (UNCONSTITUTIONAL Administrative)court operated under if not the U.S. Constitution.

rk:  When repeatedly demanded, they refused to prove in writing as the law demands, "impersonam jurisdiction" over this living breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man.

rk:  They  were unable to produce any victim who was willing to testify under oath or affidavit and show how they were damaged by my actions, an element required to establish a Crime in Common Law, the Law upon which I stood and demanded my Rights.

rk:  These two men have since announced their retirement from their judicial offices and have done so at the PEAK OF THEIR CAREERS,

rk:  My case is of NATIONAL IMPORTANCE to all who are brought before the court, unaware they are daily being hoodwinked by judges into giving CONSENT TO THEIR OWN PROSECUTION.  These are the dark days this nation faces. Americans better damn well wake up while there still is a Constitutional Republic of united states of AMERICA!

rk:  It is time our Judiciary is reminded by A MANDATE delivered by the WILL OF THE PEOPLE establishing once and for all, who is the sovereign and who is the servant charged by the People with operating with limited sovereignty. 

rk:  These Administrative (Unconstitutional) Court judges are immune from prosecution/civil action with some exceptions only when they are dealing with those who are either 14th AMENDMENT CITIZENS/subjects of the Corporate UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT or who have not yet corrected their legal status and are thus considered sureties for the debtor juristic persons, Wards of the State, incompetent Infants in the eyes of the Law, human chattel, human resourses, and SLAVES owned by the state.  (A slave cannot sue his master.)

rk:  You may ask yourself, how could a nation be so hoodwinked?  How can the state take away your property, the fruits of your labor, destroy your good name, your reputation, strip you of your wealth, your freedom, your life?  How?  BECAUSE, UNTIL YOU WAKE UP MY FELLOW AMERICANS, THEY OWN YOU, LOCK, STOCK, AND BARREL. 

rk:  And I'll bet you thought slavery ended in America.  Oh! AMERICA, what is to become of you?  What is to become of our children?

rk:  My two cases "02CR0617" and "03CR0170" challenge the STATE OF OREGON AND JOSEPHINE COUNTY to prove that they and their courts, as LEGAL FICTIONS, when no victim can be produced, nor elements of a crime according to Common Law can be established, have jurisdiction over living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural men and women who stand upon their Unalienable Rights and Common Law without the later granting the courts jurisdiction through the waiver of their Rights or the giving of their own CONSENT to being prosecuted.

rk:  Police, Sheriffs, Prosecutors, Judges cannot evade the Law by using their Color of Law public offices as corporate persons serving a private corporation.
