Many throughout the nation wonder why many who use the Redemption argument and Common Law Copyright and UCC Commercial Lien remedy wind up in jail while I have been set free.

I am not a lawyer and I am not the least interested in the practice of law. My purpose in writing about my experiences with the criminal Judges and Prosecutors of JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON is to awaken the AMERICAN PUBLIC to the fact that they have been defrauded and hoodwinked by their judges and Bar Association lawyers who have pulled the wool over their eyes.

There are two remedies offered which are yours to have, to use, because they are your BIRTHRIGHT.
COPYRIGHT YOUR NAME, RECLAIM YOUR FULL LEGAL STATUS AND/OR BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT. Both are nonconfrontational thus nonviolent. RESIST NOT EVIL.
If you want your freedom back you will have to STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING, for obviously it doesn't work.
You must changed the course of your destiny and work hard to gain your own individual understanding of how the courts are committing fraud against you and the rest of the American People through the legal fiction of your/their JURISTIC PERSON -- your/their names being spelled in ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.
The unlawful (nonconstitutional) Administrative courts, being a LEGAL FICTION, have jurisdiction only over other LEGAL FICTIONS --- THAT'S IT, PERIOD.
They do not have jurisdiction over LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH-AND-BLOOD, SENTIENT, NATURAL MEN/WOMEN unless consent of the individual is gained by the courts or their Rights are Waived.
The unlawful Administrative courts with their Corporate Legislative policy of "Simulation of Legal Process" i.e., PAPER TERRORISM, came after me, but slammed headon into the CONSTITUTION and its underlying basis -- Common Law. They were out of their Jurisdiction, they knew it, yet they proceeded to criminally and fraudulently prosecute a Living, Breathing, Flesh-and-Blood, Sentient man nevertheless.
I am free and clear with no charges hanging over my head because when jailed for 128 day in the county jail, I risked death through two hunger strikes totalling 55 days to hold them accountable. I called their bluff. They sought to intimidate me, to break me, to cause me to cave in to their demand that I contract with them. I DID NOT. They were unable to prove jurisdiction as required by Law, so they had no choice but to release me.
So how is this magic of Judicial Tyranny neutralized by the man/woman of the SOVEREIGN PEOPLE?
1. Common Law Copyright The unlawful Administrative Courts which now function routinely in America's neighborhoods have NO JURISDICTION in matters of Common Law, and therefore, their actions are unconstitutional, and any judgments rendered therein are null and void and carry with them no force of law.
2. Stand firm in your guaranteed UNALIENBLE RIGHTS TO LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. BE THE SOVEREIGN that you truly are according to Common Law. Neither waive your rights nor agree to contract or do private business with the private Unconstitutional Corporate Adminstrative Court; for in the eyes of the Common Law, such court is merely a "person" (not unlike juristic "persons") as defined by Administrative/Commercial Law.
3. Correct your Legal Status IMMEDIATELY. Remove yourself from your present status as that of a "person" a WARD OF THE STATE along with the presumption that you act as a surety for the debts of your JURISTIC PERSON. Until you change your STATUS by copyrighting your name through Common Law and assert supreme claim over the Trademark/Trade Name JURISTIC PERSON, created via birth certification, you are indeed the property (slave/human resource) held in trust by the State. THEY OWN YOU. THEY OWN YOUR PROPERTY, THEY OWN YOUR CHILDREN. THEY OWN YOUR LIFE. YOU ARE LEGALLY THEIR SLAVE.
Remove yourself from the chains which bind you, even though for some, the chains set lightly -- UNDERSTAND that ALL CHAINS BIND. ALL CHAINS ARE THE ACCOUTREMENTS OF SLAVES.
If you want Freedom, then do what must be done to satisfy GOD and all creation that you DESERVE FREEDOM. All else is SLAVERY.
Pay close attention to footnote #2 in Attorney Groom's appeal, for therein lies the importance of these two cases which would set a nationwide precedent that would bring down the house of cards erected by fraudulent courts and lawyers.

Applying these judicial philosophies to defendant's case, it
is apparent that the circuit court in the present case did not
have jurisdiction over him. He made continuous requests, not
only during this trial, but over the course of the twelve months
leading up to this trial, that the court prove it had
jurisdiction over him. As noted in the Preservation
section, and the portions of transcript quoted therein, the trial
court stated on the record that it "assumed" it had jurisdiction
over defendant. This was not sufficient. The court should have
shown to all parties' satisfaction that jurisdiction did indeed
exist. Defendant contends in this appeal that the court did not,
and thus could not have proven it did.
Defendant had copyrighted his name. Thus, two entities
existed; one was the "juristic" person, as defendant described
it, which consisted of the, incorporated name. The other
entity was defendant himself, a "living, breathing,
flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural, private" person, over whom
the court had no jurisdiction by virtue of defendant having
copyrighted his name. 2

2 It may be feared that if defendant's argument is correct, it would wreak havoc with the criminal justice system because the court would have to establish jurisdiction over every defendant.
This would not be the case, however; very few individuals have copyrighted their names and have asserted their rights in the manner this defendant has.
Because the court had no jurisdiction, or at least did not
adequately prove its jurisdiction, defendant could not be tried
in criminal court. Thus, the judgment against defendant is void
and the charges should be dismissed. Defendant was deprived of
his right to due process under the Fifth and Fourteenth
Amendments to the United States Constitution. Indeed, federal
law provides that once state and federal jurisdiction has been
challenged, it must be proven. Maine v. Thiboutot, 448 U.S. 1,
4, 100 S. Ct. 2502, 2504, 65 L.Ed.2d 555 (1980).
Conclusion
Based on the foregoing assignment of error, defendant
respectfully requests that his convictions be vacated.
