p:  Easy, they are slant drilling from Kuwait.  They put that in place immediately after the invasion was complete.  It was in satellite pictures procured by "Popular Mechanics".  That act alone told me that they knew it was goig to be violent and bad and that they wanted it that way so they still get the oil FOR FREE and make the situation look impossible so more money must be thrown at the problem while they build 14 permanent camps for
American troops long term stay.  They are simply hoping they will kill each other off and save them from dealing with the various factions.  The Iraqi's are playing right into their hands.  Amazing to watch.

After experiencing a False Arrest, False Imprisonment, 33-day Hunger Strike and continual, unabated abuse by a U.S. Constitution-avoiding Josephine County, Oregon Justice System/Government bent on trampling upon the Unalienable Rights of its Sovereign People, the following is the second such Request for Proof of Claim submitted to Josephine County District Attorney Clay Johnson.

It must be noted that DA Johnson is currently "in dishonor" by not responding to or providing the necessary proofs of claim called for on November 8, 2002.  DA Johnson followed up his prior nonresponse by referring the matter to the Oregon Department of Justice for investigation of this private man for the crime of "simulation of a legal process" (Paper Terrorism).

Read carefully the content deeply inherent within the stated Proofs of Claim 1 through 23 and keep watching for the answers/nonanswers to come.  Therein shall lie the answer as to whether we as Americans now live in a free, Constitutional Republic or are enslaved within a New World Order Big Brother Police State.

The Line in the Sand has been drawn.  Let us see if Justice or Tyranny prevails.

MR. CLAY EDWARD JOHNSON,

This Revised Affidavit concerning conditional acceptance and request for proof of claim is to clarify any confusion which you may be experiencing regarding the previous CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE -- REQUEST FOR PROOF OF CLAIM served you on November 8, 2002 via your agent/receptionist "Sue", by my wife Anita Karczewski and witnessed by Mr. Peter Sparacino and Mr. John Taft.

It arises from a telephone contact received on December 10th, 2002 from Investigator GRIFF HOLLAND of the Oregon State Police assigned to the Oregon Attorney General's office.  Although I did not acknowledge the appellation of my copyrighted trademark/trade name, and refused to talk to HOLLAND on the phone or elsewhere, he persisted in the conversation, specifically stating that such "paperwork" was sent to him via the Oregon DOJ from the Josephine County District Attorney's office, as the Josephine County District Attorney's office claimed it didn't make any sense to them.  HOLLAND repeatedly asked whether this private man was familiar with the legal term "simulation of a legal process."

I draw your attention to Articles of the Constitution of Oregon – 2001 Edition which states:

                      ARTICLE I   BILL OF RIGHTS

Section 1. Natural rights inherent in people. We declare that all men, when they form a social compact are equal in right: that all power is inherent in the people, and all free governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety, and happiness; and they have at all times a right to alter, reform, or abolish the government in such manner as they may think proper.

Section 9. Unreasonable searches or seizures. No law shall violate the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable search, or seizure; and no warrant shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath, or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person or thing to be seized.

Section 10. Administration of justice. No court shall be secret, but justice shall be administered, openly and without purchase, completely and without delay, and every man shall have remedy by due course of law for injury done him in his person, property, or reputation.–

Section 33. Enumeration of rights not exclusive. This enumeration of rights, and privileges shall not be construed to impair or  deny others retained by the people.–

ARTICLE VII (Original)   JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT

Section 7. Oath of office of Judges of Supreme Court. Every judge of the supreme court, before entering upon the duties of his office, shall take and subscribe, and transmit to the secretary of state, the following oath:

"I, ____________, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the State of Oregon, and that I will faithfully and impartially discharge the duties of a judge of the supreme court of this state, according to the best of my ability, and that I will not accept any other office, except judicial offices, during the term for which I have been elected." [Created through initiative petition filed July 7, 1910, and adopted by the people Nov. 8, 1910]

Section 10. Supreme and circuit judges; election in classes. When the white population of the State shall amount to Two Hundred Thousand the Legislative Assembly, may provide for the election of Supreme, and Circuit Judges, in distinct classes, one of which classes shall consist of three Justices of the Supreme Court, who shall not perform Circuit duty, and the other class shall consist of the necessary number of Circuit Judges, who shall hold full terms without allotment, and who shall take the same oath as the Supreme Judges.

ARTICLE XV   MISCELLANEOUS  3. Oaths of office

Section 3. Oaths of office. Every person elected or appointed to any office under this Constitution, shall, before entering on the duties thereof, take an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution of the United States, and of this State, and also an oath of office.:B1ART

The Oregon Constitution clearly states that Members of the Judiciary and Sheriff's Deputies have sworn an oath to support the U.S. Constitution and the Oregon Constitution.  Article 1, Section 1. states "Natural rights inherent in people. We declare that all men, when they form a social compact are equal in right: that all power is inherent in the people, and all free  governments are founded on their authority, and instituted for their peace, safety, and happiness;. . . "

For the sake of clarification, the previous "CONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE -- REQUEST FOR PROOF OF CLAIM" served you on November 8, 2002 is hereby amended to read as follows:

I, the Secured Party, a living, breathing, flesh-and-blood,  private man want to resolve this matter. I find it necessary to exhaust  my administrative remedy as your presentment/offer has left me somewhat confused. I realize that my past experience is urging me to argue every point, but now realize that I want to accept for value your offer/charges and I promise to pay the fine and even go to jail in behalf of the debtor that you have brought the charges against, but I can only do so conditioned upon ‘proof of claim,' and as such, the necessary Proof(s) of Claim are enumerated below:
