I know all about his felony convictions and why he has them. Are you aware that means nothing anymore? A felony used to mean something. Usually a crime against another person, property or liberties was prosecuted and you were jailed if convicted.
Now that we have privatized our prisons there are laws on the books that make it a crime to do things that are NOT against any person, property or liberties in order to get money into the pockets of the corporatists (remember that term from Nazi germany?). Now we have crimes like Hitler did to keep dissidents under lock and key or to fill the prisons for profit. The result is that we have the largest prison population in the world per capita of any country in the world including dictatorships, communist countries and non free societies.
Now that is something to be proud of. If you want to know what Ray did that got him arrested, why, go read his site and its all there for you to review. That is what I did and I know others who know him and that town in Oregon and its been verified that he stood up to the corruption there and was emprisoned for it.

Yes, the Kazoo outright stole copyrighted material of mine which just happened to also have the copyright "watermarked" into the document. I had even stated that my work was copyrighted, and not to be reproduced without permission. Spamming had nothing to do with the issue.

Just about every posting done by Raybinzo is illegal due to the
following: 1=2E Kazoo lifts other peoples postings and modifies them to make it look like he has had a conversation with that person. To a casual observer, that's what it looks like. It's called deception. 2=2E Most sites have rules and regulations against taking another persons message and reproducing it, altering it, and adding to it. 3=2E The K00kmeister spams each message to dozens of sites. It's not only to Google that he posts these, there are dozens, mostly religious, some not, sites that he also spams to. I had three shut him down. Normally just one nice note does it. No DMCA action is even required.

She can verify I am none of the people you all would like me to be, I am not alone in knowing who Ray is and watching this soap opera from the board of another forum.
Prior to the incident you all talk about, with the cancelling of Ray's site, I had the opportunity to watch the discussion between Ray and Kathy. Ray continually asked her why she was behaving toward him the way she was. He would ask her "don't you see they are trying to create a wedge between us?" "Lets talk this out and fix the problem". From that and her responses I presumed they had been friends in the beginning. She said he was too controversial and she asked him to leave. He wanted to repair what ever had gone on.
She would refuse and it was way after that she did her thing going off the deep end on some watermark on some copy write of some post she made which is rediculous in and of itself.
I then emailed her and asked her why she was doing this and wasn't it possible to try and make things right? she emailed me back and that answer made me fully aware of her status as a looney. That is how I came to correspond with her. She knows who I am and she knows I am not anita or ray or anyone else your delusional minds would like me to be. Sorry! But, I am out of here. I just wanted to clear that record up for you. I happen to be one of the people who responds or will jump in when the truth is taking a beating, but I am not alone, there is a whole forum that follows these little misadventures regularly.
We don't respond to them, but we read these things and we are amused at the venom and time spent ragging on poor Ray that all you people do. My goodness do you not have a life????? Apparently not!

The report by Judge Andrew P. Napolitano; How The Government Breaks the Law, 2004 Vol. XXVI No. 6, piqued my interest as to having somebody from The Cato Institute guest on my Chicago radio show, Perspectives On Our Heritage, over Radio Station WJJG 1530 AM.
Judge Napolitano cites several cases which victims were denied their constitutional rights, but cited no punishment for the constitutional usurpers who had violated the rights of the defendants, but did not uphold their oath to protect the constitution and to preserve the law.
Judge Napolitano suggests that public officials need to be held accountable to the same laws that they swore allegiance to enforce, but how is that possible when the entire judiciary is corrupt, and contaminated with seedy, gestapo like, provocateurs, hell bent on violating the public trust?
I would like to cite the case of former Libertarian Party Candidate, for the U.S. Senate from the State of Colorado, Mr. Rick Stanley. Mr. Stanley challenged a local firearms ordinance, which prohibits open carry in that jurisdiction against Colorado Law. Mr. Stanley was arrested on a misdemeanor charge and challenged that law. The Colorado Legislature, and Governor Owens, passed SB 25 which affirms a citizens right to openly carry a firearm for his necessary and essential right of self protection, and supersedes any local ordinance. Knowing this law had been affirmed, the judges locked up Mr. Stanley, who had> committed no crime, sending him away into a hostile environment as punishment for committing No crime. Mr. Stanley filed a legal motion of notice, against two judges, to either uphold their oath of office and release him or face civil arrest, which is legal
in Colorado, and face charges of treason; the charge for judges not obeying the law.
The judges charged Mr. Stanley with "influencing a public official," and he was subsequently sentenced to six years in prison by an 82 year old justice whose law license had expired two years before Stanley's trial.
Here is a clear case of treason by subversive judges and the Colorado Governor, who had been duly notified of Mr. Stanley's plight. The governor should have excercised due diligence, and intervened in this case of persecution and denial of constitutional rights, but he didn't. He, Governor Owens, knowing
is part of a conspiracy that violates the public trust.

Since 8+ years of approaching the average slave-minded intellectually-driven SATANIC minion, i.e., "civilized man," with reason has failed, it is clear to me that another approach to breaking through to the "Munchkin Mindset" is necessary.
The barrier to communication has always been the Satanically (Opposer) generated collective intellect which is formed and reinforced by SATANIC LEADERSHIP which sets (and rules over) the mind controlled Political, Religious, and Cultural parameters.
IGNORAMUSES, civilized people, those possessed of limited understanding are little more than trained robots, programmed to do the bidding of their SATANIC MASTERS. Yet they think they are free.
Lost in dualistic, opposing thought, the Intellectually-guided, spiritually blind, civilized minion lives in darkness, fear, and reactive violence interspersed with pleasurable escapes and illusions to let off the steam born of built up resentments.
He/she, by their voluntary submission to threats and intimidation, create their own "JUNGLE" mind-set, of "Kill or Be Killed", "Maim or be Maimed," "Victor and Vanguished." At the socially acceptable level of violence, they are trained to be COMPETITIVE. Such is the nature of the average "misbegotten" Satanically Hell-bound Son of God.
Indeed, all who live in such hellish confusion are the Children of Satan. They are those upon whom the "Sins of the Fathers have been visited upon their Sons." It is mechanically and traditionally repeated from generation to generation without break. That is how Ignorance has survived in a SATANIC society throughout these past millenium.
Since the IGNORANT are conditioned via media and SATANIC institutions to live in constant fear, they've a need to band together for the illusion of fellowship in order to alter their consciousness toward the comfort-seeking security by numbers auto-reactive level of herd-following sheeple. They seek the validation of others who equally live in fear and under the same common threat.
None who live in their minds understand anything of life other than that for which their Satanic conditioning allows. That is the nature of IGNORANCE.
They create groups, systems, laws, invite collective peer pressure to rationalize, justify, to lose themselves in. In doing so, they have subverted their True Nature as Sons and Daughters of God, Co-Creators of their lives, their destinies. They are reduced to Christs with Amnesia.
SATANIC Thought is the petty "god" they worship. Their world is structured in such thought. That is ALL they know. They become prideful accumulators of knowledge in lieu of their forsaken, humble, spiritual understanding. (Most who read this statement will not even comprehend what I have just said. Others will lie to themselves and say they do, but the only ones they are fooling are themselves.)
They create private and public clubs for security, status, power and wealth. The public clubs are nations, religions, etc.
They have long since been reduced to the divisive dichotomy of victim/servant status, and are trained to pray to some imaginary Savior or Messiah, some mythical hero to come and whisk them away from their personal Hell on Earth to a distant Heaven where all their SATANIC desires will be fulfilled.
