rk: On Nov 13th, 2000, returning home alone from shopping in town, I was travelling on a dark, rain-slicked two-laned roadway with embankments on either shoulder. As I rounded a curve, I was blinded by oncoming high beams. In an instant I lost all sight of the roadway and surroundings. I went into a skid, left the roadway, went down the embankment and met up abruptly with a tree. I was bruised. My "private automobile" was totaled.

rk: A passing motorist gave me a lift home where I called the tow truck and the Sheriff's office. A Josephine County Sheriff's Sergeant responded to the scene, made a report and then drove me home. Home -- not jail!!

rk: My subsequently filed insurance claim was handled without incident.

rk: The Josephine County Sheriff's office in Oregon is fully aware of my identity due to my high profile, personal and Internet written communications with the Sheriff and former District Attorney (who, by the way, has since resigned his office in Josephine County).

rk: Given the repeated libelous statements issued forth by ed wilkinson and other anonymous AFAB BULLIES/SKEPTICULTISTS/ROYBOTS as to my character, reputation, and (eroneous) assertions of criminality when no adjudication of such status has in fact occurred, I guess I will just have to add this to the evidence pile and submit it to the new George W. I'm of two minds about Ray. On one hand, he's so clearly unwell that he cannot control himself, and therefore, in a very real sense, cannot be held responsible for what he does or says. On the other hand, he is a particularly vicious strain of mental illness, seems committed to nothing higher than serving his own overweaning ego, and has demontrated very disturbing and violent reactions to people who don't believe he is God. In any case, Ray does seem to stand for a more sweeping social malaise: absurdly exaggerated narcissism, a propensity to attack anyone for merely disagreeing with him, and a frustrating duplicity, preaching about government and tax reform though he takes advantage at every turn, for decades now apparently, to exploit tax money so he can continue not working for his living. I don't think this is evolutionary though, but something that can be nipped in the bud by people who care about spiritual decline such as Ray exhibits: the public reaction to him he spends so much time screaming about is nothing more than that, social pressure condemning abusive, unacceptable conduct.

The more I look around, the more I get overwhelmed with grief. Seems there is a growing despair among people over this sorta reverse evolution. It used to be that personalities such as Raymond were extremely rare and isolated. Now, thanks to the internet, this attitude seems to be more common. It seems that the attitudes that Ray expresses are much more accepted today than they were just a few short years ago. This is very, very disturbing.

Why is it that the people with the careless mind-sets are taking over our culture? Why do we not care and take time for the elderly as we should? Why are we not caring as much for the unborn? Why do we not work to better our society in being patient and kind to those who suffer? Why does everyone push and shove --lie, cheat and steal just to get ahead -- when in reality it actually causes everyone to fall further behind (including themselves). Why is this such a self-centered, self-worshiping society that only cares about it's own needs rather than those who are hurting.

Once again, none of my original posts of this article sent earlier this date to 18 newsgroups have reached my personal computer screen, although in one newsgroup (alt.fan.art-bell) it has found its way to the DejaNews archives. That's 18 groups out of some 45,000 groups. This mysterious omission of my posts from reaching my personal screen has been going on for months now.

That doesn't stop these government/media sponsored/supported disinformation agents from attempting to paint me with the wide brush of SPAMMER. These kinds of relentless, repeated attacks have gone on for years. Bandwagon complaint campaigns to shut me down, to censor my posts by encouraging others to call/write my ISP and demand they cancel my account for SPAMMING have been orchestrated by these Government/media sponsored/supported AFAB BULLY/SKEPTICULTIST/ROYBOT Disinformation Agents for years.

The attentive reader has probably recalled the past repeated deception made by these anonymous AFAB BULLY/SKEPTICULTIST/ROYBOT mind control/disinformation provocateurs that I post my articles to *hundreds of groups.*

THAT IS THE BIG LIE BEING SOLD TO THE UNAWARE AND THE GULLIBLE COMPUTER-USING PUBLIC. THAT HAS NEVER BEEN TRUE!! YET THESE RUMORS STILL PERSIST, DON'T THEY?

Hitler understood the value of selling the "Big Lie" to an unaware populace. It appears that our US government/media shares in more than just a few of his dark, fascist mind controlling/propaganda/disinformation policies.

The TRUTH is that my posts are routinely intercepted when they leave my keyboard. Some are modified and then reposted, others are simply cancelled outright by unauthorized persons. These disinformation agents openly brag about it.

Other articles in my name are forged, but are easily traced to origins other than my own. However, the unaware and the gullible are incapable of operating at that level of attentiveness/perceptiveness. Thus is how millions have their opinions formed by those who control the flow of information on the public Internet and other, privately owned, Communication venues.

It is for this reason that I repost these articles until they ultimately show up on my screen. By the way, the original article has been lengthened by me to include the subsequent anonymous attacks found at the bottom of the post.

It is curious that their articles have no difficulty in reaching my screen while mine just seem to evaporate into the "ether."

For the last five years on these Internet newsgroups/forums, I have been predicting the events presently unfolding in our Country and in our world in its unrelenting march toward a New World Order. It was there for all to see, but who was aware enough to see it? The unawakened fitfully slumbered through it all, while angrily denouncing the harbinger of such wakeup call.

It is true that some are NOW awakening to it, but will it be in sufficient numbers and in sufficient time to restore to us our lost sovereignty? Will it stem the present momentum which is pushing millions of people into a corner by a traitorous elected leadership bent on enslaving us through mind control techniques bearing labels as Hegelian Dialectic, i.e., tactics which will only result in the mass taking up of arms in a bloody revolution?

I'm not an entertainer, so I'll not perform a song and dance for you in return for your present conditioned spotty attention span. I'll not pander to your escapist fantasies. I'll not waste your time and mine by schmoozing you or misdirecting your attention for the purpose of selling you on a concept. I have but one reason for being here on the Net. It is simply to tell you the TRUTH!

Once again, the "civilized" human race has been exposed to the Hell they have made of their own lives, then offered an opportunity to understand the mechanism which has enslaved their mind, body and soul.

Look at these Internet newsgroups/forums. Who amongst you cannot see that they are controlled and directed by organized, "anonymous" posters assigned to cover a wide range of newsgroup/forums while using a multitude of aliases? Their purpose: To intimidate, threaten, divide, confuse and misdirect public attention from gathering together to engage in important/serious discussions relevant to our present society.

These are the Government/Media sponsored/supported disinformation agents, the shills who have commandeered these newsgroups/forums.

Look about you. Observe the subject matter on these groups/forums. What is the level of Intelligence dominating these groups? You needn't have someone interpret what you see before you, for it is all SELF EVIDENT. Yet it goes on. What's wrong with this picture?

The simple truth is that what can be termed Barabbas (worldly) consciousness, shrouded in escape, denial and rationalization, will never, ever, SEE, let alone understand its own part in creating its own Hell.

Rights vs. Privilege -- Freedom or Slavery !!

Yesterday, Jan 24th, 2001, I received a phone call from my automobile insurance company sponsored by AAA of Oregon. It seems that the noose now choking the freedoms once enjoyed by a proud American People living under a now fading Constitution is tightening.

I have been informed that automobile insurance coverage for my two private automobiles will be cancelled effective Mar. 1st, 2001, a little more than a month from now.

Most of you have read my articles on Rights vs Privileges (located on my homepage, bulletin board and in the DejaNews Archives) and the growing assault upon our Inalienable Rights by our government and corporate leaders.

On my birthday, Sept 23rd, 1999, I allowed my Oregon Driver's License to expire and did not renew it. I WOKE UP!!!

I did not renew my contract for a driver's license with the State of Oregon. I wrote to the Oregon Governor, Attorney General, local county District Attorney, and Sheriff, posting such communications openly and publicly on these internet Newsgroups/Forums, announcing my intention to reclaim my Inalienable Right to Liberty; i.e., Right to Travel upon the public roadways. I did so as early as July of 1999.

When renewal time came for my insurance, I advised my insurance agent fully of my intentions to travel without a license. I instructed her to make such information known to the company leadership. My insurance was renewed without incident, and was renewed twice thereafter.

I had a single car accident (blinded on a curve by highbeams from an oncoming truck, I left wet/slick road, went down an embankment and met with a stubborn tree) on Nov 13th, 2000 which "totaled" my car. A Josephine County Sheriff's Sergeant arrived on the scene, took a report, drove me home, and never once asked to see a "drivers license."

My insurance company settled the claim routinely. I since have purchased a replacement automobile. I called my insurance agent from the car dealership to extend insurance to the newly purchased automobile. Again no incident.

It would seem that I have made a few waves and a few enemies with the government and Insurance industry by posting my articles regarding Rights vs Privilege issue on these newsgroups/forums.

The underwriter I spoke to on the phone could not answer why my insurance would be cancelled at a future date and was not cancelled immediately or, for that matter, anytime within the last 2 six-month renewal periods when no material changes were evident.

What happens when government officials and corporation leaders cooperate, one with the other in restricting freedoms of third parties, the American Public? What can be the expected outcome of such a conspiratorial freedom-destroying momentum? It certainly isn't hard to see, is it?

I am presently 63 years old. I have been licensed since the age of 16.

I, like many, many others oblivious to their Rights, was led to believe that travelling upon the public roadways in one's private automobile while not engaged in commercial activities/business was a Privilege, not a Right. The law, backed by the U.S. Constitution has in the past said otherwise; that is, of course, until NOW.

A subtle shift has occured in our society. Most are unaware of it. Maritime, bureaucratic regulation has replaced Constitutional Law. Our courts have moved away from the Constitution and now serve a Corporate master.

Now one must secure permission from the state for the "privilege" of traveling in the "usual conveyance of the day" In yesteryear it was horseback. Today it is the private automobile. When a man's horse was stolen from him, his survival was threatened. The punishment for the horse thieves was sure and swift -- DEATH BY HANGING!

What should be the punishment for corporate enforcers/car thieves who confiscate another's automobile under the color of law because they are neither licensed nor insured? The *usual conveyance of the day* which enables travel has changed. The right to survival has not!

Such tyranny occurs slowly, incrementally, over a long period of time. It's all done through the schnookering (conditioning) of the public through the venue of contract law -- your signature on the dotted line. (Take that simple binding mechanism out of the relationship between yourself and the government, be it income tax, driving, and/or a multitude of Government services and tell me, where is tyranny to be found within our "civilized" society, short of the gun?) Through the simple medium of contract law, one relinquishes, signs away, his/her Inalienable Rights and in return receives the enslaving chains of Government "privilege."

At any rate, I long ago observed the fact that for most people, the security of Slavery is preferable to the uncertainty of personl Freedom. THEY WILL GET WHAT THEY DESERVE!!
