This is the story of the WE, you and me.
You may ask, how can I be so arrogant as to assume that I may speak for you. Hold that question, and you'll have your answer after you read this letter.
Each of us come into this world complete, new, uncorrupted, open, inquisitive, and uncertain human beings. Welcome to life!
You look at yourself and you see a little round, chubby, energetic body. You're full of wonderment and soon begin to explore your surroundings.
As the link begins to solidify with those who are close to you, recognizable responses and a communication of sorts begins to emerge.
That's when your hell begins. You hear—Don't do that . . . Bad! . . .Mommy loves you . . . Daddy loves you . . . It's for your own good . . . This hurts me more than it does you—and you get confused. Because all you're trying to do is understand your world, and every time you act with that purpose in mind, you
are punished for it.The sudden openness of a big, wide, wonderful world begins the shutting down process. You know you are not going to hurt yourself; all you want to do is understand your surroundings. But you're blocked from it by somebody who "knows what's good for you."
You begin to see that this person who professes to "know better" is really fearful, anxious and reactionary, is closed down, has no life of their own, but they are sure to make certain that you follow in their footsteps.
They have to find their power somewhere, so guess who gets it--right, the one at the bottom of the hierarchy--you.
But what-the-heck, punishment and pain is still attention, isn't it; and you soon become corrupted toward craving such attention, so it doesn't matter how you get it, just so you get it--right?
Suddenly your body begins to change. You take on the shape of either a round peg or a square peg. Your body has lost its own intelligence and therefore accommodates itself to the type of pressure inflicted upon it. You shape yourself according to the kind of pressure that best serves you. You don't want trouble, you don't want problems, but they mysteriously and doggedly follow your every step. Ah—Life!
The training ground of childhood and adolescence is behind you and it's time to grow up. It's time to take responsibility, it's time to be what everyone wants to you be; but you don't know what that is because all that you know is what you are, and people are telling you there is something wrong with that.
You matriculate from the institution of Mind Control, and you are ready to face the world. This time of your life is new, exciting, uncertain and fearful. But then you realize that it is nothing new, life has always been that way for you, were it not for the pressures to please others. You step out into the world and see some who call themselves experts and leaders standing over others who have shovels in their hands digging holes all over the place.
Some holes are round, some are square. But when night comes and darkness makes it difficult to see, you find yourself falling into the purposely dug holes within the field of life that you must walk.
You are upset at all of the nonsense you see going on about you. You ask others why they are digging holes for others to fall in. You get no answer other than--that's just the way it is, I'm just doing my job.
A well-dressed, prosperous looking man walks up to you and in a soothing voice identifies himself as an expert. Don't worry, he says, if you don't fit well into your hole, you come to me, my name is Psychiatrist.
My job is to help you fit into your hole. Being a square peg, that round hole that you are now in will never fit you, so come to me and I'll shave a little off here and a little off there and Voila!, you're now a round peg. I've solved your problem. Now go and meet the world you wonderful round peg.
You step out of his office and guess what—the first hole you fall in is a square one and you again don't fit. Back to the experts. A little more shaving here and there and you're back once again to being a square peg. Although you are much smaller because of all of the sculpting work that has been going on.
But you have no choice, do you, but to follow the directions; because somewhere along the way you gave up the ability to think for yourself, and isn't that how you found yourself on the path which led you to where you are today?
The wondrous life you were born into has turned into the HELL where PEG SCULPTORS and HOLE DIGGERS are KING!

The average person hasn't a clue of this lawyer-concocted SATANIC TRAP when they step into the Courts. In their ignorance, they consent and contract to and for their own prosecution. They're walking on eggs regarding this Common Law Copyright Issue, while they put up a BOLD PUBLIC RELATIONS FRONT to the public.
rk: Pat, you are aware, are you not, that neither the JOCO court nor the County and State of Oregon Attorney General/Department of Justice prosecution has responded under oath or affidavit to the 23 "Proofs of Claim/questions which demanded proof of jurisdiction over this LIVING, BREATHING, FLESH AND BLOOD SENTIENT NATURAL MAN in these two BOGUS CASES as the law requires.
rk: That is why I was released from jail and am a free man today and not still imprisoned. To arrest me, they would have to answer the 23 proofs of Claims which were accompanied by affidavit and sent to Josephine County District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON and to other agents for the State of Oregon and County of Josephine.

Thus the courts, prosecuting attorneys by operating outside of their limited, unlawful, administrative court jurisdiction and failing to prove jurisdiction as the Law requires were guilty of a Fraud, Official Misconduct in the First Degree, Malfeasance of Office and Simulation of Legal Process, the very crime they bogusly charged me with. Glad to hear you are out. Have faith! Your case is important. The state's problem is that you and Paul are not rolling over for them. They need that contract or your consent in order to deal with you. Hold their feet to the fire. Stand fast and push them to prove jurisdiction over you and Paul the "living, breathing, flesh and blood, sentient, natural man/woman (not person) Hang tight!! Don't get suckered in to debating with them. They'll only attempt to use that as proof of consent/contract. Don't play the lawyer game. Be the Sovereign that you are.
I perceive this UCC-1 procedure preceded by changing one's legal status from assumed surety (debtor) to Creditor over the Juristic Person is the key to "RIGHT-SIDING" this topsy turvy feudalistic relationship between the color of law courts and the sleeping Sovereign People. All we need to to is widely distribute your experiences with the court and penal system. If you have anything I can post on my site, please send it to me. I'll do what I can.
The downside is that time is of the essence. This will only work while we still have a Constitution. Should they declare martial law, ALL BETS ARE OFF!! I understand your plight is difficult, and you feel that you are alone, (you are, in fact alone) but it must be so for you and Paul are being tested to the very core of your spiritual being. You're holding up well.
Lynn, I'd like to post this far and wide to take this out of the theoretical into the actual environment where it belongs. We have to shock people out of their comfortable conditioned cocoon thinking when they rationalize "these kinds of things happen to other people but NOT TO ME?"

I have written a great deal about the Satanic Influence which pervades the mind-set of civlized men and women in our world today.
America, the grand experiment is failing. The Satanic forces which rule the minds of men are pulling out all the stops in their attempt to rule over ALL the governments of the Earth via a New World Order.
Our culture is foundering. A New World Order is emerging.
Our debt-money system is being incrementally converted into a non-monetized cashless, computerized venue, where the wealth of the masses (the evidence of their sweat, blood and toil) is placed solely in the hands of those managers of finances other than themselves -- A sure sign of slavery.
Our young men and women have been conditioned to accept their fate as being regarded as property, human resources, wards of the state, slaves of the state ordered to carry out the programs of a predatory rule-maker, banker, corporate leadership.
Vaccines have become the tool of genocide when refusal to submit becomes a violation of the law, bringing on forced innoculations, quarantines and internment camps.
Wars and foreign occupation destroy the health, the body and spirit of returning veterans who seek but receive no assistance from the same government which put them into harm's way, for they are regarded by their "Masters" as expendable Cannon Fodder.
Our manufacturing base in America no longer exists. Our jobs have evaporated. Millions have been layed off from their jobs which have been sent to foreign lands where labor is cheaper.
Our (In)Justice System manned by judges and lawyers who owe their primary allegiance to the Bar Association, a franchise of the British Crown have made a mockery of Law and Order here in America, and have made clear through the passage of the Patriot Act, that the people are now to be considered by their public servants to be enemies of the State and therefore must be, for their own good, ruled with the iron hand of Tyranny.
A terror state does indeed exist. Ask your neighbors, Hell, ask yourselves, if whether or not you and yours live in constant terror since the traumatic events of 9-11?
Have you escaped unscathed, the massive mind control program brought to you by mainstream media which inserts and reinforces daily the fear of the next terrorist attack by a shadowy unknown enemy never really identified nor substantiated with hard evidence? What is hard evidence however, which cannot be ignored are the encumbrances which have been placed upon freedoms, the lives of the Sovereign People who demand their Unalienable Right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness?
Such words seem out of place, do they not? Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness which can all be summed up in one word -- FREEDOM?
The corruption of our National and Local voting systems with mail-in ballots and computerized machines which do not provide traceable proof of one's vote expose the Election system for the manipulative fraud that it is.
A two-party system of Satanic Opposites, the Republican Party and the Democrat Party occupy the long-term conditioned consciousness of the voter when there isn't a scintilla of difference to be found in either party. It is all theater played out for the misdirection of the ignorant who believe their votes mean something when they mean nothing at all.

How does this apply to government, especially within the limited time frame facing us before the upcoming National Election?
Simply this, use the power of negation, "Neti, Neti" -- "NOT THIS NOT THAT?]". Eliminate that which has proven to be false, inadequate, deceptive and is shown to be the source of the present state of affairs and replace it with a third possibility -- an alternate candidate.
Negate the Republican Platform along with the Democratic Platform of the Bush's and the Kerry's. Place your vote for an alternative candidate. Insanity you say? Take a look at the world you are now living in. That is evidence of REAL INSANITY!
Take back control of your country with your vote. Take a risk, step into the unknown. Change the direction of this country while you can. Understand that when a vote for the "secure known" only leads to the death of our Constitutional Republic and the emergence of the New World Order, you will understand how you have been manipulated. All that is left now in the restoration of our Constitutional Republic is the Voting box or the Cartridge Box. Take the peaceful solution -- BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT, BOYCOTT!!
Trust yourself for you are all you have and need to trust in this life.
