My goodness Raymond, you really have taken this way too far now. You know that we have discussed this many times, and with both doctors present. You are not even attenpting to heal the fixation you have for this person.
Think back when we read each and every word to you, and you had that brief recognition in your mind that you were taking any and all comments in a negative mannner. Even things said in jest, such as getting the police officers to monitor the board, only you took as serious comments.
You HAVE to stop bothering this woman, or you will end up back in
jail. What you are doing now, epecially since you have already been banned buy your iSP, is legally considered stalking.
Do you remember the paperwork that the doctor showed both you and
Lisa? You legally can not continue what you are doing. Remember how we tried to explain that just because a chicken story got picked up by AP, it does not make your hunger strikes any less significant. We couldn't get through to Lisa, but we all thought you understand. I guess we were wrong.
I have it from very reliable sources that you will soon be relieved of your Earthlink account, plus the usage of the Google Groups. You have sadly stepped way over the line. You can not continue down this path of destruction you are on unless you want to spend the rest of your life in jail. Just give me a call and I can take you down to the clinic. Are you still taking your pills and medication as directed? Your writing seems to have taken a turn for the worse, and I really doubt if anyone even understands what you are saying.
Keep this in mind and try to focus on it, just as the doctor
explained. This person you have all this hate for has done
absolutely nothing to you. We showed you papers where she had
actually written to people in your defense. Even to this day, she has had the courtesy to not respond to any of the absolutely horrible things that you have accused her of in so many hundreds of letters.
Ray, she wil take down all your Internet access if you don't stop this immedaitely. You can not stay fixated on a person that has done absolutely NOTHING wrong to you. It's very unhealthy for you, and I would imagine it to not be a pleasant experience for her, especially with what they are going through now.

I received this message below in my email this morning, Friday, July 16, 2004. I also read your email to Sheriff Daniel and I appreciate your interest in the matter. This has been a lonely stand against tyranny and unnecessary government intervention into the lives of the Sovereign People. Through the years mainstream media has refused to cover it.
This attempt to discredit and libel me has been going on for years now. My requests of the FBI on Nov. 2, 1997 for an investigation into this matter of government/media disinformation operatives controlling newsgroup/forum content has been met with an ABSOLUTE STONE WALL OF SILENCE not only by them but at all levels of government, from the federal level on down to the local level of Josephine County, Oregon.
This is a National Scandal of major proportions. Our government is utilizing domestic intelligence operations against the computer-using American People.
Their method of dealing with my demands has been to not utter a word.
They have refused to act because there seems to be no major outcry from an unaware public, and so they have been able to focus their full force of intimidation upon a single individual by attempting to make him look foolish and lacking credibility.
I have, in the past, even challenged the authorities to investigate the charges; and if their findings (which must be released to the public) determined that there was no merit to them and that in their determination, it was all a hoax, they could always charge me with filing a false report, a criminal offense in itself, and put me away.
Surely they can see that such action would accomplish their heretofore failed attempts to censor me.
They've even refused that challenge, opting instead for uttering no public statements. Check out Sheriff Dave Daniel's KISSOFF of the investigation. Ask yourself, is that any way for a responsible Law Enforcement Officer to comport himself?
Robert, this issue is of the utmost importance to the freedom of of the people of these united states of America.
If the public ever got wind of how they have been and continue to be psychologically manipulated on the Internet by their own government and media, it might well be "the straw that broke the camel's back" and be the event which returns control back into the hands of the people, thus bringing about a return to our Constitutional Republic.

Intrigue denotes a complex, clandestine scheme; usually it implies selfish, petty actions rather than criminal ends.
In view of the above definitions of conspiracy, the question must be asked, why is the Sheriff of Josephine County, Oregon comparing notes (when two or more act in concert) with the wife of a man who is currently facing active criminal charges lodged by the Josephine County Justice System and keeping her apprised of his personal communications with me?
That is by no means routine behavior conducted by any responsible head of a law enforcement agency, of that you can be sure.
Note kathy lynn dean's comment that the sheriff thinks I'm nuts and so does she. How have they arrived at such a publicly stated evaluation?
Has Sheriff Dave H. Daniel made such a libelous statement or did dean spin Sheriff Daniel's comment "I've told him as much but he is on a different level of consciousness then I am."? If so, is not dean's spin doctoring of a post made public by her clearly an act of disinformation?
The facts do not support such vicious smears of mental instability. When the less than honorable Josephine County, Oregon Judge Alan H. Coon attempted to force a mental commitment upon me during Josephine County's long, drawn out, unlawful prosecution of me, he got NO SUPPORT from any of the mental health people who interviewed me while I was in custody in the Josephine County Adult Jail. They all were glowing in their comments upon my intelligence and lucidity. Yet such vicious characterization of mental instability continues on the internet without these organized disinformation provocateurs being held responsible for their statements.
I must tell you, Robert, I have lost faith in my government and am rapidly losing faith in my fellow man.

Indeed, your husband and mine are of the same substance that American Folk Heroes are made of. They both demonstrate great strength of character by standing fast for the God-given rights enumerated in our US Constitution.

You know I respect you, your wife and family. I also respect your opinions on subjects, and your IQ is so far above most peoples, a lot of what you say goes over their heads.
But just the reverse is true also. By saying the things you say, you also insult people. Not intentionally, I'm sure, but you do so all the same. Twice I have asked you to please stick to the subject of JOCO Sheriff Watch, but you insist on bringing other websites, people, issues and disinformation agents into the topic. I know that all these issues are somehow realted to corruption within the Government system, but it is not the direction that this Yahoo site is directed.
We all suffer with you, and know what you have had to endure. We all know the system is corrupt and needs to be brought down. And, The most important part is that we can all work together to do it. You will continue to do it in the best manner you see fit, and others will continue to do it in the manner they see fit.

Links referred by kathy lynn dean as originating from me but in actuality are from the government/media Disinformation group who have openly boasted they are operating with immunity from prosecution. In a short, but forceful article, Peter Sparacino pointed out that constitutional tools are no longer valid in our losing battle against a government out of control, rapidly becoming a totalitarian dictatorship.
According to Sparacino, neither the ballot box, nor the jury box can be used to stop its advances -- not even the cartridge box. The only thing left to fight back, he states, is freedom of the press.
But, as media critic A.J. Liebling rightly expressed, freedom of the press is guaranteed only to those who own one. Though in theory the opportunity to own his own printing press was open to every American citizen, in practice just a few, and lately only the very rich and powerful, were able to own one.
Granted, the media monopoly was never total, and many small presses proliferated, but the big ones, later joined by the network TV channels, just played the game, giving the false image of independent thinking. But suddenly, less than ten years ago, a technological breakthrough changed the rules of the game in a radical way, bringing about what media guru Marshal McLuhan envisioned more than thirty years ago: the global village. This revolutionary new medium is the Internet.
The Internet is a totally new type of communication medium that has changed our lives. It allows for easy, fast, and cheap exchange of ideas in an optimum way. Thanks to the Internet, owning your own press is as cheap as $20 a month. Almost anybody can afford it.
As soon as the people realized the power of the tool they had in their hands, many began using the Internet not only to gather the information they wanted, but also to become themselves providers of information. Sites offering the most surprising, contradictory, interesting, and useful information mushroomed, soon to be followed by many offering not-so-useful, in-your-face, sometimes disgusting or plainly gross content. But, even with its nasty aspects, the Internet radically changed the way most of us get the daily news.
Initially, the powerful media giants, both in printed and TV form, ignored the Internet as a curiosity or a passing fad. But sites like the Drudge Report, NewsMax, or WorldNetDaily, just to mention a few of the most successful, soon began attracting more and more readers, while newspapers like the New York Times, the Washington Post or the Los Angeles Times began losing theirs. Soon after, the big TV networks experimented their own dramatic loss of viewers.
Faced with the strong, unexpected competition, the media giants joined the Internet bandwagon, but they were in for a big surprise. Contrary to the traditional printed media and TV, where money plays a cardinal role -- only the very rich can afford to hire the qualified personnel and promote and market the product -- the Internet seems to be a pure product of the human intellect. As the extraordinary success of the Drudge Report indicates, most people don't visit a site because it has a fancy design or is professionally made, but because it is a place where they can find provoking, non-mainstream ideas that make them think; exactly the type of thinking they were not able to find in the orchestrated, self-censored mainstream media. Consequently, a site made by a housewife right from her kitchen in Hot Springs, Arkansas, or by an almost unknown journalist from his home office in Oregon or Florida, can compete on equal footing with the New York Times. This is exactly how extraordinarily successful sites like the Drudge Report and WorldNetDaily were born. Like the Colt .44 in the Old West, the Internet became the great equalizer.
But the people who control the media monopoly were not going to see their power challenged without a fight. After their initial skepticism and scorn, and their failed attempts to extend their media monopoly to the Internet, they began a subtle process of infiltration.
For example, I was surprised when, in June, 2001, the notorious Alexander Haig Jr. joined NewsMax's advisory board. It is probably only a coincidence, but lately NewsMax has become a sort of mouthpiece for the Republican Party and an uncritical provider of the Bush administration's propaganda. Its most recent no-brainer is a "boycott France" campaign. I stopped visiting the site several weeks ago. On the other hand, if only half of what I found in this article is true, perhaps NewsMax's problems have deeper roots than I thought.
There is a saying in Latin America: "A los periodistas se les paga o se les pega." ("Journalists: you buy them or you hit them.") I don't think it is much different here. I expect that after some unsuccessful attempts to derail some of the most succesful sites, just to bring an example, the media powers will try to buy them. But, even though I don't think it would be easy for them to do it, and they may resort to strong arm tactics, the bottom line is that, because of its inherent characteristics -- the Internet is an off-shoot of the Arpanet, a military communications decentralized nodular network designed to survive a full scale nuclear attack on the U.S. -- the Internet is uncontrollable. It is a Hydra of innumerable heads.
They can keep buying and coercing people and eventually may get control over the most successful Internet sites, but other people will come forward, and their sites will rapidly become extremely successful. The attempts of the media monopolists to control the Internet the way they managed to get control of the printed press, the TV channels, and, most recently, am radio, will never be successful.
Currently, they are extremely concerned about such a powerful tool in the hands of the American people. The Internet has become a growing obstacle to their plans.
Therefore, what will they do? Very simple: They will destroy it. The only solution to solve the Internet's growing challenge to the media monopoly is to shut it down and throw the key away.
How it will happen? One of these days, out of the blue, the Internet will be used for launching a devastating terrorist attack on the United States.
Somehow, this cyberattack will cost the lives of scores of American citizens. In order to avoid more damage, the government, putting to good use the recently approved anti-terrorist laws, will shut the Internet down and ban the use of the Internet as we know it.
But most government agencies rely heavily on the Internet. How can they function without it? No problem. The replacement already exists; it is called Internet 2, reportedly a consortium being led by more than 200 universities working in partnership with industry and government to develop and deploy advanced network applications and technologies, accelerating the creation of tomorrow's Internet.
But, contrary to the deceptive techno-babbling rhetoric, Internet 2 is nothing more than a controlled Internet, similar to the one currently in place in totalitarian countries like China and Cuba.
Internet 2 will be fully controlled by the state. In order to access it, or to have e-mail access, you must be a member of, or be affiliated to, any of the government-authorized organizations and have a sort of security clearance.
Internet 2 will be out of the reach of the general public, and every person trying to have unauthorized access to Internet 2 will be charged with terrorist activities, and severely penalized
The unavoidable fact is that the Internet is incompatible with a totalitarian system of government.
Therefore, either we are a bunch of delusionary paranoids, and what we see happening in this country is only a figment of our feverished imagination, and, consequently, the Internet will not be banned, or we are right, and it will disappear.
Actually, the disappearance of the current free Internet will serve as a litmus test that will accurately mark our final loss of freedom.
The banning of the Internet, the cancellation of the Second Amendment rights, and the closing of our borders -- not to stop illegals from entering the country, but to stop Americans from fleeing it -- in exactly that order, will be important steps in the implementation of this evil plan.
In the meantime, hope for the best, and enjoy the Internet while you can.

Can the police be brought into this to see that she cease and desist from posting at these groups? Can a ban be placed upon her for her repeated notes? I did not have the time nor patience to read all postings, but her name appeared over and over on so many related topics, that someone should state enough is enough!
I printed out many of the notes, and I do have contacts in higher
positions. I will bring this to their attention tomorrow, and we will see if we can get a stop to this nonsense. I am truly surprised she has not been banned just from the volume alone of her postings.
My sincere heartfelt sorry for Master Karczewski for having to put up with this bitch, and we will see if we can get this absurd abuse of these posting boards stopped immediately.
