The Program name is The Plea.
Here's some statements made by lawyers and professors:
"The System Stinks."
"The courts are finance companies now."
"Probation causing fines, fees, and cost for programs is worth a lot of money to local governments."
"Corrupting influence of the courts is for revenue to the county."

So what's the connection if the "judiciary" is supposed to be independent?

This was offered by the DEFENSE attorney. For those who think the DEFENSE works for the Defendant I must inquire "WE" who?
"A Defense Attorney has a STRONG DUTY to find a defense".
Ironically this is why they will convince you to make a plea bargain. They either have not enough time to comply with such duty to defense or they are incompetent.
It was stated that 4 MILLION people are on probation. That places 6 Million people under the control and taxation of the "justice" system.
A woman may actually spend the rest of her life in jail because she wouldn't bear false witness by taking a plea bargain that she did a crime. Because she won't bear false witness the parole board, who expects one to profess remorse for the crime committed will most likely never release her.
If you think cops tell the truth, think again. The stories told in the program where horrendous when viewed by someone believing Justice is alive in America.
It just ain't so.

Rick Stanley was convicted of two charges of "Influencing a Public Official" on Thursday, June 24, 2004. Mr Stanley wished to thank all those who came out to support him throughout the week of the trial. The GATHERING dinner and subsequent demonstrations in front of the court, the court
watchers inside the court room, were all geared to send a message to government, that there is a few Americans who KNOW the fraud, deceipt and lies of the government, that has overthrown America and is turning our beloved country into the Police State of America.
It is now known that the birthright and heritage, protected and guaranteed by the Constitution, Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence, is over. In America now, the court process cannot be used to file a "Petition for Redress of Grievance", without being concerned that the language used, will not be protected speech. The government contention, that words like arrest, militia, and treason, are in fact threats, defy and boggle the mind. Words on a page no longer mean what they say, but in the minds of the government, will be "construed" and "interpreted" to show that they will make those in government, "feel" threatened. The government uses the judicial system to destroy American lives each and every day. I have tried to stand up to this "treason" by those in government for their "aiding and abetting those who have an agenda to destroy the Constitution", the rights that are protected and guaranteed therein, and for those who don't even realize there is problem in the government, because the propaganda supplied by the controllers of this country, is so very strong indeed.
Soon, this Patriot to the Constitution of America and the State of Colorado, will be locked away in a state prison somewhere. We have a rare opportunity to dramatically change the lives of all Americans. We can restore natural rights and stop the misapplication of vague law by Corporate Courts and Law Enforcement Agencies which no longer follow the U.S. Constitution. We are being denied the right to travel in our autos on our publicly owned roads (WE the People are the public -- not the servants we elect/hire to manage our affairs). If we refuse to surrender this right and exchange it for a license (permission from those in authority), we will be treated as a criminal, prosecuted, and even labeled a Felon.
I am a victim of a number of abusive laws being used in America to legally plunder its people to feed an out-of -control bureaucracy. It is my intention to launch a Federal Civil Rights action and sue a number of Josephine County, Oregon judges for their denial of my rights under color of law. I am pressed for time via Statute of Limitations to bring a U.S.C. Title 42 law suit against them. No attorney will touch this as attorneys are Officers of the Court, and for them to take part in suing a judge would be the end of an attorney's career.
I have located a freelance litigation team who research law and will assist me to write the process in asking the Federal Court to hold those responsible for violating my rights in the Circuit Court serving Josephine County, Oregon.
I need your help, as I am retired and living on a fixed income -- like many of you folks out there. (A perfect target for a system of attorneys and judges who feel safe and secure because they prey upon the poor and the weak by enacting and prosecuting us with a multitude of laws designed to plunder.).

Jeff and I saw this for ourselves when we visited Mom in March and my father has followed many others' fights AND called the outcome of all those cases (including his own). The government leaves him alone because of his UCC Filing Status (you own your government "name" but you have to get it back from the government...). If you think you are a "natural"-born citizen,

Apparently, dean feels she can destroy evidence through such defacto announcements of copyright. NOWHERE CAN ANY COPYRIGHT NOTICE BE LEGIBLY FOUND ON THE BULLETIN BOARD AT http://groups.yahoo.com/group/JOCO_SheriffsWatch/
rk: How can selective enforcement of such defacto copyright announcement stand when all others who write and participate in the JOCO SheriffsWatch bulletin board are not equally affected by it? It smacks of discrimination!!
Please get back to me on this before your 48 hour deadline, as I do not desire to cause any undue problems for InternetCDS, but I do intend to defend myself and expect you folks to act responsibly in this matter and not hang a subscriber out to dry because it is expedient. I suggest you turn this over to your lawyers and get a decision from them.

rk: Since no evidence or notice of surreptitious copyrighting was given to all participants of the JOCO SheriffsWatch Bulletin Board by Ms. Dean prior to the article "Raymond Karczewski Addresses BINKY, WONKY, and Sheriff Dave Daniel, Too!!" posted on June 7, 2004" all articles predating such notice remain AS IS.
rk: I have personally archived all posts between Ms Dean and myself in the event of future litigation launched by her.
rk: I am leaving the articles subsequent to the June 7th, notice on my web site but am removing "her" comments as per instructions by my ISP.
