rk I have sent several email demands to the Josephine County Sheriff's Office, District Attorney's Office and Board of Commissioners for an Investigation to be made into the anonymous disinformation agents who are using the JOCO Sheriff's forum "Ask a Cop" as a platform for conspiracy to libel. (Yes there is more than one source of such libel and one may find them operating on both bulletin boards.)

rk: If the authorities want to put me away as they have others who have websites that question government policies, they have no better opportunity to do so than now. If my charges of a Government/media disinformation campaign attacking individuals on the Internet are determined to be unfounded, there is a statute on the books for filing a false report. They have always had that tool, yet my demand for an investigation by Federal and County authorities into this Disinformation/mind control issue has been roundly STONEWALLED since Nov. 2, 1997.

Tell her she's way off base in thinking I am the one who is her problem. She's just run into the professional disinformation "dirty tricks" Internet gremlins that I have been dealing with for years. A note about Ray from Usenet
Hi folks. I have seen Raymond Karczewski spend the last 8 years ranting and raving at anyone who would pay attention to him. He seems to thrive on negative attention. The WORST thing people can do to him is ignore him. The reason why I wanted to drop a note here is two fold. Ray continues to rant about anonymous disinfo agents, but he cannot do that to me. I called
his bluff once. I provided my name and address which he responded to by sending me registered letters (claiming I owed him 1.7 billion dollars) and making threats against my family's economic welfare. These threats are as empty as his rants. He claims to have filed a lien against me in the State of Arkansas which is just another of his lies. Now, mind you, if you live in Oregon you could be a potential victim of his paper terrorism. If any of you are then report it. He's been to jail twice now and he seems to be hell bent on going back, in spite of that sick wife of his who needs him home, not driving off to the casinoes and evading arrest when stopped for driving with his high beams on. What is worse is that most of his legal woes stem from his refusal to pay a traffic ticket. In spite of him being a former police officer he now hypocritically claims to be exempt from the law. So, unless he tries to contact any of you again I would ignore him, and he will go away. But do not hesitate to report him if he continues his stalking. He doesn't need to be enabled.
That's the first reason for posting this here - I wanted to try to ease some of your minds as, judgeing by the messages that he has copied and posted to Usenet, he has a few of your worried. The second reason is that it really chaps his ass to have me out there, unanonymos and calling him on his lies and
ugly attitude. He will see this, since this group is currently an object of his obsession. But, like I said, he's mostly harmless.

Its obvious that Karczewski is a blowhard, but the point remains that he is still making a nusience of himself. He is apparently obsessed with Kathy, and has raised the ante in his stalking of her from unwanted email to recording himself calling her and posting the recording on his website. He needs to go on and get a life and leave this Yahoo Group alone, there are plenty of other forums.
From what I've read, anyone who contradicts him is a "disinfo agent" so I just take his ranting with a grain of salt.

would like people to know that whether or not the person at issue is the victim of "disinformation agents," that they do exist. I will provide two examples: Madelyn Murray O'Hair and a man whose name I don't recall, but whose story I can retell to an extent. I believe that Madelyn Murray O'Hair (spelling?), the atheist who won the U.S. Supreme Court case against school prayer, was a victim of disinformation agents. If you check the internet, you will probably find info on that. I read Ms. O'Hair's own account of the harassment she suffered, and I found it credible. It left her pretty goofy, in my opinion. Ms. O'Hair founded an Atheist group after her U.S. Supreme Court victory.
The other disinformation agent victim was a man whose political views differed with that of the government; he may have been a socialist. This man was one of VERY few who knew how to maintain machinery needed by the U.S. military during time of war. They asked for his help, and he provided it. Despite that show of patriotism, government agents harassed him after the war, when they no longer depended on him to fix their machines. The "disinformation agents" told potential employers not to hire the man who had served the U.S. when his expertise was needed. I read the man's story, and I found it credible.

To the "unaware" it is the normal state of civilized life.
rk: How do you think the human world has reached its present self-destructive state? The responsibility for the present state of human affairs lies directly at the feet of prideful, Satanic-worshipping, opposition-driven intellectual ignoramuses (those who lack AWARENESS -- All form and NO substance.)
