On February 5, 2004 I faxed you information Re: Corrupt actions by Public Defender Gary Berlant and Judge G. Neufeld.

On February 25, 2004 I received a letter from Ingrid Swenson, General Counsel, Office of Public Defense Services which is a thinly veiled cover-up of one lawyer for another lawyer and judges corruption.

This all goes to the Church of the Conceptual Truth and its Caiaphas Cult. It is all a matter of public record and was investigated by the Oregonian news resporter James Long.

Governor T. Kulongoski, a member of the Church, recently flew to Washington, D.C. and met with President Bush, the High Priest of the Church of the Conceptual Truth and its Caiaphas Cult and made a money deal to sell out the Democratic Party vote.

When Ronald Reagan became President he took the four men who ran the Church of The Conceptual Truth and its illegal gambling and cocaine operations with him to D.C.. They put their law partner Carl E. Ward, Jr. and financier Michael H. Wallace in charge of the Church.

Soon after this I was responsible for the Church being raided and Ward and Wallace were arrested.

The Church was raided by combined law enforcement departments; the Oregon State Attorney General Office; County District Attorney and Portland Police Department.

Timothy M. Wood, a Deputy Atty. General, filed Oregon State RICO violations against Ward and Wallace.   At this time Presient George Bush Sr. was High Priest of the Church. Vic Atiyeh, a member of the Church, became Oregon Governor and appointed other lawyer members of the Church to Judgeships. One of these lawyers was Gerald Neufeld (aka) Newfield. Sigfried Neufeld and his brother Sam Newfield were at the secret meeting at Nudies in 1963 one week before JFK was killed, (refer to information transmitted to Molly Ivins, February 20, 2004).

Gov. T. Kulongoski using silly letters like Ingrid Swenson's cannot coverup and save the Church of the Conceptual Truth and its Hight Priest Caiaphas with his evil hatred of Christian religion and the White Race.

Berlant and Neufeld are persecuting me with terrible vengeance for my Religion and Race. The Passion of Christ is revealing this viciousness by the Caiaphas Cult against Christians and the result will be terrible revolution in which Pres. L.B. Johnson's own words shortly after JFK was assassinated were Quote, "If the truth comes out about who killed President Kennedy 40 million Jews will be killed."

This information has been handed by my associate to the U.S. Senate Legal Office in Washington, D.C. It was faxed to and received by the Senate Legal Office Dep. Attorney Morgan Frankel. This attorney, Frankel, confirmed to me on the phone that he had just received the documents.

Key U.S. Senators, news representatives, Union officials, investigative organizations and etc., etc., in Washington D.C. have received this information. Nothing can stop the exposure of the Church of the Conceptual Truth and its Caiaphas Cult.

On February 11, 2004 Public Defender Gary Berlant mailed me a Notice that if I did not appear in Judge Neufeld's court on March 4, 2004 at 8:30 a.m. he will issue a warrant against me.

As a White Christian and follower of Christ I cannot enter into the evil Temple of the Caiaphas Cult. No matter what Berlant and Neufeld do against me on March 4, 2004 they cannot halt the coming destruction of the the evil Caiaphas Cult and every one connected to it.

If Gov. Kulongoski has been fooled and tricked by the High Priest Caiaphas in Washington, D.C. and into the trip to Iraq under the phony premise of concern for Oregon's National Guard members he would be extremely wise to remember that the Caiaphas Cult was guilty of the burglaries of the National Guard Armories of maching guns and hand grenades.

Lawyer Dan Meek, Portland, Oregon has all the information re: Judge G. Neufeld and lawyer Ronald E. Robertson's involvement in the plot to kill all the former Presidents; Nixon; Ford; Carter and Reagan and their wives at the Dedication of Reagan's Library in Simi, California. This mass assassination was stopped with the arrest of one of the killers.. This man was Robert Ward, the brother of lawyer Carl Ward who was arrested when the Church of The Conceptual Truth was raided in Portland Oregon.

In e-mail communications between lawyer Dan Meek and myself, Meek stated that he was going to use this information in his coming argument before the Oregon State Supreme Court. Meek's clients in this case were suing the Oregon State Lottery which if successful would have voided the Lottery's legislation, conceivably all of the Oregon Economic Development Grants would have become illegal and the money returned to the State of Oregon.

The City of Cave Junction had received a $12 million free grant for their new sewer and water plants and would have had to repay the money to Oregon State. This is why Berlant refused to file a Restraining Order against the City in my defense.

Atty. Dan Meek was sabotaged by Chief Justic Wallace P. Carson, Jr.; Vic Atiyeh; Ronald E. Robertson and T. Kulongoski, member of the Church of the Conceptual Truth and corruptly denied his appearance before the Oregon Supreme Court and his clients lawsuit was killed.

Here goes: Senator John Kerry the War Hero and self-proclaimed friend of Veterans and his bosom buddy Senator Edward Kennedy, treasonously killed a Senate Sub-Committee Investigation ordered by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Joseph Biden into the burglary of National Guard Armorys and the theft of 50 cal. machine guns and hand grenades. Four men controlling the republican Party and CIA were behind the Armory burglaries. These men were George Bush, Sr.; William P. Clark; Robert Lagomarsino and Ronald E. Robertson. Bush owns and operates the Nordman Cormany and Hair law firm in Oxnard, Ca. Clark; Lagomarsino and Robertson were lawyers in the law firm.

The Oxnard National Guard Armory was burglarized and 50 cal. machine guns and hand grenades were stolen. William P. Clark mounted one of the 50 cal. maching guns in his Oxnard home and stated, Quote, "When the revolution comes, I'll kill every Mexican and Nigger that comes in range."

When Ronald Reagan became President in 1980 he took all four of these extremely rich oil men to Washington, D.C. and they were placed in powerful government offices.

This sub-committee ordered by Sen. Joseph Biden and chaired by Sen. Howell Heflin was also going to investigate the Assassination of JFK and the involvement of the four politically powerful men and the CIA in the murder of the President.

In 1963 I was an Investigator with the Los Angeles District Atty. Bureau of Investigation, the Criminal Intelligence Unit. I was investigating the burglary of the weapons from the Oxnard Armory and how they were being concealed and used against America. Approximately a week before the Assassination I was observing a secret meeting of these ' four men's' organization at Nudies Western Wear clothier business in Hollywood. With me was my buddy and good friend Audie Murphy, my partner Frank Hronek and Henry Jacobs, a knowledgeable citizen with deep connections in Hollywood corruption.

Audie was a Colonel in the Texas National Guard and very concerned over the Armory burglaries. We had a large van painted and disguised as a plumbing company truck and from inside we were photographing all the people at this secret meeting.

Over two dozen people were there. I will name four of them at this time. Caspar Weinberger and George Schultz, from Bechtel Corp., were present along with Hollywood's propaganda minister Jack Valenti and his accomplice, writer-director Joseph Mankiewiecz. A week later Valenti was on the scene of the Assassination of JFK in Dallas and tightly ensconced himself with LBJ as his advisor. Johnson was not involved in the murder and had no knowledge that it was going to occur.

Valenti behind the scenes with media executives of NBC; Hearst Corp; Walt Disney Corp., which owns A&E Networks prepared a program for the History Channel that portrayed Johnson as the killer of JFK. It was aired on the 40th Anniversary of JFK's murder, November 2003. Valenti with treacherous ill will now ensconces himself as a friend of LBJ. He joins with Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter and Lady Bird Johson wanting a probe into the allegations of "The Guilty Men," that LBJ killed JFK.

At the end of the secret meeting, two men, Hollywood western movie stunt men, the two most "dead-shot' rifle marksmen in the World carrying their beloved rifles in silk-lined cases stepped into a studio limo with a drivr and were driven off. We did not know at that time that their destiny was Dallas and the murder of JFK, the President of the United States.

In 1957 Joseph Mankiewiecz in a scheme with Weinberger and Schultz talked Audie, against his better judgement, into going to Saigon and making a movie, "The Quiet American," a script Mankiewiecz had written.

In 1958 the French had been gone about 2 years after their defeat at Dien Bien Phu. Weinberger and Schultz scheme was for Mankiewiecz to contact ranking Vietnam officials and heat up and inflame the already highly charged political war atmosphere and bring America into the war and show the French how to do it.   They wanted Audie's presence to impress the Vietnamese and make it appear that America's military men were eager to engage a war. In 1969 - 1971 Audie, Frank and I were about to expose the entire plot when Audie was mysteriously killed in an inexplained airplane crash. This was also the 1971 period when John Kerry was so avidly protesting the Vietnam War and writing a book, " The New Soldier."

In 1987 I went to Washington D.C with an associate and gave a copy of my book, ' There's a Fish in the Courthouse" to each of the 100 Senators. Sen. Joseph Biden had fully agreed to a Senate Judiciary Committee Investigation. Biden appointed Sen. Howell Heflin as Chairman of a sub-committe to investigate. I had been taken by a uniformed Capitol Policeman to the Senate Sgt. At Arms Office and he wanted to know why I was taking this information to the Senators. We were treated with utmost respect and politeness by the Sgt. At Arms and we spent over two hours in his office showing him documents and exposing political corruption and murder.

The Sgt. At Arms was startled and amazed at the high ranking politicians involved and gave us his full approval to contact each and every one of the 100 Senators. The Sgt. At Arms called the Senate's legal office and a lawyer came immediately and escorted us to the office of the Chief of Capitol Police. The officer in charge ordered that a policeman, plain clothes Det. Jack DeWolf would accompany us to all the Senators offices and anywhere else we wanted to go.

Det. DeWolf led us to the office of the Senate's Chief Legal Attorney, Michael Davidson, who explained that he had written a letter advising each of the 100 Senators to cooperate and give us any helpful information available.

However, Chief Legal Attorney Davidson did not let us read his letter - he gave it to Det. DeWolf with instructions that he was not to let us see it and that he was to present it to each of the 100 Senators. For over three weeks we contacted the offices of every Senator and gave them evidence exposing the guilty parties involved in the National Guard Armorys, where the weapons were being concealed and how they were being used to train young people to take over America.

We also gave the Senators evidence of who killed JFK and that a highly placed person who had evidence and personal knowledge of these crimes had assured me that If I could arrange for a Senate Judiciary Committee investigation he would testify and produce all the evidence necessary to bring the killers to Justice.

1987 was the time when George Bush was gearing up to run for President, he was well aware of what we were doing. Everybody in Washington, D.C. knew what we were exposing. We spent nearly three hours in the office of AFL-CIO Presiden John Sweeny exposing the crimes. I gave Sweeny a copy of my book and he gave me a brand new Union hat that he was having made for his members. Now Sweeny and his AFL-CIO Unions are backing Kerry.

I spent many hours in the offices of Sen. Edward Kennedy and John Kerry. I gave them documents and each of them a copy of my book. The exhibited great interest in the information and evidence and gave us exuberant encouragement to continue my exposing the treasonous crimes including the murder of two of Kennedy's brothers.

Senator Kennedy appeared at one of Senator Biden's staff meetings and put his arm on our shoulders and publicly wished us success in my mission.

However, behind my back Kennedy and Kerry put tremendous pressure on Senators Biden and Heflin to kill the Senate investigation, which they did.   After they had killed the Senate Judiciary Committee's investigation into these matters no one in the government would talk with me. I had also explained to Sen. Kennedy that the same people who had killed his brother John had also five years later killed his brother Robert. It was Mankiewiecz who vehemently insisted that Bobby Kennedy leave the hotel through the kitchen area. Mankiewiecz led Kennedy into the kitchen area where they had planted Sirhan Sirhan in the roll of a 'patsy' identical to Lee Harvey Oswald. Other experts with guns would actually do the execution.

Mankiewiecz's associate, Washington, D.C., lawyer Fred Dutton had powerful connections with Arab leaders and had delivered Sirhan to the plotters precisely as Oswald was delivered.

Another Senator had exhibited spirited interest, amazement and horror at the governmental corruption we presented. This was Sen. John Heinz. He asked who the person was that had vowed to give testimony and evidence to a committee. I told him I could not give him this persons name until I contacted him. I contacted Sen. John Tower and he gave me permission to give his name to Sen. Heinz, which I did.

Heinz and Tower had diligently, very quietly investigated the Kennedy Assassination; Armory burglarys and political corruption and were about to publicly expose the entire mess when suddenly they were both killed like Audie was in mysterious, unexplainable airplane crashes.

In 2003 Sen. Kennedy traveled to California and in privacy met with Schwarzenegger's associate and backers Caspar Weinberger and George Schultz, of Bechtel Corp..

The Senate Judiciary Committee Investigation in 1987 would have exposed the killers of the Kennedys and the Armory burglaries, all of which Edward Kennedy and John Kerry, both Democrat Senators from Massachusetts should have been champing at the bit to expose.

The burning questions of the Century are; Why did Kennedy and Kerry kill the Senate Investigation which would have prevented George Bush, the Republican Vice President from becoming President of the United States and, Why are they presently secretly meeting with Weinberger and Schultz, of Bechtel Corp. the same people who instigated the war in Vietnam, which Kerry and Kennedy both claim they hate???   I hope I do not show up at the barricades all alone.

Please give me your fax number and I will send you chapter 44 of my book, which details our secret meeting in Ruidoso, New Mexico only a few days after the murder of JFK. This event was presented to Sen. John Kerry and Edward Kennedy in 1987. Present at this meeting in Ruidoso was Dallas Sheriff, Bill Decker, and Sen. Starting in January, 2004 I prepared a document with information and evidence of political and judicial corruption.

This document was faxed to Kathy Aylward; Administrator of Public Defender Program fpr State of Oregon. This Department is responsible for funding the Southern Oregon Public Defender Corporation and is responsible for this Corporation's criminal conduct against its clients.

The document faxed to and received by Administrator Aylward consists of Exhibits A-1 through Exhibit A-6. All information contained in Exhibits A-1 through A-6 is knowledge that I am personally aware of, involved in and backed up and verified by government documents; news media; testimony of sworn witnesses; government agents and civilians.
