Neither official has answered the communications as of this date,
Oct.
27, 2003. Is this the kind
of service Oregonians may expect to receive from their tax-supported
public officials?
The State of Oregon and County of Josephine have NOT proven
Jurisdiction
in writing over this
living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural man in these two
cases throughout the last 12
months as the law requires, nor has the Prosecution and/or Court
produced
anyone willing to
swear under oath and upon his own personal unlimited commercial
liability
in pressing a claim
against me. According to Common Law, the law in which I derive
my Rights, without a victim no
crime has been committed. Both court proceedings were thus a
sham and a fraud.
I state the following Maxims of Commerce recognized by the International Law of Commerce.
1. All are equal under the law (both moral and natural law).
2. In commerce truth is sovereign.
3. Truth is expressed by means of an affidavit.
4. An unrebutted affidavit stands as the truth in commerce.
5. An unrebutted affidavit becomes the judgment in commerce.
6. A matter must be expressed to be resolved.
7. He who leaves the field of battle first loses by default.
8. Sacrifice is the measure of credibility (if one has neither
been damaged nor incurred a risk,
and is unwilling to swear an affidavit -- i.e., "true, correct, and
complete," the commercial
equivalent of, " the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth"
-- on his unlimited
commercial liability for the veracity of his statements and the
legitimacy
of his action, he has no
credibility, and therefore no basis for asserting claims/charges or
claiming authority).
9. A lien or claim can be satisfied only through rebuttal by
counteraffidavit
point-for-point,
resolution by jury, or payment.
A UCC-1 Financing Statement/lien #627068 was filed by me with the
STATE
OF OREGON;
CORPORATION DIVISION against the STATE OF OREGON and was recorded on
July 10,
2003.
To date, not one agent for the STATE OF OREGON has come forth to
rebut
point-for-point, my
sworn affidavit requesting the STATE OF OREGON to provide proof of
