It is time for us to hold our public servants, our Judges, our Law Enforcement Officers accountable for their criminal behavior while they hypocritically claim to uphold, enforce, and administer the LAW.

NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW, especially those in whom we have entrusted our lives and our fortunes.

When Law Enforcement Officers and Judges can openly and brazenly violate the law and thumb their noses at those they have sworn to serve and protect, that society is already in ITS DEATH THROES.

I do not know what others might do in the circumstances which befell me on Sept. 5, 2002.

But as for me -- I ACCUSE Josephine County Deputy Sheriff MICHAEL S. BURKE with the crime of PERJURY.

     I DEMAND Josephine County District Attorney CLAY E. JOHNSON bring charges against Deputy Sheriff MICHAEL S. BURKE, for the crime of PERJURY for his willful and deliberate false statements in his sworn affidavit -- Traffic Citation # 8890 -- on September 5th, 2002, an instrument which resulted in a traffic court conviction of me for "driving while uninsured." The "trial" was held IN ABSENTIA, on October 4th, 2002. At the
time, I was in custody at the Josephine County Sheriff's Jail from September 12th, 2002 to October 15th, 2002, and was completely unaware of the proceedings which could well impact my life for years to come.

The PERJURY charge arises from the false statement BURKE made by charging Raymond Ronald Karczewski©, a private, natural person who was travelling in his private property, i.e. "automobile," with the "infraction" of ORS/ORD/rule 806.010, "Driving while Uninsured." The proof of valid insurance coverage showing the inclusive dates of: 09/01/02 to 03/01/03 clearly showed that my automobile insurance was in full effect at the date and time of the traffic stop. The document proving valid insurance coverage was contained in the packet of registration/insurance information given to Deputy BURKE after he threatened to arrest me should I fail to turn it over to him.

In that moment DEPUTY BURKE of the JOSEPHINE COUNTY OREGON SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT, not only committed PERJURY, he also violated my Constitutional Rights against unlawful Search and Seizure as stated in the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America and in the Oregon Constitution.

In addition to my Challenge regarding Court Jurisdiction over a private (not Juristic) person which the Circuit Court of The State of Oregon For Josephine County has adamantly refused to address in my seven prior appearances before the court from September 12th, 2002 through October 15th, 2002, the criminal case itself
must be dismissed, as all evidence gained after such gross disregard and disdain for an American Citizen's Rights fall well within the scope of the "fruit of the Poisoned Tree," and therefore is not admissable in subsequent
prosecution.

When Constitutional violations and PERJURED sworn affidavits become the routine unlawful practices of our LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS in fighting "SO-CALLED CRIME," FREEDOM becomes just another word, another vague idea, a dwindling illusion that we, as a people, continue to hold fast to, while our country slowly and inexorably slips away from our grasp.

Deputy BURKE also charged me with driving while suspended while he relied upon a "fraudulent" DMV entry on his computer showing my Driver's License had been suspended, even though no contract for a driver's license had existed between me and the STATE OF OREGON since 1999. How could a nonexistent license then be suspended? A question every tyrannized drivers license holder ought to be asking themselves about now.

Let us not stand for a COVERUP. It is time to hold the REAL CRIMINALS who hide behind their robes and badges accountable for their actions.
