"Dear Mr 'K'"

NOTE:  The following cover letter accompanied court exhibits of the two bogus Josephine County, Oregon trials.

It was sent to Appeals Attorney Jamesa Drake of the Oregon Office of Public Defense Services. 

I draw reader's attention to the irrefutable fact that, even after conclusion of two trials, Attorney Drake, Josephine County Judges and other State and County bureaucrats, refuse to risk the unauthorized use of the Common Law Copyrighted Trademark/Trade Name/Juristic Person when addressing this "living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man.  

Changing one's legal status (from Ward of the State to Sovereign, operating with full legal capacity), and the use of Common Law Copyright of one's birth name is, in my opinion, the reason why I remain free today while others (who have not changed their legal status, but have used the copyright issue) are serving long prison terms.

These are two simple acts which any American can take to protect themselves from the tyranny of government.  They are the key to returning control over government to the hands of the  Sovereign People where it rightfully belongs. 

Isn't it time We, as a Sovereign People, stop wringing our hands in despair with self-destructive talk of armed revolution and  STOP GOVERNMENT TYRANNY in its tracks PEACEFULLY?

   Notice is taken that you, as Deputy Public Defender for the Oregon Office of Public Defense
Services and member of the Oregon Bar Association, duly recognize the legal foundation of the
Common Law Copyright issue regarding the unauthorized use by public officials of one's
trademark/trade name/Juristic Person which goes to the heart of this case by addressing your
current (dated March 11, 2004) and all previous communications and envelopes to this living,

  As Secured Party/Creditor and Authorized Representative for the defendant RAYMOND
RONALD KARCZEWSKI©,  I authorize you to represent the defendant in conducting said
appeal.

  Enclosed in separate envelopes are the exhibits for each case, accompanied by summaries of
each case.  

  Although a multitude of Rights of this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient, natural man,
indemnified and held harmless from any criminal actions by RAYMOND RONALD
KARCZEWSKI©  the juristic person defendant named in these two cases, have been violated by
the repeated conspiratorial criminal actions of the Josphine County Court Judges, Josephine
County District Attorney's Office, Oregon Secretary of State's Office and Oregon Department of
Justice Prosecutor's Office, the main focus of this appeal must be upon the JURISDICTIONAL
question of the legal fiction court, over this living, breathing, flesh-and-blood, sentient natural
man who has NEVER consented nor contracted with the COURT, STATE, or COUNTY Of
JOSEPHINE, nor waived his Unalienable Rights granted by our Creator.  Secondly, the State
has never produced a victim, a claimant willing to testify to such claim of victimization under oath
and upon his private, unlimited commercial liability. Under Common Law, the law under which I
stand and reserve my Rights, No Victim = No Crime.

  I draw your attention to the appeal drafts which I have prepared for you, along with the
document "Josephine County:  The Face of Tyranny."  That will offer an accurate perspective of
the unlawful, fraudulent, and criminal actions perpetrated upon this living, breathing, flesh-and-
blood, sentient natural man by the Josephine County Judiciary and District Attorney's Office.
